Y'all have got to staff better. It should not take 45 minutes to come in and shop at your location. You guys are the wealthiest MMJ company in Florida and you consistently only have one employee working with seven or eight people waiting in your lobby. I usually visit another company closer to me but I can't miss out on those sweet discounts they give out on first visits. I recommend u go through the membership online n fill your prescription there first. I did it early n by the time i woke up it was ready. They will text you when everything is ready. They even offer a spot on waitlist but I recommend u do that when you are 5-12 minutes away from location. That way u get there n wam bam n u out. I had to wait a little 5 minutes n the lobby gets bombarded to. They made it even more discreet n safer than other ones. They separated the pickup n consulting area from the lobby. Both windows are heavy tinted on frost or solid white tints. Maximum privacy. I enjoyed my visit n i like that the store isn't to expose to the main road to. The tints n separate closing setup are a plus. I always get nervous getting my prescriptions. People getting wild recently. The staff is welcoming n informative. I had Patrick as my checkout person. He was calm n on point. Informative. No pictures allowed inside n even no phones either. That's a plus plus for me. They treating the business like a doctors office. Professional atmosphere is where it's at. They accept visa n debit. Mr. Patrick processed it as a widrawal n gave me cash back. Dunno im a tad "inspired" right now n that was confusing but hey i gave him plastic n i got money back. Win win. The first time visit slap me with a 50% off of everything! Including the puff pro pen! Terrible experience will not be going back to this location. I went with my husband to pick up an order placed online today (6/8/23). We checked in and waited a little bit before getting brought in to the back. Immediately we were greeted by the salesperson (Teisha I believe (Black girl with braids)). Throughout the exchange she was extremely impolite and unprofessional. She rushed my husband throughout the transaction. My husband has severe autism, anxiety, and ADHD, and gets easily overwhelmed in these types of situations. I noticed that he was starting to have a panic attack and so I tried to help complete the transaction, explaining what was going on. When I tried to help, the salesperson told me to "Shut up and be quiet." I was personally astounded that a company would allow this sort of interaction to take place. This location does not care about their clients, and only caring about their bottom line. Because of our experience at this place, my husband suffered a severe panic attack after we left. I personally hope that everyone who sees this post, goes somewhere else. As no one should be pushed into a mental health crisis in order to get medication they need. read more

I drove all the way from Orlando just to visit this location as it was the grand opening and they have a strain I prefer. Like all the other Trulieve locations I have been to, it's amazing how consistent the staff is. I'm always able to go in and leave with exactly what I need in a timely manner. They're amazingly polite and extremely attentive. The Brandon location was the epitome of that description. My consultant Quianna was exceptional in her customer service and the coordinator Trevor was also exceptional in making sure everyone was being seen to and treated well. I recommend their product as I have enjoyed the few things that I purchased. Their service on the other hand.. wow it's terrible. If you place a pick up order at 7:30pm then you received a text message that you order is ready for pick up at 8:31 and arrive 10 minutes before they close (9pm on this particular day) and you turn the customer away and tell them that they won't be able to serve you in the back you've provided terrible customer service. If the hours say 9pm you let every customer in until 9pm and finish serving them. Highly disappointed. read more

Went in for my first time, sat in the lobby for almost an hour looking at the menu, when I got to the back they told me the new patient 50% discount doesn't apply to flower-why?? & the cart prices on the menu did not reflect to the tenders in the back. Waiting time is always over an hour no matter if you order online and check in on their waitlist. Once you go inside, you will always wait ridiculous amounts of time. They always claim its a system issue or a sale but its just flat out bad management and poor client service. The amount of people that I see walk out every-time im here due to the wait is obscene.
