I am a Club member of Air Supreme. Today, one of your technicians came to my house and cleaned the coils on my air conditioning unit. He has come to my house on several occasions and seems to be very knowledgeable and efficient. After leaving I noticed that my house was not cooling like it should have been. Well, I called the office. The same technician came out and fixed the problem. There was no charge. My overall experience was excellent. My home warranty used this service for someone to come out to fix the heater. Chris was prompt and had a good attitude. Even though somehow the heater suddenly worked again, Chris took the time to still clean the vent anf explain what might have caused the erratic issue. Do not recommend!! We went to Supreme Air via Fidelity Home Warranty; for a heat pump replacement they quoted $26,000 (Yes! 26 thousand!!). Home warranty or me could not figure out why the quote was this high. All answers they gave did not justify this quote. Other comparative quotes were 95% lower. They definitely have a good dispatcher team (Trina) who is responsive and very pleasant but the sales team (Karen) who helped with quoting were not responsive or failed to provide a convincing justification. Maybe they gave such a high quote because they did not want the business.... Finally - Home Warranty decided not to use this vendor - another vendor fixed everything for under $2K. read more

This company came to service our heater for over 400 dollars , it was actually working fine before they came but they suggested we needed to clean it. They broke our heater during the service and now we have to pay them anyway. They were then supposed to come back and give us a quote to fix it but they never finished the quote and stonewalled us for 3 weeks while we froze in our house, then they billed us for the service where they broke it. If they'd focus on customer satisfaction, and put that first, how could they change their business model and processes to achieve first and foremost customer happiness, even if the equipment takes a month or two to order? How can you make a customer without A/C happy while there are several heat waves? How about portable loaner A/C units? Updated after conversion with Stephanie. Maintenance on your AC is a necessary expense. Be sure to understand in writing what is going to be done to your unit prior to work. If this is out in the open, then you'll be able to justify costs. I think there was a disconnect in communication of what I expected to be done given the high cost is service. I really had no clue to be honest. When you fork out $400 for someone to wipe your condenser coils with a rag for 10 minutes, I had trouble justifying it. It would have been better if I was walked through what was being done as a first time customer to establish a trustworthy relationship. Without it, I have trouble finding myself a repeat customer. Lastly I want to ensure potential customers reading this that all personnel that I've worked with have been great and most importantly my faulty capacitor has been fixed. read more

I specifically asked if the $165 diagnosis fee would be put towards labor for repair before scheduling an appointment. I was told it would which was later recanted. They quoted an additional $190 fee to replace a $20 part that was already removed from the furnace to take its picture. No breakdown for parts and labor. I refused to be overcharged. They botched the install and won't make it right. It was winter time. The heat wouldn't work. They sent out a tech who told me the thermostat was bad. (What? I just bought this place, and it's brand new. Whatever.) He replaced the thermostat. The heat worked. Great! Summer time rolled around. The AC wouldn't work. They sent out another tech. He said the first tech installed the thermostat incorrectly. He got the AC working. Great! "Oh, by the way," I told him, "the heat only works in emergency mode." He took a look. Yep, the first guy messed up the configuration. He got it working in regular mode. I'm happy. Now it's winter again. The heat works, but it won't shut off at the designated 1.5 degree threshold. I called up and spoke to the operations manager. I explained the situation. She refuses to send someone out to fix what they messed up. She apologized that it didn't go "exactly the way you wanted." Really? Looks like I'll be replacing the thermostat myself now. Thanks for the 18 months of aggravation. read more

Absolutely would recommend Supreme Air Systems. Have been dealing with this company for many years and they do service on both our A/C and Furnace annually. Stephanie in the maintenance department is always available to schedule our appointments. Recently this past Friday, 8/14th we discovered that our A/C was not working as the heat wave was upon us. She immediately responded and managed to squeeze us in on Monday, 8/17 and technician was sent and repair was done. Can't thank Stephanie enough for helping us out. If I could give negative stars, I would. They came out to evaluate what was wrong with my AC unit, since it had been leaking. My home warranty with fidelity had contracted them to come out. The guy was nice enough, and seemed to know what he was doing. During the time he was there, I only had one issue - he originally said that my refrigerant was low, and when I asked how he knew (just because I was curious), he showed me the meter out back that he set up. Turned out, it wasn't low at all, and this 'little mistake' would have cost more than $100 to fix something that wasn't broken. After that point though, he seemed to know what he was doing, and said I would hear back within 24 hours regarding if fidelity would cover the issue. After waiting close to 120 hours, I called fidelity, who said they hadn't heard from supreme air systems at all. Hmm. Supposedly, they would call and get back to me within the day. Two days later, I called back, to find that supreme air systems had given a partial report, but not the whole thing. More waiting. Mind you, it's hot and the AC doesn't work. Today, I finally got a call from fidelity saying that they have the full report. Apparently the report says that they looked at the evaporator coil (LIE #1 - he wouldn't even take the cover off to look at it, claiming it was too time intensive). Also, the report said that we needed refrigerant (LIE #2), and that they gave us a pound of refrigerant. (WHAT!?!???! Lie #3!!!) It seems like they lost the actual report (since I have it, I know exactly what it says), and made up random stuff when fidelity called, resulting in us having to cover the entire claim, based on their lies. Please do not use this service; they are terrible. read more

