We had the pleasure of working with Chris Oglesby for the first time, and he was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. This time around we purchased our Cadillac XT6 and once again worked with Jay Jeffers, who made the experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. I cannot say enough about this dealership, and I've been purchasing vehicles for a long time! Harbor City Auto continues to be a place we trust, and we're both thrilled with our new car and the excellent service Jay and Chris provided.

Jay gave me the facts of the car I was interested in and went out of his way to send me pictures. I never felt pressured. They were able to pre approve me before I came in, so I had an idea of what I would qualify for. The price was fair and I'm happy I went to Harbor City. Jay and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove all the way from Sanford (near Orlando) because I felt I'd get better service- I was right and I'm glad I made the drive.

It was time to get a good car for my daughter to use for college and the KIA Forte seemed to fit…read morethe bill perfectly for her needs. We stopped by Boniface Hiers KIA to take a look at a Forte and was immediately greeted by Jasper who seemed to instantly appear from nowhere and thought, Jeez not this again. I couldn't have been more wrong. We looked at a few Fortes with which I was impressed with the quality and value of the car. There was no typical car dealer pressures applied and Jasper seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle for our needs. My daughter and I returned after work and she selected out a Fire Orange Forte that was in their inventory. Jasper was unavailable for the test drive so Chase assisted us the rest of the way throught the test drive and sales transaction. The price negotiation was very smooth and we agreed on a fair price and proceeded to close the deal. There was never a feeeling of sales pressure, upselling, or steering with Jasper or Chase or the Sales Manager "Junior Varsity". I was very pleasantly surprised, given the state of the car market, that I got a very fair deal on a highly rated and desirable vehicle. I can, based on my experience, recommend this dealership to my friends and family and look forward to dealing with them again. John B

I will never go back to this Kia for service again. They lie about what they have done. I took my…read moregranddaughters Kia Sportage for their pre paid services. (Oil change and rotating the tires). After2.5hrs, they gave me a book of what needed to be done! They never said anything to me. The list came to $4867.39 that should be done. How ever the paperwork said they did an oil change with filter. And they rotated the tires. After a few days I realized the tires had not been rotated. Even though the paperwork said it had been done. I called them on it. And the service manager said the tires needed to be replaced so that's why they didn't rotate the tires. I said but the paperwork said you did it. They wanted $1437.68 for new tires. I've been working on cars for years. The tires were fine. For every thing they wanted to do I could have done for $1200. I will never go back.

I have officially liberated myself from the clutches of my 2014 Ford Focus!…read more For half a year, I played a high-stakes game of "dodge the dealership." I wanted a car; not for someone to text me "u up? want a car?" every twenty minutes. My criteria were simple: find a "Good, Honest, No-Pressure Salesman"--basically the Bigfoot of the automotive industry and find a car that not only I could afford but also met my needs. I wasn't going to settle. When I started browsing the website, the automated sirens began to wail. My phone was buzzing like a disturbed beehive with calls and texts. But I stood my ground. I made it clear: This is happening on MY terms. That's when I found Mr. Al Sikora. While other salesmen are looming like hungry vultures, Al was operating on a higher plane of human decency. He guided me through the entire process without a single ounce of that "constant hounding" that usually makes car buying feel like being chased by a relentless, suit-wearing grizzly bear. He respected the boundaries, he respected the timeline, and he respected the mission. I found a car on the website that was too good a deal to pass up while driving back from Virginia for Thanksgiving. Al met me the next morning to seal the deal. When it came time to cross the finish line and ink the deal however, Bryan Watkins stepped in to bring the heat and close the transaction. The transition was smoother than the suspension on my new ride. It was a tag-team performance that belongs in the Hall of Fame. 110% Satisfaction, 0 Pressure, big smiles and a 2023 Corolla Cross that I can call my own. If you want to buy a car like a boss--on your schedule, with your dignity intact, and handled by absolute pros--go see Al and Bryan. They turned a dreaded chore into a victory lap.
