The place can get crowded and it's small, so you end up waiting cramped inside for your drinks. As you wait though you can watch the bakers decorate the cookies which is pretty cool. Service is friendly, got our order wrong initially and had to refund and do it again. It's crowded and loud so understandable. Plenty of parking in the lots across or on the street.
