I never thought I'd be writing a review about a water valve until my neighbor came home from vacation to a nightmare. Their plastic toilet valve had burst, flooding one of their second-floor bathrooms and pouring down into the first-floor wood floors. The damage was over $50,000 in water cleanup and repairs!! Next, he installed a Moen Flo smart water shutoff valve on my main in-house water line, and I now have total peace of mind every time my wife and I leave the house for an extended period. This review is long overdue--he's helped me so many times over the years that I had to take a moment to write it and share all the instances I can remember. I've owned my home for about 10 years, and around 7 years ago, I clogged my kitchen sink by dumping too many greens down the garbage disposal (lesson learned!). I had two or three plumbers come out--none could fix it properly. Then Ash showed up and got it done. Since then, he's been my go-to plumber, and here's why: * He's fixed my toilet valve multiple times and even showed me how to fix it myself. * One time, it just needed a small adjustment--and he didn't charge me. * He replaced my pressure-reducing valve at a very fair price, but what impressed me most was how thorough he was: researching how my home was originally built and even comparing it to neighboring homes to make sure the job was done right. * When Costco tried to make me pay for a valve repair before installing a new washer, Ash gave me guidance that saved me at least $1,000. Prior to them coming, the provided a price for us already. One of our pipes was cracked and Mr. Mkrtumyan replaced it at no charge. So kind of him!
