This is the only salon I will go to now. Kristin (I hope it is spelled right) is the only person I will let touch my hair. The owner suggested her as someone who knows how to work with long hair so I tried her seven months ago after a bad cut somewhere else with someone else left my hair uneven and grossly choppy. She helped me even it out dramatically but she suggested then we work on growing it out. So I did. I went back today for another cut and it is flawless. She's so good. After many, many years of searching for someone who can do a great job on my long hair, I am relieved to have really found that. The shampoo massage is worth the money I spend here alone. read more

Terrible place they will scam you for Your money and act nice to your face. I paid $215 for highlights and it's not even been 2 weeks and they are gone. I had to get a complete new appointment to fix it. read more

10/10 would recommend! This place is gorgeous, they really take care of you! Coming here is like going inside a Hermes or LV store where you get pampered frl. Just missing the champagne or wine, but they offer coffee, tea, or lemon water ;) Isuf did my haircut and he was awesome! He was so professional and he really knows what he's doing! I asked for a butterfly haircut with face framing, and it was served! He was knowledgeable and very nice. He is also an ombré & balayage expert, so if you tryna do something fun with your hair, he's your guy! Super grateful for this place! After getting a bad haircut from a different salon 3 months ago, I was completely convinced that i would never find a good one... until I finally decided to try Flök. They restored my confidence and my faith in salons. (At least this one & the one I used to go to in San Diego) read more

Gorgeous haircut by Isef at Flok. In 20 minutes he transformed my hair from shapeless as a curtain to cute and flattering.

After searching for months I found Flok! You feel sure you in good hands from the moment you walk in the door! Emma colored and cut my hair as perfectly as I could have wanted. I left feeling a pep in my step with fabulous hair! What a Gem of a find! read more

I have had a pixie cut for over 30 years. Short hair is not easy to cut. I have struggled to find someone here till I was told about Lee. She is amazing. I love how she cuts my short hair. It grows out nicely in between cuts also. And she's just a cool lady read more

I love this salon. Everyone in there is friendly and REAL. Not snooty like some high ticket salons are. My stylist Lee is an artist! She really understands what I am looking for and delivers every time. So glad I found you all! read more

Today was my first experience here and at first it was a great experience. Beautiful salon. Very upscale. I met my stylist and he was nice enough. The issue I have with him was the cigarette breathe in and around my face for 2 hours. It was quite gross. He colored my hair and it turned out nice and I loved it, and then when I got home, the coloring looked so different than what I saw at the salon. My roots went from a dark brown to a blondeish red and the rest was a brown red (I went in for a light brown and had pictures for reference soooooo). I'll give it another shot, but maybe with a different stylist... *UPDATE*: Also on a side note: I just noticed he cut my hair at an angle and it's about 4 inches shorter than I asked for...I wanted it at my collar bone and it's currently hovering over my shoulders. And that's the LONGER part of my hair read more

I love this salon! I'm new to the area and googled hair salons near me, along with a # miles radius. ( I'm always ready to travel for the right place, of course). I read through several and came across FLöK. I read the amazing reviews and thought I'm going to give them a try. My first appt, they are amazing. The service from the moment I walked in was friendly, professional and accommodating (coffee, tea, water.. Yes please!!). We are so happy to see you! The quality was beyond what I expected, so happy!! My hair was a mess, bad color, split, dry.... She made it look amazing beyond my expectations! Such a cool atmosphere! The smells, the decor, and how they attend to you are all amazing. Husband wife team with an amazing staff ... as I love to watch the other stylists before and after debut with their clients as I'm getting my hair done ... thinking in excitement wow can't wait to see how great I'm going to look after!! And it's really nice to see how the staff and other clients chair either on at the finale! Cool, cool go check them out! I got really lucky also that they are right in my back yard. If they ever moved, I will follow. Thank you FLöK read more

