Yesterday, was an amazingly great experience at this dispensary. MELISSA, WAS A CANNABIS KNOWLEDGE ANGEL. This associate shared great facts, with visual aids, and took spectacular care of us. From quick computer skills, double checked inventory(physical), and with supportive co-workers, answered all of our questions....correctly. Melissa was attentive, listened to our questions, showed great patience and concern for our needs. After visiting many dispensaries in Colorado, Washington, Oregon and here in Florida. This was the first visit, that was on a nation level playing with the other states. Well done Melissa and crew. The two person check system( of your order, into the bag) not seen anywhere else. Yall won my repeat business!!!! Thank you for restoring this Gen X couple; faith in customer service!!! read more

Shoutout to this location for going above and beyond! Shoutout to Nicole from this location for real! I drove 35 min to this location because I was caught up in some weird scam where this google map was hacked and it changed the phone number on the their Google map searched! I ended up almost being hacked for my cash app information and she was able to go above and beyond and stop the scam and still take care of me with a free treat from the store for the drive! Shoutout to Nicole and kat from this location for treating me so nicely, taking care of me, escalating the fraud to their bosses to take note and just going above and beyond for me to turn my experience around. You have a lifetime customer out of me read more

Lexi and Nicole we're so awesome and helpful and answered all the questions that I had and some! I highly recommend this place! read more

Yesterday was my first visit. I called in advance for more information about $15-1/8th deals as I seen on the website. Bryan suggested that I purchase a strain called black triangle for it's indica medicinal effects. I hopped in my car for a 20 minute drive. I told him that we spoke on prior about this specific strain upon arrival....he realized ?.... I suppose that the flower he was pitching me ,later hee realized that it's not available for that price. Instead of letting me choose my pick of strain ...he sent me home with random choice of his own. I thought i was getting smaller buds of black triangle...Instead...I received the worst tiny popcorn nuggets that tasted like fox farm or bat shit....it also has immature seeds . The strain is called tiger eye...it tastes like toxic . I'm also a seasoned vet in cultivation. Colorado, Nor Cal,L.A. ....I know that wtf I'm talking about! read more

Went there for the first time and I felt like I couldn't ask questions they were just rushing and on top of that at no given time was I told if I pay with a card I would be charged a fee to even use my own monies so that happened not only was I charged $3.50 but on top of that an additional $1.50 because my bank not affiliated with so go figure a total of $5.00 plus the $5.00 tip I gave and my total amount so in reality I lost out on the so call discount that was given because it was $10 they got from me in addition to again my total...went back to dispute and it was a waste of time that's how they get you when using a debit card at that now if you pay cash those other charges don't apply smdh you got me once but not twice I'll do my business somewhere else...no I won't be returning there...SO BUYERS BEWARE WHEN PAYING WITH YOUR OWN DEBIT CARD...THINGS THAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU...MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT...PERIOTTTTT...AND THE RUSHING TOO NOT GOOD AT ALL... ENUFF SAID read more

Great place to shop at. Melissa helped me out. Super friendly and my order is always right.

So I'm familiar with the Columbia Care brand from California, and was pleased to see there was one nearby after I got my card. Shopping a brand I already know and trust is always a plus. I've now been here a few times, one of which was 4/20, and every time I get the same experience, no matter how busy it is. Checkin is always fast and friendly. Even if they can't get to you right away, there is clear communication the whole way. Since the Florida market was super different from what I was used to, I really appreciated the budtenders taking the time to explain the different terps and such on my first visit. The whole team, from the door to the floor, is nice and happy to jump in and share their knowledge if asked. read more
