Easily order online for seamless pick up or delivery. Never have had any issues with our orders, except not enough parmesan cheese (only 3 tiny packets for 3 pizzas). Usually a pretty busy spot. Employees are friendly, prices are decent. It's a small little place with an outdoor patio. Give them a shot! Everyone has their own idea of "perfect pizza" so never know, this may be your spot! The inside had a TV, I liked the outdoor seating better. This is a pizza joint so its going to get loud. The pizza was good. I didn't really find anything wrong with it. My friend and I split it. I like onions on my half so we were able to accommodate that. My friend ordered the pizza, so I didn't really communicate with the staff. When I'm in Morro Bay, I'd go back.

I have dined at Distasio's off and on for many years starting when they were down on the Embarcadero, then up on the hill and now up on the Boulevard. I used to get the Chicken Fettucine Alfredo and wasn't impressed by the sauce. Later I started ordering the Tortellini Carbonara, with a cream sauce and little bits of ham and peas. This is my go-to dish now. I also like their mozzarella sticks. I have found their bread options hit and miss, although this last batch of cheese bread was great!! I often order from Door Dash but the last time I went in I couldn't find my tortellini dish. The gal at the restaurant told me it is still there, I will have to look again. Most recently I took some family members to dinner here and they enjoyed their dishes. So, my rating is back up to 4 stars. I will most likely return here, wish they had Gnocchi.

I wish the bread twists and pizza were warmer, but I probably got there later and they had been put out earlier. The Hawaiian pizza was good. Their drinks are Pepsi, wish they were Coke products, but you can refill for free. One time their CO2 was out but she didn't tell me when I purchased the lunch. She was able to give me some drinks in a bottle that time. Weird, though, that she didn't tell the customers before they paid that their carbonation was down!! But she made it right, so that is good. I will definitely return here and might start ordering my home pizza from here again.

There's no dedicated parking but there's plenty of street parking around the area. The restaurant is located on the second floor of a building with windows facing the ocean, so the name was very fitting. A lot of the seats allowed guests a nice view of the outside/ocean. We were able to get a window seat and was able to enjoy a nice sunset view and take lots of photos by their balcony area. We ordered the halibut, black cod, cioppino, dungeness crab cake, mixed greens and all the dishes were all decent but I can't say I was blown away by any of them. The dishes were on the pricier side as well. Overall the service was good and they were attentive with checking in on us and refilling the water. The only surprising thing about the place was that there was an additional 3% fee on credit card transactions which they apparently indicate on their menu (which I missed), and the waiter didn't mention either, so I was taken back when I saw it on the bill. While I understand they're trying to offset their costs, it is pretty rare these days and I wish the waiter gave us a heads up. Overall, the view was great and the food was decent.

Our server (i forgot her name but she had blonde hair) made up for it since she was super delightful! Aside from that i was looking for her to tell her it was my partners birthday but i only saw him. I asked if he could tell my server for me and he said yeah! They can put a candle on the dessert we order. He asked me what dessert but i didn't know what the options were yet so he said he would just tell my server anyway and we can pick. Lo and behold, no candle lol. That guy sucks

Free refills for sodas, but only a little bit of ice. It was a bit syrupy and had a lack of carbonation, might have been Pepsi instead of Coke. Steak knife included with utensils, which came in handy because the burger was really slippery and I had to eat with a knife and fork!! Potatoes looked overcooked but that was because they are purple potatoes!! They tasted ok, luckily not too spicy like everything is these days. I liked the non-purple potato's texture better. Slow to refill my drink. I will come here again and have the wedge salad, from the pic it looks smaller than I expected this time around so it will be able to be eaten with a burger!!

Since Yelp isn't showing my earlier reviews I can only update so sorry if I repeat anything…read more I recently revisited Gilligan's, so many people are giving such a high rating that I hoped their sandwiches had gotten better since my last review. Unfortunately, their sandwiches are about the same - at least the one I try. I ordered a turkey on a roll with lettuce, cheese, and mayo. The bread was still SO DRY that I couldn't like the sandwich at all. I did order a small pizza and a hotdog. These are new to the menu since I was there last. After waiting an incredibly long amount of time to get my order, I was at least happy with the pizza and hot dog. Glad to have a hot dog option next to the theatre so I can sneak one in!! I ordered extra cheese on the pizza but I didn't need to. I am happy to upgrade my star rating to 3-stars for those two new items. I am picky about the bread for my sandwiches and honestly the only one I liked was when you had the sliced wheat bread option available one day as a fluke. I will go to Mr. Pickles for my sandwiches from now on, but I might stop in for a pizza or a dog.
