Over the last few months, my anxiety has gotten increasingly worse despite the fact that I have maxed out on my control medication and have been taking my rescue (Xanax) with more frequency (2x daily). I had already started doing research on CBD but wanted to try to find a place locally so I could talk to someone about the variety of options. A few days ago I finally reached a breaking point with my anxiety and started searching for places in the area and out of all the options available, I was drawn to The Smoke Bodega because a number of their reviews raved about how knowledgeable and helpful the owners were. While we waited to be helped, one of the owners (Aileen) was working the counter and greeting customers with familiarity asking how they liked a previous purchase, telling them something they liked was in stock, etc. When she started working with us I immediately felt at ease with her. We discussed my anxiety and my concerns with certain options. She let us try a sample of the flower she was recommending as we spoke which gave me time to see how I would react to it. For the first time in a long time, I felt relaxed and at ease. I honestly couldn't tell you how long we were there but the more we spoke with her, the clearer it became that she's extremely passionate about helping people. She's truly vested in pairing you with products that suit your needs as well as your preferences. The flowers Aileen recommended (Berry Blossom & Russian Automatic) have helped me immensely with both my anxiety and my insomnia. I've been waking up feeling more rested and I'm not having to take 100mg of diphenhydramine (Benadryl/Unisom) just to get myself to fall asleep at night. The GreenTree Naturals 500mg Vape Oil (Beach Baha flavor and made locally) and Sourin Drop Pod have been a complete lifesaver for me at work. My job is fairly stressful and the chronic stress was causing a noticeable increase in my anxiety. While I'm not 100% better, I haven't had to take a single Xanax since I started using the CBD products. The Smoke Bodega is so much more than a business to her and I felt genuinely excited for her as she talked about her future expansion plans and other areas of the market she's pursuing. It's been a few days since we went to see Aileen and I am so incredibly grateful that I found her and her store. She has found a forever customer in me and I look forward to her future growth! read more

Bf got sick from the delta9. Never going back, he's in the hospital there should be a report about this place.

My two cousins came to town, and since I'm not a smoker, I didn't know where to take them. We stumbled across this gem! The manager was so helpful and eager to assist. 5 stars read more

This is the Coolest dispensary It doesn't just provide CBD it also takes care of those that have a cannabis card. The owner is extremely nice and she has a variety of CBD choices, wraps and very authentic flavored flowers. It's always great to meet people that are very passionate about their products and I could tell that this woman is, but not pushy nerdy. read more

Well I dont understand how you guys are buying any THC or real CBD ? Its not a dispensary....not licensed for REAL CANNABIS CARE....I'll repeat, not a dispensary. I'm a chemist and the only thing Hemp provides is basically stuffing for the body with some minerals, used for all types of manufacturing and farming. Now real THC and Real CBD are from the female who's properties are valuable for medication NOT Hemp. Read educate yourself and dont waste your money unless your gardening and need fertilizer thats natural read more

Buyer beware. This place is not friendly or helpful. They have a no refund policy that is not advertised if you buy the wrong thing. The manager is just grossly incompetent and rude. No masks are worn by employees and are not required for customers. Save yourself the headache and go to Wrecked on Waters Ave. if you want help and great customer service with a mask on. I have had bad experiences at the smoke bodega multiple times. I will never spend another penny there. They suck. read more

Just another shout-out to The Smoke Bodega for hooking Winston up. Winston had a supply of pain medication, but has been in so much pain even after finishing his script. The stupid Emergency Vets we went too obviously can't correctly put on a splint as we have had to rush back to get another put on several times and the adhesive was literally ripping his skin. Lydia & I ended up removing the crap and placing a spoon splint ourselves, as well as cast padding to protect his irritated skin. Doxies have the shortest legs so a cast is nearly impossible to stay on! I wrapped it around his shoulder after giving him a little baby bath ( always cheers him up, I swear he loves the bath ) but he was still not himself. His legs were shaking, he was just miserable! I gave him 2 sprays and he wanted more which is awesome that he liked the taste and it wasn't a struggle. He hasn't been sleeping or eating well the past few days and I can tell he's just been blah all around. Last night he ate his dinner without me having to coax him and he was sound asleep!!! He even got up and was trying to play. I have seen CBD, and tried it previously myself... But seeing my dog, being... My dog.. was truly heart warming. AileenLiddy Diaz Winston thanks you two! Everyone stop by The Smoke Bodega and get yours today! This can be used for you or your furrbabes and they even have little dog treat edibles! Proof is in the pudding... CBD has worked better for him in a single night than codeine from the vet has the past 2-3 weeks!!! Update - Second night with his CBD and I was getting the laundry together because we just moved and I couldn't find him anywhere and then I saw him sound asleep curled up in the laundry basket. He RAN today. He followed me around all day, and I can just see so much improvement. I suffer from fibromyalgia amongst other chronic illnesses and I am excited to see what it can do for me!!!!! Aileen and Liddy are truly the most amazing women I have had the pleasure to meet! I stopped in randomly one day, the green shop with the lights caught my eye and I went in and the next thing I know they are supporting my small business and letting me vend at their shop, my business cards are posted up and they go above and BEYOND for people. Unlike most smoke shops who are just full of greed and treat all who enter like a customer and nothing more... Check this place out, I haven't stepped foot in another smoke shop in over a year. Shop was pretty cool I looked seeing the plants they were growing but the blonde guy helping seemed real tense

The Smoke Bodego was extremely knowledgable on their products and helpful in exploring the CBD world. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at The Smoke Bodega. My wife was dealing with a severe migraine headache for two days. Her meds weren't working. I was advised to take her to see Aileen at The Smoke Bodega and I'm so glad I did! They have a really cool Kava and Kratom shop within the store. Aileen spent two hours with us, asking my wife what discomforts she was experiencing and recommended different natural remedies. Her knowledge, professionalism, and empathy was so amazing! The best part is she gave my wife samples of everything she recommended. My wife's migraine and back pain was gone before we ever paid a dime. We purchased our items and most likely won't be using the regular meds anymore. That kava extract is like a magic potion! I'm so grateful for how we were taken care of and I highly recommend this shop!!! read more

I just got charged $50 for something that should've been $30 and they wouldn't refund me the difference. Also no one ever wears masks. 0/10 would recommend. read more

Great selection and friendly staff!! They were willing to take the time and walk me through the CBD experience. Highly recommend!

No one wears mask in here. Also don't even bother asking about CBd products because they don't know anything. Go to good vibes instead

This shop sells fake kradom that made me sick i had the shakes and could hardly walk.

A must visit in Tampa! Subject matter experts with the best customer service. Jacob is the man and knows ALL of the products inside and out!

The Owner cares about people. She paid for food & served it to those less fortunate at her place of business. Most importantly she has a rescue for lost and deserted animals. She is a very caring and thoughtful person. Her and her staff are very helpful in whatever you may be needing at their smoke shop. Thank you for the great experience. I don't know these people so my review is factual based on my personal experience. read more

I had high hopes for this place but they just seem like another business trying to take advantage of people. Saw that their little one hitters sell for $10 but you can find them in Ybor for $2. The owner must be losing at the track if even what should be their cheaper items are three times their regular price. Keep looking for places that care about their customers and don't try to profit from their pain. read more
