There are many things that I like about the smoke shop zone. I'd have to say that number one is the wide selection and variety. You would be hard-pressed to ask for something that they don't have in stock. From glass pieces to nitrous oxide. From ashtrays to cleaning supplies they really have it all. And the people there are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Now, if they would just sell my cannabis seeds. This place literally has the biggest inventory of any smoke shop in the town and country area, next to Smokey Joe's . read more

The guy that works here is really bad at costumer service! And closes earlier than they have online I was literally inside the store and he refused to sell! And its not the first time i have come and its already closed before 12! Never again coming back read more

My review is mixed. If you come in when the girls are working, you'll have a nice time! They're so sweet and funny and they're always willing to discuss the products. However, if you come in when the guy is working, he's really cold.. he's unreceptive to attempts at conversation, he is typically going to be really short with you (no pleasantries like "hi welcome in"), and he doesn't look like he really wants to be working... I'm not sure if he's the owner, if he's going through a really tough time, but whenever he's working and I go in I don't leave feeling good... read more

Fellow Yelper, Stacy Z recommended that I stop in and check this place out. She wasn't wrong. First thing out of the box is this store is clean, it smells good and they have a huge selection of merchandise. They have all the tobacco for all your smoking needs. There's a respectable sized humidor with a good selection of varied sizes/style and quality of cigars. They have all your assorted smoking parephenalia, from rolling papers to lighters to the occasional (or more frequent) water pipe. Their selection is quite nice. They also carry CDB and Kratom at this time. Join the VIP program and get 10% off your purchases each time you come in -simply mention it. read more

I come here for vapes and other products! The friendly staff is one big reason I always come back! They always help me decide on a new flavor and recommend their suggestions and favorite products! The prices are unbeatable here! Love you guys! I recommend the Geek Bar Pulse, and Lost Mary's! read more

I love the vapes over there... and the 2 blond ladys are very helpful and friendly... those lady's deserve 5 stars!!!! but the bold guy (over the 40 years) who work sometimes he definitely doesn't know how to treat a customer, that's the only bad part about that shop read more

Selling fake delta 8 pens don't waste your money go up the street to good vybes Really horrible experience read more

Just spent over $400 on thanksgiving day on a Puffco Peak not to mention that puffco lists this exact product for $199.00 & they're selling it for $365.00 that doesn't turn on, I have charged it for hours and still won't turn on. I contacted the store about swapping it for another because this one is faulty. Or at least giving me a refund and I give them their product back.. They told me that I have to contact puffco about getting a new one..& that they will not refund my money! Very unprofessional and non caring for their customers! Any questions about their products contact me @johnnys1035@gmail.com read more

Amanda is amazing , she was very helpful and made my experience at the shop better !! i come here often and everyone is very nice and make sure that you find what your looking for. yes all purchases are final- so if the packaging/ product allows make sure to test out what you can. i had some trouble with a faulty torch. i was unable to test it in the store beacuse it was packaged up(i went with a pricer one hoping to make sure it got the job done well-which it did :)) ) so when i got home i was disappointed to find that the tempature knob was not working .i called in and ofcourse i was told that that all purchases are final , but after explaining my situation to the owners they were very understanding and helped me reach a solution. thank you ! read more

Fake Vapes and BAD customer service? Place is a joke. Definitely should have checked reviews before i did business.

Good prices and and a wide variety of products. I was told they opened about 9 weeks ago so they are relatively new. Go check them out. This place was everything and anything you could possibly need. The manager is really nice and helpful, so don't be shy to ask him questions about the products. There is also a pretty big tobacco cigar room inside the smoke shop if your into that. My friends and I buy vape pens, CBD oil and edibles, raw papers and pretty much anything we need from this place. read more

Super friendly and awesome staff, massively larger selection of lovely products than I anticipated, and the price point on everything was perfectly fair. Stopped by on a whim as I live right down the street. I was in search of an old style pen charger for this old all in one oil pen I keep laying around. They didn't have the chargers to sell as a stand alone but they were determined to make sure I walked out of their store happy, eventually helping me find an inexpensive way to use something I already had and step up my mobile oil game with a pretty neat little Addy that fits on a vape I do have a charger for. I spent all of maybe 10 bucks more than I intended when I walked in but got something better and more versatile than what I was trying revive. read more

The staff was really considerate, I had purchased a hookah from them and it just was not what I wanted. The owner helped me troubleshoot and completely guided me through a new set up. Truly thankful for their help and will continue to return for all my needs. read more

prices are good because product is sub par. workers are great, boss has some of the most idiotic policies of any business in the US

2 visits and I'm sold on the integrity of this business and it's people. David is as real as it gets and he inspired me to post this review and keep coming back. Sometimes, just being human is enough to move people closer towards you. read more

This smoke shop has everything you can think of, and the prices are very reasonable. Helpful staff, & really nice setup. Would have to say one if the best smoke shops in the Tampa bay area!! read more

I'd like to give this a quarter star but can't. I have been going to this place for a few years now and they have hired a new 70 year old blonde woman that has a bad spay tan and dresses like she thinks she is Stevie Knick's. Who is extremely rude. I stopped by yesterday and for some reason she wasn't going to give me my 10% discount even after I have spoken to the owner previously about her and this situation she started talking extremely loudly and thought she was being cute in front of some young males. I was telling her there was no need for the dramatics and raising her voice as she proceeds to say it was me I let her know I hadn't done anything yet but if it kept up I also would raise my voice as well long story short I did get discount in the end after her call to the owner I really really love this store but wen she is there I will walk out. as for the owner and others get a 5 stars read more

This shop is awesomeeeeee, Lots of variety! David was extremely helpful and super nice! You're awesome! Will definitely be back again! :)

Well then I go back the Next week and a say the same thing that their systems are down and its Bank of America's fault And she reassures me that I can still get my discount I just have to come back or call mind you I live like about 25 minutes from this location I only stopped there due to it wasn't right where I was having my birthday dinner. Well then I go I forget about it so 2 weeks ago I go back in there and the lady there was like oh I have to have owner manager I'm sorry there's nothing I can do right now so as I go K understanding I am assistant manager so I understand well today I call them And this lady tells me I would have to call back at a later time theres nothing she can do for me ! It's been over a month now and they still cant figure it out smh never will I go back there yall need to do better . read more

The Smoke Shop Zone is my go-to smoke shop. Their walk-in humidor is well stocked with premium hand-made cigars, and accessories needed for smoking & humidor maintenance. I roll my own cigarettes, and they have all I need. The staff (and owner) are knowledgeable & friendly, and going into the shop is a great experience. Enjoy. read more
