Joe was punctual, friendly, and did a great job cleaning my home. I work two jobs and really needed some help keeping my home feeling clean for when I AM actually there, and Joe saved the day! He cleaned my one bedroom one bathroom condo in a very reasonable amount of time, and to my standards as well (which I'm told can be high). I'm pleased with the service, and you can't beat the price. I would recommend Supreme Team Cleaners to friends looking for this service. read more

Tried them today for the first tine and they did a superb job cleaning my apartment!!

So I initially picked this company due to the stellar reviews on yelp however as a perfectionist I was very upset it did not match my expectations. I scheduled a move out cleaning and even gave Joe a list of what I wanted to be done. 3 Ladies arrived 15 minutes late and I was very clear that the windows were a priority especially the window sills. The lady in charge said she couldn't do the inside of the windows which was fine because the house is old and its hard to open the windows. So I told her at least do the outside and she agreed.  About 3 hours later I came back to a horrific mess. The windows weren't even halfway done. There was still dust on the banisters. The oven had chemicals sprayed inside but never wiped. The fridge was barley wiped. The back of the toilet was never cared for. On top of that I don't know what one of the ladies dropped in the toilet but it was backed up. I called Joe right away and he was apologetic and said he would send back his crew right away to correct any mistakes. Well out of three ladies only ONE lady came back with an attitude and complained into my face that she worked THREE WHOLE HOURS on the house. Well geez GOOD FOR YOU. 3 hours and this is the mess you leave? She fought with me on the everything and It got me agitated I sent her away. My family owns our own commercial cleaning firm and we have never left our clients in this mess. I texted Joe and asked him to ask his crew what they honestly flushed down the toilet because it would not flush. He said he would get back to to me and never replied. I am giving this company 2 stars since Joe did send his crew back to correct the mistakes when I called. However he never got back to me about the toilet. I have hired a plumber to take care of the toilet for now. I went to Walmart right after the lady left and bough cleaning supplies to clean the house myself. I spent roughly 3 hours that day cleaning the house myself since the crew decided not to work. Maybe I'm just a perfectionist. Maybe I expect better because my family owns a commercial janitorial firm. But I really expected better. So if you're like me who wants perfection and expect a DEEP clean with no dust anywhere I implore you to look at other options before selecting this company just by the yelp reviews. This is the bare minimum. You will not get the deep perfect clean you think you'll get.... read more

I purchased an amazon local deal for a deep home cleaning and am very satisfied! The appointment was easy to set up and the employees were very friendly. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the whole house was clean. They cleaned the inside of the stove, all appliances, mopped and vacuumed floors, and cleaned bathrooms entirely. We will definitely be calling them again. read more

Supreme Team Cleaning is Excellent! For a deep clean (fridge, oven etc) of a modest 1 bedroom, they sent 2 people who spent 4 hours at my place. It was spotless! And totally reasonably priced. About to book my second appointment now! read more

Found this company off a Living Social coupon for $129 for one person to clean for 4 hours! I think they might be a newer company. They did offer online scheduling, which I tried three times, but it did not process. Ended up emailing and calling to schedule a time. That was the only frustration. Everything after that was awesome. I had a long list off items to be done and they did everything within the time frame and it was like my place was new again! They definitely went above and beyond my expectations and am going to continue to use their service. I highly recommend them for any cleaning you have! Joe was very accommodating, helpful and considerate. Excellent customer service! read more

Bought a $129 LivingSocial voucher for 2 ppl for 2 hours. They cleaned everything very well and instead of leaving early, they asked what else they could clean. Love it when cleaners move items to clean those areas rather than cleaning around it. Highly recommend read more

Made last minute accommodations for us and were very patient through a difficult situation. Very communicative and thorough. Thank you!

