For a few months it was getting hotter and hotter. Called homeright and didnt know the dance required for annoying HOA approvals, but homeright was so patient and helpful, worked with me between the HOA for a couple weeks and THEY FINALLY APPROVED!! Ed came to my house. Checked every part of my A/C system, top to bottom, front to back. He found a faulty capacitor and an A/C fuse disconnect that had seen better days. The installation was clean and professional, mounted beautifully. He cleaned out debris from the unit outside and made sure I was trouble-free. I gave him a 5 because i cant give him a 100. First service call with Eddie was probably awkward for him as I hovered around him asking some questions and he answered all my questions with what any DIY person would do, because throughout the life of my a/c unit, i've probably called alot of the a/c serviceing centers around my area. All either didn't answer, didn't call back, rescheduled, and/or did shoddy questionable work. We knew our unit was old, 19'ish years, but at least eddie got it up and running for a bit more, and since Eddie was the last service call for our unit, he responded and was up front in trying to help (2x) repairing any workmanship problems and came out that very same day. I was shocked. Clear communication throughout, but mostly scheduled timeing, because he lives in the next town over but the freeway can be VERY trying sometimes, never the less, he is on his way and Will be there. That is Dedication, Quality and Customer Service ALL rolled into one. At first, I was also shocked and worried at the speed of this project as it was the ENTIRE A/C system, but in the end the proof was in the pudding. Eddie doesn't Upsell,and his Proposals/Estimates/Priceing are Extremely unheard of during these times (2023). His crew are VERY knowledgable as I had an opportunity speak with them individualy and all had the confidence and knowledge (because my awkward hovering questions).
