I am updating my review as some time has passed and I'm a little less unhappy with them. I would provide two different ratings if that were possible. Rating #1 would be 2 stars out of 5 for the process of installing a completely new, geothermal system because there were significant issues throughout the process. Rating #2 would be 4 stars out of 5 for final result. Therefore, I am averaging and giving them a moderate 3 out of 5 stars. In the end, where we are now (6 months after installation was completed), we are VERY happy with our new system. We feel we got a quality system and are very happy with our experience with the new system. It is quiet, it is efficient, and is comfortable, and we are extremely happy we went this route. With regards to the issues we experienced, they tried to address most of them and have tried to correct and address them since. Additionally, I am told that some of the issues we experienced with them have led them to change some internal processes so that doesn't happen to others. If that's the case, that's all I can ask for in a company - that the learn and improve. At the end of the day I think we are pleased with what we have, and grateful for the efforts of this company to get us here. read more

We are neighbors to a family that had a geothermal installation to their home. We were affected by the work being done by this company. 1st, had we not conducted a survey of our lot, Supreme Air, would have installed the pipes on our property, which would have caused potential irreparable relationship damage between the neighbors. We could not have sold our home if we had the neighbors geothermal pipes in our lot so we would have had to request that everything be removed that would be on our property. 2nd, when Supreme Air arrived to install the underground pipes onto our neighbors front yard, they drove a very large heavy duty truck across our yard. We were never asked for permission to drive the vehicle through our front yard. We have an irrigation system which we still do not know if it was damaged by the weight of the truck driving through it. In the process of driving through our yard, they tore up our grass, mulch and the lawn fabric under the mulch. What was most infuriating was that no one came to us to apologize for the damage. The company drove the massive truck (keep in mind this is not a large pick-up truck, this is a truck that is the size of a waste disposal truck, which is used to dig underground pipes). We noted the damage after arriving home and after checking our surveillance cameras. We complained to our neighbors, who then forwarded our contact information (with our permission) to a company supervisor. The supervisor did acknowledge the act, apologized and said that they would cover any damages. This was over two weeks ago, but they have not sent anyone to conduct an inspection of the irrigation system, nor have they fixed the damaged sod, mulch or mulch fabric. Everything is still damaged. It seems like we have to follow up with the company through litigation to get them to pay for the repairs. We are in the process of filing complaints with the BBB, adding our experience through these sites so that others become aware of how this company is conducting their business. It has taken us time to address the problem, and money as we had to call an irrigation company to check the irrigation system, which even after the inspection still cannot guarantee that the piping system is ok as they would have to dig up the yard to check that the pipes are intact. We also had to talk to the company crews after the first incident occurred to ensure that they did not go onto our property while conducting the work. Still, we found small piles of dirt that were thrown onto our recently planted sod. Would you hire a company that handles business like this? read more

I had Supreme Air, install my new GEOTHERMOL system in our home. I believe I did put our a review before and I need to do a follow up! RUN, RUN, RUN, do not SHOP here!. I found out by usuing another two firms why the electric cost were so far out of hand! One professonal HVAC company found the mistakes within minutes, The second company repaired the problem in hours. SIMPLE, if Supreme Air did a quality control check as a normal honest company would in all other cases. Supreme Air uses many contractors, outsided their firm to do their work. They do not install it all themself. The company that ran ducting within the home NEVER connected the old system to the new system of ducting, leaving a wide open split between the ducts, in the attic. For just over two years it came out where we paid over $7,000 in lost electric usage. Suprem Air left two moters wired wrong for two years also. Supreme Air also did not do proper sealing of the system leaving very large openings within the main unit box for expelling tons of air. We had to hire two outside firms to help us understand why?? We did ask Supreme Air to look at the repairs needed, but Alex the Owner said I did not need service even though I paid extra for a service contract and deleted the request, both times, per Alex. Because Supreme Air does such a poor job and offering NO followup or qulity control check ups, the work they do or others they use, all these problems arise. Tape falling off the unirts, ducts not being sealed, ducts not being connected, etc., etc. In FACT, they quoted a very good price to sell the unit because they underestimeatd the size of our home by over 30% in sq. ft.This was on purpose not a mistake! If they would have quoted correctly, their price could/would have been the most expensive quote! Now we estimated to Supreme Air we have lost over $7,000++ in electric payment, they DO NOT stand behind their work. On their site is says 100% happieness. WRONG!! They offered us less than 20% of our actual losss from their own stupidity, they also will not pay us back for the money I had to pay extra for other firms to find and fix Suprems Air Mistakes! WOW again-RUN-RUN-RUN- DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!, a very costly business to deal with! p.s. My family member owns the house I live in. She choose Supremely expensive Air based on reviews she read on the web. The work was ok and the tech was very professional. I am writing this to warn people of the price. When I was told that they charged five hundred dollars to replace a ten dollar capacitor and to add refrigerant to the system, I almost gave birth to a baby cow. I have to pay for half of this repair and I am livid. Do not trust these people. read more