These guys will rip you off if they get the chance. I had a furnace problem and called my home warranty company up, so they sent me Supreme Air Systems. I had to pay the initial service check up fee to the home company and gave that check to Supreme Air Systems. S.A.S recommended the furnace needs cleaning and I made another appointment for that service with them. They came and cleaned my furnace for an additional $140, then recommend I replace the furnace. (Hmm... why wouldn't you just recommend that I replace it after the initial service check up or before you clean it?) I thought to myself. So they went ahead and try to sell me their deals and what not. I was already aggravated with them so I just to told them I'd think about it. Oh...and now I get bills from my home warranty company stating that they never received that check for the initial service check up fee. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I spoke to a lady named Stephanie (the owner) and she was the rudest b---- I had ever spoken to. I called to set up an appointment previously and when I called back to see where my technician was, she claimed that the appointment was for another day. Lie #1. I took the day off to wait for them only to hear some BS story. For someone to be the owner, she should be fired because she acted like she didn't like what she was doing. The other girl Erin was very nice on the phone (I feel sorry for that girl) and helped me when I initially called to set up the appointment. If I had got that tramp on the phone, I would have never done business with them. I should have known better than to do business with a company who's website looks like my 5 year old set it up. Are they kidding? Who runs this company and why are they still in business? No professional representation and they need to get rid of Stephanie. Owner or not, she is bad for business, her attitude stinks and she is probably why there are so many bad reviews on Yelp. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and went with Valley Heating and Cooling. Take heed and don't use this cheap company. read more

Received a sales call this morning from this company. The person on the other line asking me me. I asked who was calling , he said Supreme Air Systems. He started giving me his sales schpeil. I told him I was not interested and kindly told him that we were on the do not call list. He asked me again who I was and then RUDLY hung up on me. I called back to get the name of the owner of the company, he asked, do you have a pen? I said yes. He gave me the number, asked if I had the number I said yes. He then hung up on me AGAIN. I had a good conversation with the owner about my experience and impression it left. He took it to heart and has inspired his team. They are very responsive and as friendly as ever. I'm not sure why these negative reviews on yelp but I had the best experience with this company. They installed brand new furnace 8 years ago. It worked without any problems for 8 years. Recently weird noises were coming out of the furnace so I called to schedule an appointment. They came on time, calling me 30 minutes before the arrival so that gave me enough time to come from work. I had two technicians working on the furnace. First Alan and then Will did the thorough cleaning. Both were very nice, helpful and worked very clean. The price was reasonable, I did not have feeling that I was being ripped off. Alan gave me an advise on how to save money on gas and Will told me that they work on a water heaters too. I cannot give them other rating than 5 stars PS: Will stayed late to finish the cleaning job instead of the fact that his son was sick that day and his wife needed to go to work. You don't see this kind of service often. read more

Horrible service provider. Very unprofessional and incompetent. I had to work with them through my insurance company. I had an issue with leaking air conditioner. The first time they came and told that air conditioner unit is old and needed cleaning , which was causing the issue. They guaranteed that cleaning should solve the issue and charged me 200 dollars for that. As i had feared, it didn't solve the issue. Then they came again, and said it needed a part replacement and needed clearance from my insurance company. I kept waiting for many weeks to hear back from them if the part had been approved. Next call they said, part was not needed, and last time when engineer came he already had fixed ( seriously !!??? , complete change of story here) . They came for a look, they said they don't have access to the addict, and ceiling needs to be cut. At this point i lost all trust in them , and i would not recommend them to anyone. Few months Later i when i contacted my insurance provider for a different issue , i found out this company had never contacted them for part replacement or to report that issue was not resolved. Updated I just saw owners comment below. Stephanie, can you please check with your colleagues for accurate facts? Wasn't i charged 200 dollars for cleaning and also advised a part replacement ( which needed to be approved by insurance) first? These guys are the worst. It took them six months to install a wall heater correctly. They kept sending guys who had never installed a wall heater before and had not even been provided with the manufacturer's instructions. Once they finally got it installed it twice flunked the inspector's review. The way they had installed it the first time could have resulted in our house catching on fire. Very disappointing. Put in a new ac for us awhile ago. It broke within a few months. Took multiple visits for them to try to fix it and the visits were weeks apart. They did not have the key to open the unit they installed. Turned out the techs that installed it did not put the correct amount of coolant fluid in the AC so it broke. Horrible experience.