Fantastic Job! I would highly recommend Supreme Team Cleaning! Can't beat the prices, and you will not be disappointed! read more

I work for a property management company and have used supreme team cleaning for multiple properties. Owner is super responsive and easy to work with. Reliable and great quality cleaning services read more

We got a deal online for two hours of cleaning for two people. It was easy to schedule a time by phone and use our voucher. They showed up pretty much on time the day of, and paid extra attention to the kitchen (microwave and stove top) and bathrooms (tubs), just like we'd requested. It was great coming back to a clean home! read more

Unbelievable service! I requested a very last minute cleaning and they made it happen. Super easy to book and pay. Will definitely use them again read more

We are very happy with the attention to detail and professionalism we found with Supreme Team. We had used other large firms before and were having to clean up the detail things after. Joe did an amazing job even behind our pedestal sink. Even our contractors didn't clean there. It looks great and we are looking forward to having a long relationship with Supreme Team. read more

Joe is a one-man cleaning machine! Today was a first-time deep clean of a house with 5 1/2 bathrooms. He did all that I asked and more. On-time and for a great price. No surprise: I've already scheduled a bi-monthly cleaning. read more

Great job for cleaning and carpet cleaning. I would strongly recommend them. Very efficient, on time, snd quick.

I bought a $149 three hour move-in/move-out cleaning special off of Amazon Local. Basically, the two workers they sent were just not very good at their job. I've been a cleaner before, so I know what a good cleaning job is, and they barely did a basic wipe down. They didn't even know how to wash the walls (looked at me like I was from outer space when I asked them how they were going to do it), didn't dust the fans, clean the baseboards, the edges of the carpet were still dirty, didn't clean the drapes, etc. I ended up having to redo most everything of what they did, but doing it the proper way. But the worst part was when I finally got through to their office after they had finished and left (after 15 straight minutes of redialing - no joke) to let them know how dissatisfied I was. Their manager proceeded to treat me rudely, and ended up doing NOTHING AT ALL about the poor service. She said it was all my fault for not supervising the workers. I assumed I had hired professional cleaners that could carry out the written instructions I had left them, but that's not what I got. And then the manager basically gave me a middle finger over the phone. When I asked to speak to the owners, so refused to give me their contact information. Flat out refused. What kind of business does this? I eventually had to contact Amazon to straighten it out. Amazon refunded me my $149, which means Supreme Team Cleaning didn't get paid a dime. I would leave it at that and go on my way but for the rude treatment by the manager and refusal to do ANYTHING to make up for their incompetent staff and horrible customer service. That's why I'm writing this review - so you won't have to go through this as well. read more

I needed a last minute cleaning service as I got ready to move out of my apartment; Joe was very kind and generous in scheduling a last minute cleaning service as well as working around my limited availability for the weekend. Joe and Eliza arrived one time and we're not only extremely professional but their attention to detail is unparalleled! They cleaned every corner, every cabinet, every piece of dog hair ( I have a black lab that sheds like crazy!), etc. hands down the best cleaning service I've had so far and will def use them again! anyone who doesn't rate them with 5 stars is def one of those ppl that just likes to complain. read more

First time calling and Joe responded to my inquiry within minutes. He actually was able to send his crew to clean my unit since I moved out plus the carpet that same day!! Very professional & his staff were super friendly & hard workers. I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much!!! read more

The team did an excellent job cleaning our home - especially our floors, which I cannot seem to keep clean! The only issue we had was our oven and fridge were supposed to be cleaned and were not done during the initial visit. That being said, as soon as they were informed they scheduled a secondary cleaning and a different team came in and completed those two tasks. The oven looks AMAZING. I am not sure I knew what color it was supposed to be... We will be using the team again. read more

Joe is professional, responsive and reliable in cleaning our townhouse. It was a very good feeling to return home after working long hours to see our home dusted, mopped, cleaned and vacuumed on all 4 levels (we have a loft) with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. He is efficient. He even set my husband's mini bathroom amenities (which he got from his travels at hotels) on our bathroom counter as it it was a hotel--he has an eye for keeping things in order! I already keep a tidy house, but need professional help due to my crazy work schedule. I'm grateful for Joe's high sense of cleanliness and order. In fact, I emailed him yesterday to thank him for his thorough cleaning and requested to keep his services due to his polite responsiveness and professionalism. I like the fact that he accepts payments online using credit cards. His nickname should be Mr. Clean! read more

Cleaning service was bad. They are not thorough or detail oriented. My place was clean to start with and it would have been easy to thoroughly clean the floors and kitchen. I would not use them again read more

My apartment was filthy, I had to move out because of a fire on my building. In two hours or less Supreme did an amazing job. I was honestly shocked they could do so much to fix up the place in so little time. I can recommend them very hight! read more

Had initial deep cleaning done. Customer service was great from the coordination to the actual team performing the work.

