Having a repair facility on site and offering warranties on the vehicles they sell made it an easy choice. Even though the paperwork said it had been done. I called them on it. And the service manager said the tires needed to be replaced so that's why they didn't rotate the tires. I said but the paperwork said you did it. They wanted $1437.68 for new tires. I've been working on cars for years. The tires were fine. For every thing they wanted to do I could have done for $1200.
