Buyers Beware: Terrible experience, this was not our first home purchase and they made it the most horrific one. Chris B. and his team were very slow, we almost lost the earners money 4K+ when they could not have the paperwork ready at closing. I think they did it on purpose to hook us up with the worst mortgage terms possible: high interest and a clause to pay them 5% if we pay off in less than 5y. They also did not accept our Home Insurance company and forced us to get into their local home insurance company, which they paid upfront and we are forced to stay 4 months into. If I could give these guys a ZERO STAR rating I would. I'm the seller for a buyer using Supreme and Supreme has dropped the ball 3X now. I extended the closing a week to give them more time to close the FHA buyer, then they closing was completely missed with no real explanation. The contract terminated as a result, but Supreme ensured if we could get another extension through Labor Day weekend, they could close the following TUE. Guess, what?!? Didn't close again on the following TUE. Now they're asking for another day to correct a POA document that wasn't accurate. WTF?!? I was excited to call Ricky, I heard an ad on the radio, The ad state Ricky could help me purchase my first home, I explained my situation to Ricky he ran my credit w/o my permission. I was told I would get a consultation the next day and get started on figuring out what route to take to get my credit ready. I have not heard from him, his staff Lizzy texted me and promised someone would be getting in touch with me in 24hrs it is now 2wks and have not heard from anyone. I left another message that I would like my credit report because I've gone with another company. Again another text no call and the text said I couldn't have a copy of my credit. Personal experience with this unprofessional company, rude, and they lie. I believe by law they have to give me a copy of my credit report. read more

A very convincing guy but everything that he told me turned out to be a lie. This company and agent failed to deliver what they promised and put me in a situation where I had no choice but to go with them. If you still decide to go with this company still, just make sure that everything promised is in writing and signed. Based on some research and findings, it looks like one of their branches in Colorado was closed down due to some fraud and illegal activities. Do not use Supreme Mortgage for any loans. They are incompetent and unable to provide the services as noted in their process. This is the most incompetent lending institution out there. Be warned. They need to be reported to banking institutions and the BBB for unethical practices. They make promises and cannot deliver. They will cost you extra amounts of fees and money after they get you hooked. read more

I am an insurance agent and I often help people with their home insurance and I send it over to the lender(s) at Supreme Lending. The clients agree to my policy, they love the coverage, it's tied to an auto policy that is giving them an additional discount. Then, Supreme Lending (I have caught two lenders doing this) will send the clients private information over to their insurance broker - with no consent from the buyer. Then, they will write them a crappy policy, usually bad coverage and high deductibles. Their broker actually BINDS the policy without ever speaking to the client, and sends it to the lender. Then, even though I have sent all insurance docs to the lender, they FILP the insurance at closing, so the WRONG policy is paid at closing. I know this because on 4 different occasions, I have called clients after closing and said, hey there, I notice the policy didn't get paid yet, did you close on the date we said? They say yes. Then I follow up with title and title apologizes and says there was a completely different policy sent to closing and it was paid. I call the clients, tell them, hey, if you found a cheaper policy, no worries at all, but just trying to find out why this didn't get paid. EVERY TIME, the clients are FURIOUS, they gave no consent for the terrible insurance policy. In the end, my policy gets cancelled for non-payment and their rates on auto insurance also go up because they no longer have the bundle. I have confirmed with multiple clients that they NEVER even talked to the other insurance agent or consented any other insurance was bound for them. I don't know if Supreme Lending is doing this because they get kick backs (when the insurance agent pays them money for every policy they bind) or if there are DTI (Debt to Income) issue where they can't make them qualify, so they put in place cheap/terrible insurance to get their DTI down. Even the DTI doesn't make sense, because the most recent case I have of this happening, the other insurance policy was actually $2,000 more expensive so it doesn't even make sense - luckily the buyers and the realtor caught this when they received DocuSign from a company they never heard or or spoke to. Watch out for Supreme Lending. If they are willing to do slimy, unethical things regarding something as simple as insurance, no telling what else they would do and I would not trust them with my home loan. read more