I came here to get a haircut since it was only 5 min from my house. I should've stuck w my other salon and driven to Tampa. The salon is very nice and everyone I encountered who worked there was pleasant. I was more upset w my hair cut than anything else. The first red flag is she cut my bangs wet! That's a huge no no w bangs. She also didn't cut my layers short enough as I had asked. I told her I like short layers so I can have volume in my hair. Her next client was waiting so I could tell she was trying to move things along which I hate. Of course I didn't notice until I got home and washed my hair the next day and tried to style it. My bangs were not blended w the rest of my hair. She chopped the crap out of bangs. My hair goes from side swiped bangs to long hair, looks horrible. I had barely any layers so there goes the styling. For the price of the haircut and the reputation of the salon I expected a more seasoned stylist who knew what they were doing. Now I have to wait till my bangs grow out to get my hair fixed. I will not be coming back here. read more

I have to go ahead and update my review of this wonderful salon!! My amazing international stylist Isuf, who is a hair painting and highlight specialist, is the best and I literally couldn't imagine my hair without him! My color (white-silver) is extremely difficult to manage and Flök always delivers the best results! Clean and beautiful space, friendly and talented stylists and staff, top quality products in several price ranges AND the beautiful Lulë makeup as well! I will continue to call this salon home, and if you're looking for a great experience and some gorgeous hair, definitely check them out!! read more

For the price of the haircut I would have expected the stylist to know more about cutting and styling hair. The person gloves on some kind of style paste in my fine, thin hair and it was strange. I am trying to grow out my pixie. They clearly did not know what to do. read more

Lee at FLoK does an amazing job every single appointment! She is precise in cuts, creative with color, professional and an all around pleasure to spend a few hour with. She always has a suggestion and I always love them all! I have lived in the state for 20 years and have never consistently gone to a stylist until I met Lee where I have been going for the last four years. The entire staff at FLoK is friendly and the salon is always in tiptop shape. read more

The first thing you notice about FLöK by Bekim is the salon is super upscale and gorgeous -- but the wonderful thing about this business is that the staff and owners are some of the kindest, most genuine people in the world. My hair turned out amazing! The staff was quite nice but i do have one thing that really bothered me. The Hair cut was great but my review is more of an experience thing. Keep in mind i'm younger i guess and i might not understand what i'm doing and what i'm saying might not make any sense :v ? but i'm trying to make my explaining as clear as possible. I also might be overreacting sorry. After my hair was washed he began to put my hair into a ponytail and he put a flower into my hair which i guess is okay but definitely not what i expected but okay and then he cut my hair off with the flower and ponytail. That part is besides the point. What the purpose of this review is that the whole time that was happening one of the staff was recording me. I never gave anyone permission to record me, not at all. Even if they cropped my face out of the mirror part i'm still not okay with it. Thinking back i should have mustered (i don't think that's the right word for it but i'll just go with it) up the confidence and just asked him to stop but i think it's too late now. Maybe it's something you should expect now i've seen "satisfying hair cuts" etc on instagram and snapchat and other social media's. I'm not sure. But either way i'm still not okay with it. I was also being watched the whole time? it's kind of odd but not terrible. But other than that my hair cut is nice and the location is nice there is some good food right by there! Sorry if my wording is bad anywhere I hope this made sense. read more

I moved to Florida from Southern California and I was so worried about finding a master stylist! It's a long story, but I have been to hell and back with my hair and a hair stylist that I unfortunately aloud to cut and color my hair! My husband and I befriended the couple we bought our home from and I asked if they had a good hair stylist. Flok, was quickly recommended and she said to see Ben. I had to wait a while for an appointment, because he's BOOKED OUT! However, I'm that hair customer who will wait for one single person :-) as I said.....I've been to hell and back with hair crap! I am now an EXTREMELY LOYAL client to Ben and his lovely wife LULE!! It's a joy every time I enter their salon and I feel like a million bucks every time I leave! I'm a blond and have very fine hair. Ben was able to get me to super blond without ANY DAMAGE! He's an expert master sorcerer colorist :) I'll be forever loyal for as long as I live in Florida! read more

Awesome! I look forward every time to returning to Florida to have Ben and staff do my hair. Great salon.

