Full disclosure: I'm not reviewing the technical work of this company. I'm moreso reviewing their billing practices. The business as a whole seems quite dishonest. I wouldn't recommend them AT ALL. I called to have supreme assess the HVAC system 7 months ago. They charged a $99 fee UPFRONT to diagnose the problem. The technician arrived, wasted my time, failed to diagnose the actual problem, wouldn't give any explanation of the issues, but the technician INSISTED I pay the rather expensive estimate for further work. I declined to move forward with their services since I didn't have a good experience. I ended up using a more reputable service recommended by a friend. For the following weeks, Supreme would call incessantly asking to schedule the work to be done, to which I declined every time. 7 (SEVEN) months later, I wake up to a credit card alert for almost $600 from supreme!!! I was so worried because I didn't recognize the charge nor had I authorized any contractor work. I feared my credit card was compromised and was a victim of fraud. I quickly disputed the charge, locked my credit card, reported it to the authorities and requested a change of all accounts. Only to later troubleshoot the issue and find that Supreme charged me for the 7-month old estimate that I declined! I was LIVID. They admitted that it was an 'ERROR' and would process a refund. I insisted they admit the 'ERROR' IN WRITING -since I already reported the charge as fraud. 1. Why did Supreme retain my billing information? Even though I already paid the upfront diagnostic fee and had no further business with them. 2. How could they process a charge that I did not authorize? 3. Why wasn't I notified immediately once the 'error' was identified? 4. Who is liable for the damages for their unlawful business practices? 5. I wish I could have saved myself the annoyance by reading reviews. I called this company to do a routine check on our gas stove and HVAC because we're getting ready to rent out our house. Debbie was initially so nice and quoted me $129 for the HVAC check and $49 to check my stove. She suggested that I purchase their Supreme Care Package which supposedly comes with a full plumbing inspection (including gas stoves), 2x a year HVAC tuneups and 5 percent off future services for $199. We figured that for $20 more we might have someone to reach out to in the future in case anything breaks down in our first year of renting. LOL My first appointment was changed by a day. No biggie. Things happen and the same employee (Debbie) who helped me made a big deal about calling me at 8pm on the day of cancellation to apologize. ...Then that appointment was rescheduled three more times. The last time was a no call, no show and the company didn't even bother to let me know when the appojtment was rescheduled for. I had to call them to find out no one would be coming from 10-2 OR 2-6 after three preciously missed appointments. When I called at 545 to find out if anyone would be making the 2-6 window I was sent to voicemail. After being initially responsive, Supreme has now ignored my requests to cancel the service contract of which they've yet to honor a single appointment. It's been a week and I still don't have a resolution so I've gone ahead and disputed the charge with American Express for services not rendered. Do yourself a favor and have a supreme day by not giving this company a single dime. read more

I called back in October 23' to have a spigot installed for my backyard of my townhouse to plant a future garden. Their plumber was able to accomodate by tying in underneath the back bathroom sink. The job was particularly hard because of the granite slab in the wall was difficult to penetrate. However, all was good. Unfortunately the hose bib raptured not long later. So I called them up to replace it. They came out promptly and were able to make the fix quickly. Now the water pressure is super strong and I'm very satisfied. read more

Zack was out to my house recently to do the spring tuneup for my geothermal system installed by Supreme in 2015. During his visit he patiently explained the benefits of two additional components that are recommended for my furnace. The first is an ultra violet lamp for air purification in the plenum. The second is an electrostatic filter that captures much finer particulate matter than a standard filter. The cost was reasonable and the benefits were unquestionable. I was happily sold. read more

