We were quoted a very high price for a plumbing job. My husband said we must wait until Roi looks at it. Roi came, gave us a price less than half of the other plumber's, and did an extraordinary job with our repair. All our problems were solved -- including a few that he found and fixed without charging us more. In addition, Roi is personable and easy to deal with. His crew is respectful and highly competent. I recommend Plumbing Center and Roi wholeheartedly. If I could give ten stars, I would. read more

My husband and I were very excited to work with this company after reading their amazing reviews, but they ghosted us after talking twice on the phone, and them confirming they would come address our plumbing issue. We had to rearrange our schedules to be available for most of the day, only for Roi never to show up and never to call. A follow up call with them after the no-show didn't get to Desiree but rather to someone at a call center, who said would pass the message. Never heard back again. A major disappointment. read more

We've used Plumbing Center for many years. They have always done a great job whether it was fixing a gas leak or replacing shower valves!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward about what needs to be done. Definitely recommend.

Roi is the best! We had a hot water pressure issue and were told by another plumber that we needed a new water heater. Roi diagnosed our problem and fixed it without us having to buy a new water heater. It's hard to find an honest, fair and qualified plumber these days...Roi is exactly that! We highly recommend him and will definitely use his services in the future!! read more

I feel lucky to find that company. We had 3 different plumbing contractors to deal with our main sewer issues. Roy Identified the problem very quick and replace all the main sewer pipe in one day!!! All other plumbers said it will take 2-3 days to complete. Very reasonable price and professional service. read more

Love Roi! Can always count on him to do a great job! He is a lovely person and a hard worker so when we have a plumbing issue, we call Roi and his great manager (and wife) Desiree! They are the best! read more

Roi was the best. Was honest fast and clean. I had another plummer come and say I needed a new water heater and another piece. I didn't need either one. Just needed a new piece on water heater. He saved me like $2000. They are my new Plummer's Sooo happy Thank you Roi read more

We had to replace an old section of clay pipe from the property line out to the saddle at the street's main sewer in Beverly Hills. They had to excavate into the street. Roi handled everything with the city inspector and communicated well with the neighbors. The timing was good since they did all the work while we were on vacation, so when we got home it was all done. He took pictures through the process for our records. When it was all finished, it looked like nothing happened. Although they might not be the cheapest option in town, I would recommend using them for anything drain related when you need it done correctly. read more

It is rare today to find a company that hits all the marks: knowledgeable, fairly priced and honest, meticulous, and nice, but Plumbing Center exhibits all five traits in spades!!! The owner, Roi Nagid, and everyone who works with him know plumbing thoroughly. On the few occasions they weren't available and I had to resort to using another company, I was always reminded how brilliant Roi and his men were because no one else compares! In fact, invariably, Roi has to fix the problems left by other companies!!! Roi is extremely fair in his pricing and up front from the beginning what it will cost. Not only is his price always fair, but he takes the time to explain what it will cost to replace parts versus repair them as he did when we were having water heater issues a couple weeks ago...he patiently appraised us of the cost of a new water heater, or repairing the problems with the current water heater and we decided to replace it. Roi and his men are extremely careful. Our safety during the work at our home is constantly reinforced...they lay tarps down and make sure we don't trip over them. They are also incredibly neat and clean up after the work is done as neatly as I would have. Lastly, Roi is the kindest man you will ever work with...he is gracious, respectful, and empathic. He is so compassionate, you might end up telling him your whole life story...and he listens!!!! I cherish this company, and while I want to keep them all to myself, I know that would be unfair to the thousands of people who need exquisite service. So, I am sharing this treasure of a company for all to benefit from as my family does!! They are superb in every way!!! read more

Roy Nagid did a fantastic job when I needed my whole main water line re-routed! He and his men worked efficiently and got the job done in a week. All is good now and my water pressure is better than even and no more leaking water and high LADWP bills! read more

I needed a new pedestal sink in my new studio condo. The old sink was a small mounted one about 20 years old (molded and falling off). Roi came to remove the old one and install a beautiful new sink and faucet. He took the time to consider my décor and picked out amazing products - and even aligned it with my medicine chest. The molding, spackle, and paint was exquisite - Roi is a perfectionist with a good eye. A true artist. I love my new bathroom and it didn't break the bank. Call Roi today! read more

