This associate shared great facts, with visual aids, and took spectacular care of us. From quick computer skills, double checked inventory(physical), and with supportive co-workers, answered all of our questions....correctly. Melissa was attentive, listened to our questions, showed great patience and concern for our needs. After visiting many dispensaries in Colorado, Washington, Oregon and here in Florida. This was the first visit, that was on a nation level playing with the other states. Well done Melissa and crew. The two person check system( of your order, into the bag) not seen anywhere else. Yall won my repeat business!!!! Thank you for restoring this Gen X couple; faith in customer service!!!

I drove 35 min to this location because I was caught up in some weird scam where this google map was hacked and it changed the phone number on the their Google map searched! Shoutout to Nicole and kat from this location for treating me so nicely, taking care of me, escalating the fraud to their bosses to take note and just going above and beyond for me to turn my experience around. My Dr was…read morenot only 10 mins late to my appointment but I guess she was filling in for my actual doctor, the doctor who was there for my appointment had no idea how to answer my questions & had me on hold while she "asked their manager" and then had 3 ppl speaking over her on our phone call & then ended my appointment without even helping me. I had to call their costumer service number & they were able to connect me with a different doctor who actually answered my questions & helped me. I then had this doctor text my personal number unprofessional messages after I talked to corporate. At first it was they don't have the right to raise my limits to "they don't raise limits at this location" to "we have to ask the state" thankfully the new doctor I was set up with took care of everything for me easily. The doctors at this specific location seem to be unprofessional, uneducated, and rude. Don't go to this location. I will be switching providers after today.

I am changing my rating from 5 stars, to 3 stars. I still believe that it is a 5 star business, but…read moreYelp doesn't except 5 star reviews. I think it's bullshit, and I believe it is due to the nature of the business. To me, Yelp is not allowing people to rate businesses the way people feel that they deserve. When I rate a restaurant with 5 stars, it is posted as a 5 star business, but when I post 5 stars to a business that the Yelp administrators do not agree with, they reject it. How does Yelp feel that they have the right to censor my ratings of a business. I GUESS THAT YELP ACTUALLY DOES THE RATINGS, NOT THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER

Recently I have been over my limit for almost a week which is unusual, so I sent an email requesting it to be increased. For some reason, this time the request was forwarded from Dr. Smith to the "manager" Traci who responded with a snarky condescending rude email and stated that she has up to 10 business days to review my medical request! Essentially insinuating that she is going to take her time in attending to a medical matter. She doesn't seem to understand that she works at a medical facility, and apparently treats a place like she's a bar manager. Based on other's reviews apparently the rude attitude from customer service is common here. I won't be ever going back here again and I suggest you take your money elsewhere as well if you want to be treated like an actual patient.

The staff…read morewere very nice and informative: I also had the issue of being approved and then logging in and seeing no order. I spoke with someone (not at their office) and it was explained why some doctors wait for the card to be approved. Sometimes there are delays with processing (like what happened to me). If the doctor adds the order after your appointment so that you'll be able to immediately have your prescription filled and there are complications your renewal wouldn't be a true 6 months. Summary: Once the order is put in the clock starts. By the doctor's office waiting the 6 months starts after you get the card and not after your appointment. Regarding the doctor, she's not the fastest typer, but I didn't care about that as much. She's very quiet, but after getting to know her there are reasons for that. She's someone I'd trust with my life.
