Every instructor I've had has been good- they take their time, explain poses, provide modifications and come around and help when working on some higher level positions.

The class was a mix of lightweight training and Pilates movements that worked every part of my body. I walked out of class feeling accomplished and ready to take on the day. It's well suited for beginners but still a challenging class, and especially great if your body is sore and in need of a solid stretch. Mats are offered here free of charge which is also a plus, and they have ample blocks and yoga props for use as well. The studio is well-lit and calming, however, the space does get packed, so if you want a good spot I'd recommend coming here early to set up.