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. A gentleman came out to service our AC. Immediately upon arrival he bragged about making 3% on a multi thousand dollar sale. He looked at our AC unit and determined that the circuit board was broke. He quoted me close to $700 to buy and install a new circuit board. I asked him if I could buy it myself and he told me that only licensed professionals could. When he went out to his truck to get information i did a quick search and yes I could easily buy the same circuit board for less than $100. After he left I talked to someone over the phone that is very knowledgeable about AC unit and within a few minutes it was determined that a ~$2 fuse was blown and the circuit board was fine. In addition the guy was saying that there was no power going from the circuit board out to the outside AC unit. Well it was quickly determined that the two wires that connect the outside unit WERE TAKEN OFF AND LEFT DISCONNECTED by the man. In summation it only needed a fuse that costs less than $2 and this gentleman intentionally left two wires disconnected and wanted to charge me $700 for something that only cost $2 to fix. I was able to figure this all out while talking with someone over the phone. During the visit he also was telling me about how EPA regulations could change soon and I would need to spend several thousand dollars on my outside unit. He was using scare tactics on me. After several months of service, I want to provide an update regarding the service I'll received from Supreme Air. I must say that they are very responsive to fix every issue that has come about with the new system. They replaced the carpet. and after the drainage pipe from the attic leaked, they fixed it quickly, and cleaned the carpet. The first week we required heat, the system showed a fault for a frozen line. When I reported the issue, they where concerned that we didn't have heat, but the electric emergency heat had come on. They had a tech come to the house the following day, and he made some adjustments to the loop line positioning. The pipes where too close, and the distance cause the line sensor to trip. During the quarterly service that came with the came with the 1st year of service I mentioned that the air upstairs was cold when the system first started. The made some setting changes, to allow the fan to step up at a more comfortable level. The line between the basement and attic started making a noise, they had a tech out in a couple of days to check the system. He determined that the tstat was malfunctioning, and causing the system to demand too much pressure too quickly. Tstat was replace with a new one, issue resolved. That night I noticed tstat was not dimming, when I looked at it, I couldn't read the screen. They are ordering a new one. Overall, I find that service after the sale is top notch. My only recommendation would be that they implement some quality control. It seems they spend a long of money having to rework issues that should be caught during the first visit. But they do make it right. Finally, my assessment of the system. I bought this to save money on my electric. I live in an all electric house, previously we had a heat pump, with electric backup. Last January electric bill was $700. This year (same average temperature) the electric bill was $300. Very happy with that. read more

We woke up on the morning of 2/17/10 to no heat. Our furnace is only 4 years old so it should still have been working just fine. The window on the digital thermostat was blank. I checked the circuit breakers, gas feed, etc., and could not figure out the problem. The company that installed the furnace had gone out of business so my wife found Supreme on the net. A young lady named Jeanette answered and proceeded to walk me through a checklist which included checking the batteries in the thermostat. What? Batteries? In a thermostat? No one told me about that!! Sure enough, two brand new AA batteries later, heat was pouring out of the vents. I was happy. My wife was happy. My dogs were happy. Jeanette saved us $$$$ so we are going to sign a service contract with Supreme to come out here twice a year and make sure I don't do anything else stupid to the furnace and A/C. If their bi-annual service is just as good, I might come back here and boost it up to a 5-star rating. read more