I called Supreme Service Monday, December 12th at 8:42 AM to schedule an appointment because my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. She informed me that the techs arrive with a fully stocked truck and can complete most work the same day. She said they would call back to schedule. By 10:45 AM, I had not received a call, so I called back. They told me that I was on the schedule for that day from 12-4 PM, and that the dispatcher must have forgotten to call to inform me. The technician agreed that the unit needed to be replaced without even touching it. He then spent the next hour going back and forth with calls to different people at the company, and writing up estimates that I didn't request or ask for. By the time he left, I found out that he had no intention of doing any work that day, and that he did not even know how to work on the systems I had. He informed me that he mainly just did estimates. The water heater was under warranty so I would only have to pay for labor. At no point was I ever informed that parts needed to be ordered. Before the tech left, he told me that he could not guarantee service the next day, but that they could definitely come on Wednesday. The estimate to replace the water heater was 1549.17. I asked if that was just the labor cost and he told me it was. He asked for a $700 deposit. I signed the estimate and paid the deposit. Tuesday morning, I received a text message saying the tech was on his way, and asking me to confirm that I was home for the appointment. I replied to the text assuring them that I was home and ready for the appointment. I never received any reply from the business, and a tech did not show up that day. Wednesday at around 11 AM, I still had heard nothing from the business. We called and reached someone in a call center who said she did not have access to check the schedule to see if we were on it. At 12:10 PM, I received a text message saying our appointment had been scheduled for Thursday at 10 AM. I asked them to cancel the appointment and give me a refund for the amount of the deposit. At this point we had gone three full days without hot water, waiting for a company who claims they have emergency service 24 hours a day. I did not receive a response, so I called the company at 12:45 PM. I spoke with a manager named Amanda. She told me that I was scheduled for Thursday because they had to order the parts and they hadn't come in. I told her I was unaware that any parts had to be ordered and that actually I was informed multiple times about the fact that the parts were (normally) either on the truck or in the warehouse. I did receive a call back at 2:21 PM, but I was in a meeting and unable to answer. The company texted me and said that the reason I received a text that they were on their way the previous morning was because they were checking to see if the parts came in and the text sent automatically. I called a second company to get an estimate, and they told me that they do these exchanges seven days a week and they charge $755. They told me they could do the work the same day. I called a third company, just to be sure, and she told me that their price was $195 an hour for two workers. Even at four hours of work, that is about half the price of Supreme Service's quote. I received a call Thursday morning about the refund I requested. Amanda informed me that they could refund me but there would be a 20% restocking fee. I never signed any paperwork agreeing to a restocking fee if I canceled my appointment. I never consented to any parts being ordered on my behalf, and on the contrary was assured multiple times that they keep the parts in stock. She seemed to have not heard me and just repeated that there would be a 20% restocking fee, and said that was just "one of their policies." Since this was a job under warranty, I was never responsible for the cost of the replacement water heater. I was told I would only be charged for the cost of labor. I confirmed the warranty coverage with the technician before he left. I cannot find any documentation on their website or in their communications with me about this restocking fee. I should not be held accountable for a fee that I did not know existed, for parts I was unaware were ordered for me. read more

You'll pay a higher price and risk significant damages to your house. Supreme Service Today is quick to show up, but that's all that can be said about them. For any inspection they do they will quickly see a replacement job where they can make quick $$ and miss other parts that a 2 minute look over would prevent thousands in property damage. I paid $1000 to have a sump pump replaced and was rewarded by $3000 and counting of damage to my property because they didn't inspect the sump discharge line prior to turning on the new pump. They thanked me with another high quote to fix the line, not even a discount on the repair! Be very, very careful. read more

