An absolute joke of a bank. ATM works maybe 25% of the time and all they give is excuses. The manager and employees inside work as hard as the ATM does outside. Complete worthless as a company. As a business owner have taken all private accounts else where. Beware beware beware!!!!! read more

I went into this bank to open a business account. Ben had me sign for the account and said he would call me back at the end of the day. He never called. I tried several times over several days to get information on what was going on. I never received any return calls or any help from anyone. After a week I called them and told them to cancel. It looks like customer service is not their priority. It seems like they could care less. read more

Everybody at this location is diligent, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is great and uses an awesome, open design for the building. It's far more welcoming than most other banking establishments, and everyone who works there puts forth effort to remember your name. The only drawback is that some of MidFirsts policies are a tad more abrasive then other institutions. They will send you a letter if their fee structure ever changes, so you have to make sure you look out for that. Side note: Free coin counting machine. Last I checked, anyone can use it. read more

Today my boyfriend and I went to MidFirst bank to cash in coins altogether our coins cost about $28 there was one man in front of us who was talking on the phone for the first 5 minutes three ladies standing behind the counter all said they could not help us until this man was finished took him a little bit to get off the phone and they continue to help however a man and a younger teenager come in and get immediate help from someone who is behind a door it took us 15 minutes to get out of there because we were the last to be helped I am highly disappointed in this bank and the way it was run today I'm glad I bank with Wells Fargo read more

Customer Service manager is always friendly and nice and her tellers are trained well and always there to help us. The branch is nice and clean and the teller staff is always nice and helpful. I opened a "no fee" business account with them and kept the appropriate minimum balances in the account. I opened both a business checking, and business savings. Although I was not interested in the business savings, the young lady that helped me talked me into it and assured me there were no fees. I left the accounts alone and after 6-7 months I realized they were hitting me with both monthly account fees and on-line inactivity fees since I have no reason to go on-line and check my balance. I went in and complained about the fees and they only offered to refund me 2 months worth. Fine, whatever.. I closed the savings account I never wanted and told them to knock it off with the fees. Again a couple months later I realize they are hitting me with more fees. I went in and completely closed my accounts. So I ended up paying about $300 in fees for "free" accounts over the course of a year or so. Stupid banks. I took my business back to USAA. read more

If there was a option for ZERO stars, I would select ZERO. My employer has accounts here - I would NEVER personally open any type of account at MidFirst in Anthem due to their INCOMPETENCE, and HORRIBLE customer service. This is based on my firsthand experience with MidFirst as I work in finance and go to MidFirst in Anthem every week (for over 4 years now) for my employer. They've actually gotten worse over the past 6 months and we're currently looking to move the accounts to another bank. Thankfully, there are several excellent competitors in the area. read more