I placed two clients with them and after repeated calls with no follow up I've had to drive to their office on 6 different occasions to get updates. The first files now 33 past the original close date has yet to close after supposedly gone through final approval and approved now for over a week. My second file did finally close 8 days late. Ricky Miles is a fast talker who doesn't care how he makes the deal, just as long as he makes it. He is arrogant and unable to admit when he screws up. He never explained anything, my realtor had to explain step by step everything. I was finally fed up with it and went to another lender where Ricky then proceeded to send me texts over and over blaming me for him not explaining terms for the loan. Supreme lending may be a great company but I would avoid Ricky and his team. **update** I'm curious as to what logs you would be referring to? Logs ricky kept or actual phone, email and texts? I have my phone records and all my text messages and emails from ricky and my realtor. My realtor would tell me she would continually tell Jennifer and Ricky to call me about this and that. Ricky told me several times in emails and texts (which I still have) "I will get back to you in 15 minutes" where I then had to text him the next day to ask what happened. AND my realtor is not the one who went with a different lender as you stated. I went and found a new lender because I was tired of not getting stuff explained. Stay away!! If you are a buyer, these people will be a nightmare. We spent 8 weeks waiting for a closing because the appraisal hadn't been done. We are the seller, and the buyer's credit was approved quickly. However, we waited over 6 weeks for an appraisal, it came in at the sale price, then Supreme Lending found a problem that they weren't eager to address. They had no sense of urgency. The manager, Rich Reynolds, was rude, uncooperative and refused to address the fact that the closing had been delayed 3 weeks, now is off altogether. He said he would have someone call me, but wouldn't give me a name, after I asked him repeatedly. The manager hung up on me. read more

This mortgage company is terrible to work with. It's no wonder they have so much bad reviews and when you go on their actual website, all the reviews are great because they only probably keep the great ones and don't put in the negative ones. I worked with two guys named Jason and Jahmal. They seem very friendly at first to help you, but then when they notice that things are changing, as far as what they can approve you for, they feel like you're wasting their time now and they become lazy to help you out all of a sudden. It was too much of a back-and-forth with these two. First, they would tell me that they had a number for me and that everything was fine and then each time they would come back with something else that was needed. Then I was approved for a certain amount because I still was approved and I told them that I would love to continue to purchase a property with that amount, and I was totally ignored. Stay away from them because not only did I waste my time with a hard inquiry on my report, but they also aren't that responsible in getting back to you on time with the results. So I am very disappointed in this mortgage lending company because I had high hopes because of the way they were treating me at first, but then they just didn't care anymore. I pray to God that it doesn't happen often to people because it's not right. read more

Should have closed our home on the 22nd of September, which was written, signed off and promised...yeah, didn't get keys till 28th of September. The most horrible experience I've ever had. It started out good with an awesome Loan officer, he made us feel comfortable and at ease with our impending home purchase. Then something happened (not sure what) but he disappeared and our file was handed over to the branch manager. It went from good to bad to worse in the matter of only a few weeks. First, no one EVER answers the phone... In this kind of deal everything is time sensitive. Things need to be signed, returned and information handed over in a timely manner. No one contacted us after our initial officer left for over two weeks. It wasn't until I called five times over the course of two days, I finally got a hold of some one. Then they informed me that the file had been transferred to the manager. They took our money for the appraisal, and then, silence. A week later I tried to call and find out what happened with the appraisal. For three days I called, and called, and called.... Finally I left a not so nice voice mail (my previous voice mails went un- answered) threatening them with legal action.. I got a call back from the manager with in 20 minutes. Very long story short, they delayed and screwed around with our file until we had to push back closing by almost two weeks costing us over 400 dollars more in closing costs. The lack of communication, and over all treatment by this lender has left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole process. I will never buy another home, and I advise anyone whose Realtor recommends Sterns Lending to run very far, very fast. read more

They just sell your mortgage to a bigger company. You work with 3 people after they call you advertising the 500 down option. During the process they've violated a few UDAP (federal banking regulations) during our mortgage process. Ricky sent me an email saying what I would qualify for with their 500 down option that I applied for then when I needed the pre approval letter they told me I didn't then flipped it to FHA. Our closing date was pushed back because their UW needed more documents and they didn't inform me until the day before. They are not familiar with their title company so everything was a mess. They just flip loans to who ever will pay the most for it. Wouldn't doubt they advertise their 500 down and flip for FHA so they can sell to a company like penny Mac. Better off just going through and actual bank or penny Mac directly. read more
