I showed up for my appointment and asked if my appointment was there because it has a different name Online and I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. And claimed since it was a last-minute appointment that's probably why she doesn't have it yet. How is that a last-minute appointment to make an appointment on Friday and now it's Monday? I still wasn't sure if I had the right place since I paid a $30 deposit so I asked her if her company could be named Krystal's med Spa. I was not told if she found the deposit or not at this time. She got a little snippy and rude so at this point I have an appointment tomorrow however she can keep my $30 deposit. I don't think I trust her after reviews, I've read, and she continuously states that she never has this problem with scheduling, but there are many problems all over the web with her scheduling and being rude. I don't care for anybody like that to touch me. Excellent safety protocols including masks & gloves on staff, every other pedicure chair blocked for social distancing, large transparent shields between staff and customer, and careful cleaning between customers.
