I had gotten an estimate from the Costco HVAC provider, and Henry's estimate came in thousands below theirs. For me personally, he had a crew of five or six guys working on the house and reduced what would have been a 5-day job to just a little more than 2 days. Henry even came over once to check on the crew and ensure they had everything they need and everything was going well. Thanks! Henry also suggested moving the air return register away from my front door (to avoid sucking in outdoor dust/allergens) and closer to the bedroom area, and he promptly had a guy come over to patch up the hole in my entryway ceiling. Jazmin in the office was really helpful in coordinating the asbestos removal on the ducts, which was a separate job, and also the post-installation inspections. Included with the install was a wi-fi thermostat to bring me into the 21st century. The Costco guys had that as a separate item with a 2x retail markup! I had AI analyze both estimates, and Henry's was the clear choice. We've been loving our house during the August/September heat waves!

My issue was I needed a new compressor which the other two bozo clowns couldn't figure out. The install has been fantastic quality and the crew listened to everything I wanted every step of the way. They mounted rat spikes where I wanted, they put the lines and the units exactly where I asked and I've had no issues at all.
