So I initially picked this company due to the stellar reviews on yelp however as a perfectionist I was very upset it did not match my expectations. I scheduled a move out cleaning and even gave Joe a list of what I wanted to be done. 3 Ladies arrived 15 minutes late and I was very clear that the windows were a priority especially the window sills. The lady in charge said she couldn't do the inside of the windows which was fine because the house is old and its hard to open the windows. So I told her at least do the outside and she agreed.  About 3 hours later I came back to a horrific mess. The windows weren't even halfway done. There was still dust on the banisters. The oven had chemicals sprayed inside but never wiped. The fridge was barley wiped. The back of the toilet was never cared for. On top of that I don't know what one of the ladies dropped in the toilet but it was backed up. I called Joe right away and he was apologetic and said he would send back his crew right away to correct any mistakes. Well out of three ladies only ONE lady came back with an attitude and complained into my face that she worked THREE WHOLE HOURS on the house. Well geez GOOD FOR YOU. 3 hours and this is the mess you leave? She fought with me on the everything and It got me agitated I sent her away. My family owns our own commercial cleaning firm and we have never left our clients in this mess. I texted Joe and asked him to ask his crew what they honestly flushed down the toilet because it would not flush. He said he would get back to to me and never replied. I am giving this company 2 stars since Joe did send his crew back to correct the mistakes when I called. However he never got back to me about the toilet. I have hired a plumber to take care of the toilet for now. I went to Walmart right after the lady left and bough cleaning supplies to clean the house myself. I spent roughly 3 hours that day cleaning the house myself since the crew decided not to work. Maybe I'm just a perfectionist. Maybe I expect better because my family owns a commercial janitorial firm. But I really expected better. So if you're like me who wants perfection and expect a DEEP clean with no dust anywhere I implore you to look at other options before selecting this company just by the yelp reviews. Purchased an Amazon Voucher for the $75 variety for three hours of cleaning. They arrived 15 minutes late which is not a big deal to me as it can easily be expected when you live in this area. They indicated dissatisfaction with the size of my home as being to large and had to call someone about it. My home is a single level three bedroom two bath and is about 1500 sq-ft max with all hardwood / tile. They cleaned the floors exceptionally well and that's where it stops. They did not dust well, they did not clean or sanitize the showers / tub well, they did not touch the window sills, and the home smelled like very heavily with chemicals for until the next day. They dusted the top of the coffee table but not the bottom shelf. We had to open the windows to try and change out the air for 15 minutes or so at 10* outside. And they left 10 minutes early which = 20 minutes of work as there were two of them. I am a little critical of things but this was just bad work with the exception of the floors. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

They showed up pretty much on time the day of, and paid extra attention to the kitchen (microwave and stove top) and bathrooms (tubs), just like we'd requested. They did offer online scheduling, which I tried three times, but it did not process. Ended up emailing and calling to schedule a time. That was the only frustration. Everything after that was awesome. I had a long list off items to be done and they did everything within the time frame and it was like my place was new again! The team did an excellent job cleaning our home - especially our floors, which I cannot seem to keep clean! The only issue we had was our oven and fridge were supposed to be cleaned and were not done during the initial visit. That being said, as soon as they were informed they scheduled a secondary cleaning and a different team came in and completed those two tasks. The oven looks AMAZING. The team was very responsive when inquiring about the service. So I guess the contract out the work, which is fine. They did a decent good job overall. I requested a "move out deep clean" when I requested a quote on yelp, which I am not too sure if it was. I noticed they did not wipe down out kitchen back splash, outside of the microwave, or outside of the fridge. When asking Joe to emphasize deep clean to the contractors, I did not appreciate the response of," I was told the home was really dirty." Mind you, we had just moved out of the home a couple of days before and it was pretty empty. That response was offensive and unnecessary given the posed question. Joe is professional, responsive and reliable in cleaning our townhouse. It was a very good feeling to return home after working long hours to see our home dusted, mopped, cleaned and vacuumed on all 4 levels (we have a loft) with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. He is efficient. He even set my husband's mini bathroom amenities (which he got from his travels at hotels) on our bathroom counter as it it was a hotel--he has an eye for keeping things in order! I bought a $149 three hour move-in/move-out cleaning special off of Amazon Local. Basically, the two workers they sent were just not very good at their job. I've been a cleaner before, so I know what a good cleaning job is, and they barely did a basic wipe down. They didn't even know how to wash the walls (looked at me like I was from outer space when I asked them how they were going to do it), didn't dust the fans, clean the baseboards, the edges of the carpet were still dirty, didn't clean the drapes, etc. I ended up having to redo most everything of what they did, but doing it the proper way. But the worst part was when I finally got through to their office after they had finished and left (after 15 straight minutes of redialing - no joke) to let them know how dissatisfied I was. Their manager proceeded to treat me rudely, and ended up doing NOTHING AT ALL about the poor service. She said it was all my fault for not supervising the workers. I assumed I had hired professional cleaners that could carry out the written instructions I had left them, but that's not what I got. And then the manager basically gave me a middle finger over the phone. When I asked to speak to the owners, so refused to give me their contact information. Flat out refused. What kind of business does this? I eventually had to contact Amazon to straighten it out. Amazon refunded me my $149, which means Supreme Team Cleaning didn't get paid a dime. I would leave it at that and go on my way but for the rude treatment by the manager and refusal to do ANYTHING to make up for their incompetent staff and horrible customer service. TERRIBLE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I called Joe to set up an appointment to have my apartment DEEP CLEANED. After being quoted $150 for a 700 square foot apartment that should've been the first red flag. Then I was told that full prepayment is due prior to confirming the appointment. Again, another red flag. I was hesitant and asked Joe "my apartment is extremely small to be charged $150 and your site says $150 for 5 rooms or more". Joes response was that I seemed to need "special attention" because I had mentioned I wanted the apartment DEEP CLEANED. Joe said "I think you will be pleased." yeah right! After the cleaning team spent 2 hours cleaning my apartment, I looked around and thought "I could've done this myself if not better". The shower was wiped down with what smelled like an old dirty rag and there was a residual mildew smell that was left behind throughout the entire apartment. I explained my frustrations to Joe who seemed unbothered and was trying to "investigate" what occurred. After telling Joe that I wanted at least a partial refund, he said that I had to speak to the "manager" (cleaning ladies). After speaking to the "manager" (cleaning ladies) they had informed me that they had to tell Joe that my apartment was "filthy" because he did not want to pay them for cleaning it since I was asking for a refund. The fact that employees feel as though they have to lie to get payment from their boss is terrible. I'm not sure what type of business is being run but to have your employees living in FEAR is so saddening. Joe then refuses to answer my calls/block me to avoid having to give a partial refund. The poor cleaning ladies probably purchase their own supplies and get paid practically nothing. Of course they're going to do a terrible job of they're being treated terribly. Never again.