Joe was extremely prompt replying to my messages for a quote and booking (even over the weekend). He called about 15 minutes before arriving and arrived about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. He went straight to work on our 2 bed/2.5 bath condo and finished in about 2.5 hours. He did an incredible job! The bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling and the house smelled fresh! We are very pleased and plan to continue a monthly service with Joe! read more

Great cleaning, especially for the price point. Appreciated their quick responses and flexibility for scheduling. Recommended.

Excellent service! The clean team was prompt, professional, and efficient. The ladies worked well together and tackled different areas of the house at the same time. Everything looked clean and smelled fresh. They made sure I was satisfied before leaving and invited me to check their work. My wife is very picky and even she was pleasantly surprised. Definitely will have them back. read more

The team was very responsive when inquiring about the service. So I guess the contract out the work, which is fine. They did a decent good job overall. I requested a "move out deep clean" when I requested a quote on yelp, which I am not too sure if it was. I noticed they did not wipe down out kitchen back splash, outside of the microwave, or outside of the fridge. When asking Joe to emphasize deep clean to the contractors, I did not appreciate the response of," I was told the home was really dirty." Mind you, we had just moved out of the home a couple of days before and it was pretty empty. That response was offensive and unnecessary given the posed question. I would not use this service going forward. read more

Joe was quick and responsive to my quote request, and doing business with him was awesome. He arrived early, and worked VERY hard on my apartment. He went above and beyond, cleaning oven, microwave, and all those little neglected corners. His price was reasonable and I would not hesitate using his service again. read more

Joe and his crew came to clean our townhouse on short notice, on NYE!! They arrived early and were extremely professional from the first phone call to the walk through. We got the move out package and the carpet steamed, quote was spot on with no hidden fees. Highly recommend them to everyone. The Townhouse looks better now than when we moved in 2 years ago. read more

I used Supreme Team to clean my apartment after I moved out. They were super responsive to messages sent via Yelp. Joe did a great job cleaning my house. He was thorough, polite, and on time. I'm glad I hired him.

TERRIBLE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I called Joe to set up an appointment to have my apartment DEEP CLEANED. After being quoted $150 for a 700 square foot apartment that should've been the first red flag. Then I was told that full prepayment is due prior to confirming the appointment. Again, another red flag. I was hesitant and asked Joe "my apartment is extremely small to be charged $150 and your site says $150 for 5 rooms or more". Joes response was that I seemed to need "special attention" because I had mentioned I wanted the apartment DEEP CLEANED. Joe said "I think you will be pleased." yeah right! After the cleaning team spent 2 hours cleaning my apartment, I looked around and thought "I could've done this myself if not better". The shower was wiped down with what smelled like an old dirty rag and there was a residual mildew smell that was left behind throughout the entire apartment. I explained my frustrations to Joe who seemed unbothered and was trying to "investigate" what occurred. After telling Joe that I wanted at least a partial refund, he said that I had to speak to the "manager" (cleaning ladies). After speaking to the "manager" (cleaning ladies) they had informed me that they had to tell Joe that my apartment was "filthy" because he did not want to pay them for cleaning it since I was asking for a refund. The fact that employees feel as though they have to lie to get payment from their boss is terrible. I'm not sure what type of business is being run but to have your employees living in FEAR is so saddening. Joe then refuses to answer my calls/block me to avoid having to give a partial refund. The poor cleaning ladies probably purchase their own supplies and get paid practically nothing. Of course they're going to do a terrible job of they're being treated terribly. Never again. Do not trust this company. read more

Supreme team Cleaning left my apartment spotless! THIS WAS THE CLEANEST I HAD EVER SEEN IT! I have a small two bedroom dorm in university;STC came in and got the job done! Truly got every corner of the apartment and left everything extremely neat. Best part is they were extremely available and made sure my convenience was their top priority. At the end of the day, STC did not leave a single corner un-touched. Best cleaning I could ask for, would highly recommend. read more