Feb 3, 2020 FOLLOW-UP and a comment! 10/15/2017 We had Supreme Air, install our new GEOTHERMOL system in our home. What a SICK SHAME a business can to do people what they did to us. RUN, RUN, RUN, do not SHOP here! I found out by using another firm to check up on Supreme Air why the electric cost was so far out of hand and our home could not heat or Air condition properly! The Other Professional HVAC Company we found, Loves HVAC, found a BIG mistakes in the install within minutes repaired the problem in hours. SIMPLE, if Supreme Air did a quality control check as a normal honest company would all might have been great. But why should they? They are not liable for any problems, mistakes, wrong install or repairs. Supreme Air uses many contractors, outside their firm to do their work. They do not install it all themselves. The company that ran ducting connecting 2 systems inside the home NEVER connected the old system to the new system of ducting, leaving a wide-open split between the ducts, in the attic. For just over two years it came out where we paid over $5,000 in lost electric usage. Supreme Air left two motors wired wrong for two years also, keeping the motors running 24/7 for nothing. Supreme Air also did not properly seal our system leaving very large openings within the main unit box for expelling tons of air and heat. We had to hire two outside firms to help us understand why?? We did ask Supreme Air to look at the repairs needed, but Alex the Owner said I did not need service even though I paid extra for a service contract and deleted the request, both times, per Alex. Because Supreme Air does such a poor job and offering NO follow-up or quality control checkups, the work they do or others they use, all these problems arise. Tape falling off the units, ducts not being sealed, ducts not being connected, etc., etc. In FACT, they quoted a very good price to sell the unit because they underestimated the size of our home by over 30% in cubic feet. This was on purpose not a mistake! If they would have quoted correctly, their price could/would have been the most expensive quote! We estimated to Supreme Air, and proved it, we have lost over $5,000++ in electric payments and other repairs. They DO NOT stand behind their work. On their site is says 100% happiness. WRONG!! IN FACT. Their contract, we and of you must sign to do work with Supreme Air, states "Supreme Air IS NOT RESPONSABLE for any the mistakes or problems our staff makes or Supreme Air makes! No wonder Supreme Air really does not care how Supreme Air works. Please read their contract very carefully, or have an attorney read it for you. This will be well worth your time and MOINEY! again-RUN-RUN-RUN- DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!, a very costly business to deal with! p.s. I called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate to replace our tank water heater with a tankless water heater. I was given a time slot from 8:00 -12:00 for a few days later. I thought great this is perfect, when the date came I received a phone call that morning informing me that there was going to be a delay due to a meeting. I was given a new time window and no one showed up for the appointment. I thought well things happen so I called and spoke with someone and she told me that he was still at another job (this was hours after my appointment window) so I rescheduled thinking again things happen. So my new appointment was the following week again from 8:00-12:00. Once again no one showed up and no one bothered to call to follow up. After reading the reviews here on Yelp I tend to believe that this is for the best! I found another plumbing company with much better reviews and feel like maybe I dodged a bullet in this instance. read more

"Take 1" - Supreme Air installed several Daikin ductless HVAC units in my building as well as a Carrier furnace and outdoor AC unit circa 2015. The Daikin ductless units are effective with keeping up with all weather seasons. They are also very efficient and glad Alex recommended them to me during the consultation. Supreme stands behind their work and will go above and beyond to make something right and make the customer happy. Customer service is professional and responsive. Will use them again. "Take 2" - Another AC unit in another property broke down in the middle of a heat wave around July 4th, 2018 and within a day or two Supreme was able to give me a quote on a new 2 ton 16 seer lifetime AC unit and coil and install it on my roof. The team was professional, on time and the cost was very reasonable. Hence, why I continue to use this company for my AC needs. read more

If you have a working HVAC system and have called Supreme Air, worry not, that HVAC system will be out of commission in no time. I had a close to perfectly working system when these "professionals" came out (day 1) for a diagnostic check and decided it needed a new igniter, costing $400 inclusive of the show-up fee. By the next day (day 2), the system was no longer turning on. They came out the following day (day 3) and, this time, it was the transformer. To replace it cost another $378. They replace it, and sure enough, the next day (day 4) the system is blowing out freezing cold air. So I called BGE home. TLDR: Call Supreme Air if you want to be $800 poorer before you call BGE Home. read more

