If I could I would give 0 stars. Terrible and honestly disappointing experience at Supreme Bakery. I've been coming here for years, so this was really frustrating. I provided a reference photo and clearly explained it didn't have to be exact, but I asked for the Monster Jam theme and colors to be followed. What I received looked nothing like what was discussed. On top of that, the cupcakes were overly sweet, loaded with frosting, and honestly just not good. The manager even acknowledged there was a mistake, but the only solution offered, after I had to go off, was a small store credit. I declined. I paid my money expecting something that at least reflected the theme and was enjoyable to serve to kids. I will be disputing this with my bank. The tiramisu was beautifully presented, with an edible design on top that made it extra special -- creamy, rich, and full of flavor. The coconut cupcakes were so well done, topped with a bright cherry that made them look as good as they tasted. My grandma especially loved those cupcakes -- she couldn't stop talking about them! IF I COULD RATE THIS BUSINESS A ZERO I WOULD! This was by far one of my WORST EXPERIENCES with customer service ever. I expressed my concerns with a gender reveal cake I received was offered a refund as an option from employee then the manager RICHARD said his employee Chris never said that. He was very rude while speaking to me and nasty and also said that my 1 bad review won't out do the great reviews his business has. NEVER GETTING ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. He offered me $10 off of a $80 cake and they charged me for Blue Velvet and the cake was vanilla that they tried to dye dark blue. The cake turned out turquoise. The cake was supposed to say March 2025 on it, when I received the cake it said March 2024 which was 7 months ago. Letters weren't aligned on the cake and it just looked sloppy. The letters were not aligned. All the manager RICHARD said was "Well we did our best, I can offer you $10 back" 2 Store Employees Chris and Stacy ensured me that I would get a refund once I send an email and speak with Richard. When I stated that to Richard he said no they never said that. Mind you I've been calling since Tuesday the 22nd it is Friday the 25th and he's just now reaching back out to me. I also offered to bring the cake back for refund but he refused! VERY terrible, VERY dissatisfied! SHAKING MY HEAD! Richard was a very NASTY individual who made very smart remarks to me. Who once again said to me that my ONE bad review would not matter over the rest of the good reviews so why did you even respond, because you know you were wrong on all aspects. I do not recommend buying cakes from this place, especially if you are delivering. The tres leches cake was a complete disappointment. It wasn't even a traditional tres leches cake; the decorations were so amateurish that it looked like it had been sitting out for days. The cake and frosting also had a sour smell, which was a huge red flag. I was really let down; this was probably the worst cake I've ever tasted. The cake also had a very weird taste and smell, so weird that I have to emphasize it. never again. I asked that it look like a suitcase, I asked that they ice it in a color that complements the picture, that they fill the open space with various passport stamps and the like. I used to love this bakery until yesterday. I called to order cupcakes and have they placed into the form of the number 45. I was told to just order online. I followed the workers instructions and received a message the next morning asking to explain more. I replied and heard nothing else from them. I called to ask what time I could pick up my order they stated the decorator is gone for the day and they never fulfilled or started my order. I explained it was for a party and that I needed the cupcakes. The employee just apologized. They did not offer any kind of suggestions or try to accommodate the fact that I no longer had a dessert option for a 45th birthday party. I was impressed when I inquired on my friends behalf about Cheesecake the ones on display looked nice, but then the attendant went into the back and brought out a pretty strawberry cheesecake that kinda blew the regular cheesecake away. We went with that one. That said, the staff, all of them were very friendly and engaging despite the crowd rolling in. Today was the second time I had to pay for a cake that was messed up by the owner due to him adding something on the cake that wasn't asked for. I ordered a custom birthday cake for my husband. The order was for a traditional carrot cake (which usually has more of a brown color) with cream cheese, icing. However, the cake that I received was a yellow lemon flavored pound cake with carrot flakes in it, nothing like a traditional carrot cake. Even the icing had a very strong lemon flavor. After seeing a similar review on here regarding their carrot cakes, I was nervous so I called the bakery the day before my order was ready just to confirm that I would receive a traditional carrot cake and was told yes. Just picked up this cake from Supreme Bakery. It was $21. for an 8" cake. It's pretty small for $21 but I don't mind bc it's my Moms favorite. What I DO mind is the bakery charging $1 to write on the cake. Not only do they not tell you they charge to write on the cake now but it's not even what I asked them to write! Plus the "Happy Birthday Nana" isn't even readable. That is ridiculous. Another girl came in after me & she was upset bc she ordered a cake and it wasn't what she ordered either. They were asking her who she ordered the cake from, which employee took the order. How would the customer know? Why not put that on the intake order in case this happens again? 2 pieces of advice: Tell customers up front that there's an extra charge to write on the cake or better yet dont charge to write on the cake (like they used to!) We've been customers since 1976!!! And LISTEN to what the customer wants!! I first heard about supreme from some of the girls at work, they raved about their cupcakes. Then they did a groupon deal for 30 bucks for 15 and decided I would buy it. I then remembered I had this around my birthday and decided to get about 25 assorted cupcakes instead of a cake. Best decision I've ever made except the time I commissioned the local ice cream shop to make me a half sheet of pumpkin pie and gram cracker ice-cream cake, but I digress. Everyone loved the cupcakes. The German chocolate cake was a particular favorite along with the lemon butterflies and the blue velvet. We tried the tiramisu which was really good and the napoleon which was a bit too thick (cream) and sweet for my personal taste.
