Never going back! I spent over a thousand dollars in the last few months buying everything from water pipes to e juice, batteries, coils, flower, rigs and cartridges. They refused to exchange a defective budget cartridge. I was about to buy 2 top shelf cartridges and 3 bags of flower. I did not appreciate the way they tried to blame me for their defective product. read more

First visit in, and my impression is pretty good. I needed a new battery for my cartridges, the one I have wasn't giving me enough of a draw. Their selection for that wasn't huge but they did have what I needed, even encouraged me to try it to see what the output was. Pretty cool. They have a guy there who works, who's a glass blower, he's done many of the pipes there, his work is really nice. They sell tobacco, they sell water pipes and they even say on the door that they sell drug (weed) related products, so if you're offended, don't go in. in 2024, having a panic attack because a customer calls a bowl, a bowl, when you work at a smoke shop, is absolutely ridiculous. Also, you'll notice a definite cultural change inside.. it's just weird and off-putting. read more

Just a warning to everyone: I went in here for the first time last night to buy pods and coils and the fat white/arab/whatever guy (I want to make the distinction because the other guy helping me up until that point was cool and nice) charged me for a two pack of pods and a two pack of coils, then proceeded to reach into the boxes, cut the packs in half with scissors, and gave me only ONE pod and ONE coil with no boxes. I find it hilarious that they're so careful to not get in trouble that I'm not allowed to say the word "weed" in there, yet he would pull some shady bs like individually selling things marked "not for individual sale" and also charging me full price for them. There's literally a smoke shop within two minutes in any direction from here, so I would definitely not recommend this place. read more

My girlfriend bought a pipe from this store, the employee wrapped it up in bubble wrap out of our sight, we got home and she unwrapped it and it was broken in half. We took it back the next morning and asked for an exchange. Same employee told us to kick rocks and blamed us for breaking it. We did nothing to the pipe to hurt it. Also claimed it "smelled funny" insisting it had been used and it 100% had not. I even pointed out to him that there was no residue of any kind any where on or in the pipe. It was literally broken when we pulled it out of the bubble wrap as home. Basically they sell cheap defective junk and will not stand behind it at all. They wouldn't even tell us who the manufacturer is and claimed they don't know despite having an entire case full of the same ones. So now we will do a charge back and get our money refunded vs just having them swap it out with another and making it right. read more

the service by each shift is amazing!!! they didn't have my coils today and I ended up going and buying them and some expensive smoke shop for 32$$ for the pack when there usually 23$ at smokin pipes that includes tax and right after I bought them they sent my boyfriend a call saying they had the coils now!!! that's a great business if you ask me!!! they go out of there way to make there customers happy and yeah I already got the coils but now they will be in stock all the time and that's what makes me love this place so much is the care and drive for good service!!! and there prices are unbelievably reasonabl!!! love you guys!!! see you in a week or so read more

My all time favorite smoke shop! I have gone to a few of there locations and they are all always so helpful and friendly. I just started vaping a year ago and they helped me truly understand what was best for me. I love the selections of the juices and other products. I swear by Smokin Pipes now! I went there in December to get kratom. This place ripped me off. I paid twice the price for half as much as Marley's house tarpon charges me. And I only purchased it there because Marley's happened to be closed at the time. I'll never go there again if that's the way they're going to treat me. I was told that it may not be allowed to be imported in this country anymore. That was the excuse they had for such a high price. read more

The merchandise is neatly organized and the store is always clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their customers. They are also extremely knowledgable and can answer just about any question. Whenever you have a chance to go to a head shop you typically want to get in and out fairly fast. This store however was really great in that it wasn't cluttered yet had a lot of options. The store was well laid out and there was a lot of really great choices. If you need a new pipe or anything related this is the best place in town. read more

The prices weren't bad and I bought a little water pipe that works great. My biggest complaint was the past two times i've been in here the customer services has been painfully slow. I get that you're selling pipes that are 99% of the time being used for smoking marijuana, but that doesn't mean your employees should be stoned off their asses. It's pretty sad when you have to tell the guy 3 times that the glass pipe he grabbed wasn't the want I wanted to see. Every employee in there looks like a typical stoner that just rolled out of bed and is late for a college class. Bunch of Wake and Bakers who threw on the clothes they wore at the party the night before and stumbled into work because they slept in and were running late. read more