For a bit of background I had just gone through a renovation of my kitchen and I was a bit anxious about going directly into another contractor adventure right away. Your team relieved all of my anxiety within 5 minutes of me coming home on the 1st day of installation and seeing it nearly completed. First impression as I drive up to my house on day 1: there are three trucks from Supreme Air, LLC (wow that seems like a lot for such an average sized or even small job). I walked around my yard, scattered with my old furnace, my old oil tank, some old duct work as well. Everyone on your team is working hard and greeted me professionally and welcoming as well. I see both outside units installed, all lines installed, furnace is installed and your lead tech (Reggie) informs me the AC will be fully functional prior to him leaving. Wow, I just didn't expect that much!!! Near the end of day 1 I was informed AC is working (turn off my window units). I was also informed professionally, to not judge current install as more work would be required the next day. Fair enough for me, the team far exceeded my expectations. As everyone leaves for the day the entire team spent time cleaning up and ensuring there was no trace of Supreme Air, LLC left on my property (except the shiny sticker on the side of the outside unit). Day two wasn't much different. Upon coming home your team had completed all work, and spent extra time ensuring my wife's phone could communicate with our new thermostat. All items I wasn't to judge yesterday I investigated, and found everything neat, tidy, and completed above my expectations! Kudos to your team, your way of business and your customer service! I made a big mistake not performing a complete due diligence on Supreme Service Today. If I had known of the bad reviews I would have never contracted with them for repairs and maintenance of my Geothermal systems. I entered into an expensive service agreement for 3 units. My upstairs unit was not cooling and I contacted Supreme and left a message with their after hours call service. After several days without receiving a response I called again during normal business hours and left a message with an operator to have someone and the owner contact me as soon as possible. After another week without hearing from them I was finally contacted and scheduled. The afternoon of the appointment I received a call from Stacie to inform me the technician was working on another repair and I needed to be rescheduled for another two weeks. I informed Stacie that I was not happy and I was cancelling my contracts with them. Received a significant attitude and she informed me that no refunds would be provided pursuant to the "agreement". I requested she send me the agreement and waited for a week without a response. I called back and spoke with her again and requested the agreement. She provided the agreement, however it's not my signature. Will handle this issue through legal channels. Now 6 weeks later my cooling issues are still not resolved and I have spent several thousands of dollars with Supreme in service and maintenance contracts without any resolution. Supreme is all about the up sale, not about performing quality work and not caring about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and find another company. I'm going to give these guys a four but I reserve the right to change it depending on how things play out over the next few weeks. They installed a large geo-thermal system at our house. They seemingly knew what they were doing and understood the math behind what we needed. Again verdict is out but the initial was positive 1. They made some pretty big mistakes. 2. But they have tried to make them right and they didn't pass the buck. 3. But they made some pretty big mistakes because they didn't have enough feet on the ground during the installation 4. But they were reasonable enough to see they made a mistake and they are going to fix those AND go above and beyond now. This company should be ashamed to call themselves a business. I have a property management business.I called Supreme on a Wednesday and explained I had an air conditioning unit on the roof of a 60 foot building and could they accommodate this. They told me they had the ladder and would do the job Friday between 12-4. The tech called me Friday at 2 saying it was a 2 person job. He was not told he needed a 60 ft ladder. He said the job would have be re scheduled and some one would me call me Monday. No one called Monday. I called 3 times Tuesday and finally at 3 someone called me back. They told me they would do the job Thursday. Wednesday they called and said they could not get there Thursday it would be Friday between 12 and 4. Friday they called me at 2:30 and said they were not going to do the job at all. The reason being they have contract customers and did not have the time for me. If that is the way they run their business fine, just let people know that if you are not a customer with a contract there is huge possibility all you are going to get is jerked around. Now I have a tenant that has been dealing with no central air in 95 degree temperatures for over a week because of these could care less nincompoops. My experience with Supreme Air has been disappointing. When I had problems with my furnace, they were quick to come out, assess the problem, make a recommendation, and collect a fee upfront, but since then, I have been chasing after them to come and do the work. They do not return calls or then greet you with "oh I was just about to call you." When I was finally able to schedule the work [today] and told them I would be taking unpaid time off to meet the technician, they are over an hour and a half late and counting with no contact. I wouldn't have even needed to take the time off. I'm not upset that the tech is late, but I'm appalled that no one at Supreme Air could be bothered to let me know what's going on or the reason for the delay. read more

I just completed the lengthy process of having a geothermal system installed by this company. Oh, they were very quick to close the sale, but afterward, the installation process was filled with delays. After finally getting the system ("top of the line" Water Furnace 7-series) installed, not even one week later, the system fails. Of course, this happens on a Sunday, but hey, don't worry, Supreme Air has "24 hour customer service". Only problem is, nobody actually bothers to pick up the phone at the customer service line on a Sunday. No idea when they will reply to my service requests as we are entering the Thanksgiving holiday week. read more
