I had a very disappointing experience with First Choice Plumbing and Cesar. Communication was poor from the start. He did not disclose in advance that he would not perform work from the rooftop, then refused the job upon arrival. Despite no work being done, I was charged a $125 fee simply for coming to the property. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and strongly suggest getting multiple quotes before hiring. read more

Arrived early. Bill was less than estimate. Worked fast. Many smiles (a big deal to me)!

Cesar and his team were recommended to me by my friend. Nowadays, I do almost everything by referral. And they didn't disappoint me. We called Caesar at First Choice Plumbing for an emergency: a backed-up toilet that was seeping into the shower. They were able to come in a matter of an hour and did a great job solving the problem (which turned out to be complicated). After that, we pulled out our list of needed plumbing repairs (low water pressure in the shower, a faucet that needed replacing, and a gas fireplace that wouldn't light) and had First Choice fix them all. We are so impressed and glad to have them on "speed dial" for any future problems, too. read more

Caesar from First Choice Plumbing was referred to us by HammerLogic Construction and Remodeling. Caesar was quick to respond and scheduled the appointment within 2 days to replace and remove an old toilet. Caesar sent out Daniel who was excellent and was very efficient to get the new toilet installed properly. Daniel made sure the toilet was properly seated and no leaks and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend First Choice Plumbing. read more

If I could leave, no stars, I would we have a bathtub that is leaking. They go over there the first time and say they need to open up the stucco to the exterior of the building because there's no other way to access the tub. Then they said that they fixed it by all they had to do was change out a part of the tub and that would stop the leak. They charged a ridiculous $425 which was paid two days later the leak is still there. I called them to come back took them four days to come back first they make an appointment between one and three then call at 10 AM and say they can make it early then they don't make it early so I don't get an update from my tenant till almost noon asking where they are. At 2 PM I get a call from the plumber saying that they need to open up the drywall or the stucco again and that is the only way to figure out what the problem is. They tell me that the bathtub lines up with the other bathtub in the other unit next-door and there's no way to access except going through the stucco. I again say there has to be another way. I tell them that we'll have to reschedule and I need a copy of their request for work to get it approved at 3:45. I get a call or a text from my tenant asking where the plumber is what the hell how can you tell me that you need to break the exterior stucco If you did not even go inside the unit to check the one of the things we asked you to check. I don't even understand. My poor tenants have been home since 10 o'clock this morning on Christmas Eve waiting for people that aren't in communication and I don't know what they're doing when they get there. We'll never use them again. read more

We were recommended to First choice by our real estate agent Sheena Kapil. I sent a video of our severely leaking tank on our toilet and Caear got back to me within minutes ! By 2pm Daniel showed up. we went to lowe's picked our my new toilet however we neglected the measure the height of the toilet due to a tile extension ledge above the toilet . Easy fix since we have two bathrooms we just moved the older short toilet to this area and installed the new ADA higher toilet in our master suite Easy solution to a maddening problem . After we moved into our new home our painter flushed the toilet and water came out of the tank like niagara falls . Daniel was terrific he was on time on point in the repairs , strong as an ox and overall good guy to deal with . Thanks again for helping us out in this emergency . read more
