Very good people! Kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I rarely have to wait. Truly the best place!

Was in and out in no time at all and Chris did a great job with my order. They have some great deals and will always let you know.

Very nice always on point and quick and efficient they take good care of me I order online and check in and they get me right out

Really great service always really fast in and out and the staff is so nice I would recommend Kelli if you go there

Y'all have got to staff better. It should not take 45 minutes to come in and shop at your location. You guys are the wealthiest MMJ company in Florida and you consistently only have one employee working with seven or eight people waiting in your lobby. Every other dispensary in the area pretty consistently has 3 to 4 people working figure it out. read more

Tree is good. Vapes are a bit higher price than other places. Staff is competent and knowledgeable. Wait time may vary, in and out during non-busy hours, long waits during peak hours. This location is clean and professional. (5stars but there is room for improvement.) read more

First time here, came from Leafly app that recommended this place and also my Doctor. I usually visit another company closer to me but I can't miss out on those sweet discounts they give out on first visits. I recommend u go through the membership online n fill your prescription there first. I did it early n by the time i woke up it was ready. They will text you when everything is ready. They even offer a spot on waitlist but I recommend u do that when you are 5-12 minutes away from location. That way u get there n wam bam n u out. I had to wait a little 5 minutes n the lobby gets bombarded to. They made it even more discreet n safer than other ones. They separated the pickup n consulting area from the lobby. Both windows are heavy tinted on frost or solid white tints. Maximum privacy. I enjoyed my visit n i like that the store isn't to expose to the main road to. The tints n separate closing setup are a plus. I always get nervous getting my prescriptions. People getting wild recently. The staff is welcoming n informative. I had Patrick as my checkout person. He was calm n on point. Informative. No pictures allowed inside n even no phones either. That's a plus plus for me. They treating the business like a doctors office. Professional atmosphere is where it's at. They accept visa n debit. Mr. Patrick processed it as a widrawal n gave me cash back. Dunno im a tad "inspired" right now n that was confusing but hey i gave him plastic n i got money back. Win win. The first time visit slap me with a 50% off of everything! Including the puff pro pen! That's wild! Other places don't include the hardware in it. First time dabber wanted to see if that was for me. Im just here for those amazing sleep n stress less days without horrible side effects. I found cookies in this one to! read more

If you're willing to wait 50 minutes to get anything go ahead but if you're smart you'll just go down the street to grow healthy.

I love this location because its conveniently located in the middle of Brandon. The products are typically all great. My husband raves about their customer service however the customer service I have received here has been sub par to the other local dispensaries maybe because lately its all been new people and they are nervous idk but thats the only reason they didn't get 5 stars read more

Please work on your customer service. The wait to is for no reason. Effective process need be in place so customer are not waiting. I have never had wait anywhere else i come here its always a long wait it doesnt matter how many people are there. read more

Terrible experience will not be going back to this location. I went with my husband to pick up an order placed online today (6/8/23). We checked in and waited a little bit before getting brought in to the back. Immediately we were greeted by the salesperson (Teisha I believe (Black girl with braids)). Throughout the exchange she was extremely impolite and unprofessional. She rushed my husband throughout the transaction. My husband has severe autism, anxiety, and ADHD, and gets easily overwhelmed in these types of situations. I noticed that he was starting to have a panic attack and so I tried to help complete the transaction, explaining what was going on. When I tried to help, the salesperson told me to "Shut up and be quiet." I was personally astounded that a company would allow this sort of interaction to take place. This location does not care about their clients, and only caring about their bottom line. Because of our experience at this place, my husband suffered a severe panic attack after we left. I personally hope that everyone who sees this post, goes somewhere else. As no one should be pushed into a mental health crisis in order to get medication they need. read more

Great dispensary! They have everything I could want and more. The workers there are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed. Also, they have lots of deals I didn't know about. Saved me a ton of money and happy about everything. Thanks for being there & taking care of my needs. read more

I drove all the way from Orlando just to visit this location as it was the grand opening and they have a strain I prefer. Like all the other Trulieve locations I have been to, it's amazing how consistent the staff is. I'm always able to go in and leave with exactly what I need in a timely manner. They're amazingly polite and extremely attentive. The Brandon location was the epitome of that description. My consultant Quianna was exceptional in her customer service and the coordinator Trevor was also exceptional in making sure everyone was being seen to and treated well. I hope to see them both in the future. I look forward to my next visit ! read more

Used to be good, now there's always a long wait, go elsewhere 40 mins for a damn pick up ready to go order is bit excessive read more

Great location great products trulieve always accommodating and professional. Timely, clean and appealing.

I recommend their product as I have enjoyed the few things that I purchased. Their service on the other hand.. wow it's terrible. If you place a pick up order at 7:30pm then you received a text message that you order is ready for pick up at 8:31 and arrive 10 minutes before they close (9pm on this particular day) and you turn the customer away and tell them that they won't be able to serve you in the back you've provided terrible customer service. If the hours say 9pm you let every customer in until 9pm and finish serving them. Highly disappointed. read more

Yayyyy! Another location that opened in the area. Love that there are so many places for more options.

Went in for my first time, sat in the lobby for almost an hour looking at the menu, when I got to the back they told me the new patient 50% discount doesn't apply to flower-why?? & the cart prices on the menu did not reflect to the tenders in the back. I was just baffled so I didn't argue, I won't be back. read more

Waiting time is always over an hour no matter if you order online and check in on their waitlist. Once you go inside, you will always wait ridiculous amounts of time. They always claim its a system issue or a sale but its just flat out bad management and poor client service. The amount of people that I see walk out every-time im here due to the wait is obscene. Hire more people and fix whatever system you have read more

receptionist was very rude. not happy with customer service. not a vet welcoming environment

I cannot express how knowledgeable, helpful and friendly the entire staff is at this location. "Jake from State Farm" assisted me on my visit today. He was courteous, super friendly and attentive. They take the time to make sure your products are accurate and handled with care. The quality and selection of their products is a definite winner in my book Highly recommend becoming a loyal client. I have had nothing but Amazing experiences each time I stop in. Thanks guys and gals...Y'all Are The Best! read more

The people in the back are very knowledgeable and friendly, and very kind when helping newcomers. The woman in the front however is very rude and seems like she hates her job, it can definitely deter people from going back. read more

This place is dope. Brandon A knows his stuff and he is like a friend giving advice. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is awesome. Lots of products to choose from and actually in stock. Get $75 off 1st purchase of $150 every year when you renew your state license which in effect pays for your state renewal. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. read more

I had a issue with my order being filled. They were out of stock even though the website allowed me to place the order. Brandon, the representative at the Brandon store, was very sympathetic and have me a discount on another item to help compensate the order. I love the Brandon store, always friendly and informative. Very happy with product prices, product quality and availability but it's the employees that keep me coming back! Thank you Brandon! read more
