Watching him take it all in was the best part of the night and that would not have happened without Jamie's attention to detail and heart for what she does. The place itself is great for a wedding or any event really. The chapel is large , which is next to the cocktail lounge, which is then next to the reception room. All very nicely placed to transition from ceremony to reception. We had about 160 guest and the entire space felt ample and not crowded. There was plenty of parking and a very nice garden for pictures. Everything is very well maintained. Josie and the rest of the staff, to include the owners were fantastic. They really have the whole operation down pat. They worked with us from beginning to end by helping us prepare for the wedding to executing the ceremony and schedule flawlessly. Many of our guests were complimenting the venue and some even asking for the information. Food was great, drinks were great, we couldn't have asked for a better venue. Highly recommend. And Ashley was also awesome and super kind as one of our day-of coordinators! We met and had our final meeting with Kim and she made us feel really comfortable and made the appointment go really smooth!! We worked really closely with Josie throughout the whole process and she was AMAZING. Always on top of communication, always answering any and all questions we had (and we had a lot)!!! She was really knowledgeable and just overall a wonderful person. I'm really grateful to Josie for making our experience truly a fairy tale. We came into planning completely overwhelmed, but every meeting with her left us calmer and more confident. She recommended amazing vendors and remembered every detail we shared -- down to specific photos on my shot list. I mentioned wanting veil shots once, and on the wedding day she made sure to remind our photo and video team so nothing was missed. She genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. We had quite the wedding weekend -- including an atmospheric storm that forced us to move our outdoor ceremony indoors. We were heartbroken, but Ann handled everything with so much grace and positivity. She and her team resolved issues behind the scenes before we even had the chance to worry about them. We didn't learn about half of it until our debrief a week later LOL. Because of her, we were able to stay fully present and completely stress-free. Ann's thoughtfulness showed up in big and small moments. One standout was how she coordinated our In-N-Out stop -- by the time our bridal party and photo/video team arrived, she already had us seated and eating, which was everything after a long morning with barely a break. When we realized we were missing centerpieces for a few tables because we forgot to update our florist on the final count, Ann handled it immediately before we even had a chance to stress. Her team was also so gracious in setting up all our welcome-area décor and bathroom amenity baskets. Ann truly thinks of everything. On the wedding day, she kept everything running smoothly and exactly on schedule -- something incredibly important to us. She kept the energy flowing, checked in on guests, and ensured every detail was executed exactly as planned. We genuinely could not have done this without Ann and her team. Their expertise, steady presence, and genuine dedication made our wedding weekend not only beautiful but truly enjoyable. My husband even mentioned that if we ever throw another big event (hopefully not another wedding LOL), we'd hire Ann again in a heartbeat. Our parents are pretty particular and had high expectations, but even they couldn't stop raving about Ann and her team afterward. We also received so many compliments from guests who were impressed by how seamlessly everything came together. If you want a planner who goes beyond logistics -- someone who advocates for you, protects your peace, and executes with precision -- Ann is the one. Highly, highly recommend. One thing we always wanted to have was a wedding that brought everyone together, but also to keep all our guests engaged throughout the entire night. We went to multiple weddings before and saw Ann as the wedding planner and notice how active she was throughout the entire night and how everything felt under control, one of our favorite wedding that we went to was a small wedding of 70 people, but it was the most fun and most memorable wedding we've been to. Throughout the process of having Ann as a wedding planner, she was able to help us with sourcing vendors navigating through contracts, helping set up appointments, and she was even there for every single face-to-face meeting with vendors and the venue, and also helped negotiate some of the contracts to provide us better terms and pricing. A lot of the vendors that we wanted to work with already has relations with Ann which made it a lot easier to communicate. We wanted our wedding to run smoothly and we wanted our guest to be entertained, but I also wanted me and my wife's wedding day to be drama free and of course, the most memorable day of our life and Ann delivered the night went off without a hitch. Everybody was happy and everybody complimented on the efficient timeline. Our guest list was full of different groups of people, you have your typical Asian auntie and uncles and then you have friends and also professional acquaintances. Ann was able to navigate all those things. She handled special request, spoke Vietnamese and made sure our special guest were accounted for. We felt like there wasn't much time wasted in between different events from first dance to speeches to dinner throughout the whole night all our guests were engaged thank you so much and for helping us through this process, but most importantly, thank you for creating one of the most memorable moments in our lives

    I want to start off by saying that I wasn't able to even experience their services due to very poor…read morecommunication and lack of clarification from their part as a business. As well as a lack of cultural awareness from their part. I emailed the table service about a giveaway for my child. (A giveaway posted on their story) They emailed me, misleading as to having been selected for the giveaway. Somehow contacting me was more of a step to be considered for the giveaway rather than actually being selected. ( I would have not bothered to even email anyone at all to ask about details ) They should have stated with the first email that they select who they prefer to pick for the give away. Suggestions : 1. Put a disclaimer / details about your needs for the giveaway. Ex: "We are doing a promotional giveaway! We set up one of our services and enjoy the set up for a gathering of your own! " I came up with that as I was writing this. Simple easy and the point. 2.Work on following back with phone, emails, text messages. Get in the same page of who will manage your communications as a business. Gloria, If you as a business owner cannot handle the communication tasks, hire workers to support you. 3. Be open and respect cultural belief in practices of the misuse of "teepees". I ask for no teepees. Actually asked for less of the service. I regret not being more direct of how you are appropriating a cultural and it's lodge but I didn't because I was hoping you would be culturally respectful. But since you took it to be defensive I'm saying it now. You are appropriating sacred symbolism to northern native folks. If that offends you imagine how it rightfully makes native folks uncomfortable that you offer it as part of your profit making. 5. Like I mentioned in our private messages, Do better at communicating your intentions when doing a giveaway. Lastly, remember you are in stolen native indigenous land. The least you can do is respect when someone isn't comfortable using your props for an event and you trying to spin it around and back out of a giveaway. Just don't do give away a .

I threw a baby shower for my daughter in law who wanted a very specific boho style & Gloria delivered and then some. It actually rained during our shower, I had rented tents & heaters, and Gloria worked so hard to make it stunning. I cannot recommend them more. I will be using them again for more parties.
