Luis and his team are amazing. I actually found this company through Groupon. There is only one review, but the five star rating is spot on. A major plus of this company is that they come to your house and accommodate your schedule. They did an amazing job on both my 2006 Honda CR-V and my husband's 2011 Toyota Corolla. Both cars look brand new. I have never had a full detail before, but now I understand why people do it. There were several stains in my car's cloth interior and the floor mats were trashed. So, my experience was a bit complicated initially.My 1985 Vanagan interior became faded from the upholstery cleaning.It wasn't certain what the cause was however,older fabric perhaps unpredictable I don't know.I was upset about it but the owner assured me he would do everything to resolve the issue.He came right out to look at it and said he would do everything to make the situation right.Turns out I have to replace the fabric,needing to reupholster the interior,no other solution,so he offered to split that cost with me.I don't have the time for the project right now so I made the offer of him simply detailing another car,which he did.He spent 4 hours on our Honda Civic giving it his all! He was honest,polite,on time and hard working.I appreciated his making a bad situation better.He was true to his word and didn't come and do the minimum.He really cared about the job and his reputation. In current times that should account for a lot!I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt.It is easy to lose faith in people,in businesses or customer service these days but some are the exception and Luis is that exception.Some things can't be unexplained why they happen but in the end this one had a good ending. Supreme Auto Detail is a car wash service that comes to you. They truly came to my rescue when I had found myself in a bit of a dilemma. Saturday morning in a panic and in a hurry before work, I contacted Luis: I explained to him I was out the night before and one of my girlfriends decided to throw up all over my NEW car! I expressed my concern about the smell and the stains that would be left in my new car. Luis was super kind and was able to calm me down,  he told me he would be able to come over and get everything spic and span that same day. Luis ensured me it was going to be back to normal and it wouldn't smell. I was shocked that he got everything done before I had to leave to work. This meant no nasty car ride- with the lingering smell of puke as a passenger. There was no smell and no stains! I used this service for the first time. I have two small kids who love to make a mess, and a car smattered with food remnants and goop. These guys drove out to our condo, and spent about 2.5 hours cleaning the interior of our car for $130. Made an appointment with Luis to detail my car. We set a date for Saturday morning. He had an issue so we rescheduled and he gave me a 10% discount. The guys arrived promptly. They began work right away. Let me tell you I was blown away by how good my SUV looked after they were done. They cleaned cup holders and door jams, the runners where the seat goes back and forth .