This salon was going to be good but they are amazing!! The ambience of the place the friendliness of the staff, and of course the service! He was so helpful. It wasn't just about getting a cut. It was also the consultation about my concerns with my hair. My hair was cut by the owner. I believe his name was Ben and his wife was extremely kind and so helpful. You will not be disappointed. I am from Miami, but when visiting my son I will alaways come back. Thank you so much for today's experience. Nicole read more

I recently moved to CW from Los Angeles and was hesitant to find a new hair colorist because I loved mine back in CA. Lee was recommended to me and I saw her two weeks ago. My hair was blown back (see what I did there) by how amazing her eye for color is and her level of perfectionism. She takes her time (plan to be there for a while) but it's well worth it to get your hair done by her. She's also very lovely and easy going. I've found my new hair place! So happy. read more

Amazing experience! Having moved from Chicago and my long-time salon and stylist, It was a challenge to find a hair salon that hit on all marks, but I'm so happy to say that Flök delivered!!! The salon is gorgeous, bright, super clean, and very well run and organized, and everything from the service to the products are all top-notch. My fabulous stylist Isuf is a true artist--he cut and styled not only my long fine straight hair but my sister's naturally curly hair beautifully and with the utmost care and precision. Everyone at the salon was warm, friendly and very professional. A top-notch salon that delivers on all counts. Yay!!! read more

I decided to try FLöK out because I appreciated how they offered a free consultation. I have a hard time figuring out exactly what I want, but Kenny went above and beyond to learn about my lifestyle and goals to help me decide what my perfect hair would be. It took me a while to find the perfect color, but Kenny worked with me until it turned out exactly how I wanted! The all-over color, balayage, and cut that I got turned out beyond beautiful. The whole atmosphere was so relaxing and high-end, too. I was able to enjoy a mimosa and some chocolate while I got my hair colored, but they offered quite a few refreshment options. At the color bar, the other stylists got to offer some input and this really made me feel confident that I would love the end result. The products they use are incredible, as well. My hair is softer than it's been in years. Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I can't wait to go back! For context: I have a lot of fine hair that was a mix of color-treated and virgin hair, and I'm in my mid-20s. read more

I just want to start this off by saying Isuf Canolli at FLöK by Bekim gave me the best color and cut I've ever had in my LIFE. Made an appt online @ 345a on a Saturday and was sitting in the stylist chair by 2p for root touch up and demi glaze. My hair was trimmed up as well! Cost was fair and at least 20-40 cheaper than Salon West. I need a touch up every 3-4 weeks so cost a consideration for me. They use L'Oreal color which is nice & many of my favorite names - Kerastase, Oribe, etc. My stylist, Emma, shared that the salon hosts educational events with Flok so the stylists are artists and take their career and pride in their work - very seriously. The salon was very warm, welcoming and serene - relax style, not dead inside! Comfy chairs & the bowl to rinse... pretty awesome! Don't be fooled by the parking in the Publix lot - this isnt a strip mall hair cutters. Do yourself a favor if your struggling to find your salon & stylist in the area. Simply make an appt, deign to leave your MBZ in the Publix lot ... walk that 25 feet and brace yourself for a relaxing appt ! read more

Amazing experience!!! I have never been one to invest much in my hair but I'm starting a new job soon and figured it was time. I have always had long hair and hate hate hate getting it cut. I walked into the salon yesterday with almost orange hair from all the brassy tones. I told Lee that I wanted a face framing cut & to somehow but the brassy tones of my hair while not totally dying my natural hair. She said a toner would be a good option but I had no idea it would work this well!! I will definitely be back for more appointments in the future. read more