I have been a loyal and very happy customer of the Plumbing Center for at least 20 years. They have reliably and professionally serviced my home as well as my commercial establishments, always with complete satisfaction. In that time they have "saved" us more times than I care to remember. I have recommended them to family, friends and colleagues, who always thank me for the great referral. I can't say enough good things about this company. read more

Roi from Plumbing Center was an amazing help in getting our water heater repaired. We discovered it was creating explosion sounds and had no idea why that would happen. Roi was able to identify the issue over the phone, request the replacement part from the manufacturer, and come over to install it very smoothly. We appreciated Roi's communication and helpfulness through the entire process. Highly recommended! read more

We cannot say enough great things about Roi, Desiree and the entire team at Plumbing Center. Sure, Roi had installed our new water heater in 2019, and new kitchen faucet in 2020, but when we recently needed our main line replaced because of major tree root intrusion, we soon found out that no one handles sewer issues better than Roi. He used pipe bursting to replace the original 100-year old cast iron pipes in our front yard with state of the art new plumbing pipes. The job required major digging (on property and in the street) underneath 100 year-old, city-protected trees with massive roots and not only did Roi do a fantastic job without damaging the fencing and landscaping in our front yard, but the trees were not impacted in any way and he repaired and repaved the street perfectly. Roi and Desiree dealt with the city to obtain all the proper permits, and despite an 11th hour required change from a newly appointed city engineer, Roi brought the job in on schedule and on price, just as quoted. He is highly knowledgable, professional, honest, on time, fair, responsive, communicative, and very easy to work with. I've never met a more conscientious and dedicated team than the folks at Plumbing Center, and I will never go anywhere else. read more

Extremely responsive, on time, keep you posted on when they will be there, call back promptly and most importantly fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. And Roi is a heck of a nice guy that has a ton of experience. If you like great service, this is the place. read more

Roi knows the condo I live in like the back of his hand. He worked on the water shut-off so that the hot/cold water could be turned on in my new bathroom remodel, and then worked on my bathroom sinks as well. But not only is he highly competent - he's also a mensch (Hebrew for human being). A number of hours after he left, one of my neighbors said her water was only trickling out of a faucet. Roi drove back to our condo that night and fixed it. He is a full-service PERSON as well as a knowledgeable plumber. read more

I would not trust Roi and Plumbing Center! I contacted Roi based on a recommendation. I explained that we were having water pressure issues and needed a pressure regulator replaced. I also said that we wanted to know if it would also be a good idea to add a pressure regulator for the sprinkler system.  Roi scheduled to come out to look, and that there was a diagnostic fee of $150 that would be waived if we used him for the work.  No problem at all, I was completely fine with that.  Roi said that I needed a pressure regulator for the house, another for the sprinkler system, and also an expansion tank for our tankless water heater.  Total cost almost $2000.  We said that we only wanted to do the pressure regulators - after some research we learned that tankless water heaters without water storage don't need expansion tanks.  Roi said that he would only do the work if I did all of it, because it "wasn't worth the time" for him to only do the pressure regulators for $1300.  All or nothing.  I reluctantly agreed.  I then attempted to schedule the work and could not get a response.  I called nearly every day and was always told that they would get back to us because his schedule was very busy.  After another week of not being able to schedule the work, I called another plumber.  This plumber came over, looked at the same items, told me I didn't need two pressure regulators because he could install one regulator before the system split to the house and sprinkler system and that would take care of both, and that the tankless system did not need an expansion tank.  He relocated the pressure regulator, changed out an old valve to a new 1/4 turn valve, did it all on the spot for far less money.  I then let Plumbing Center know that since they could not manage to schedule the job I should not be charged the $150 diagnostic fee.  Roi and Desiree at Plumbing Center stated that I still owed the diagnostic because he spent time coming out to bid the job.  The fact that he wouldn't even agree to do the job I initially asked for unless I agreed to additional work that was unnecessary to begin with, and then once I agreed to the inflated bid would not schedule the work in a timely manner is egregious and unethical.  I paid their invoice, plus a late fee because they wouldn't respond to our request to waive the diagnostic.  Never again would I call Plumbing Center. read more

Plumbing Center is the ONLY plumber I call whenever there are water or gas issues with my home. I've been working with Roi and his team for the past 2 years. Their quality of work is outstanding and attention to detail is top-notch. They are a group of kind, honest, and helpful professionals, from the front-office to the field. They've fixed a number issues for me at the best possible value. I'm always left with peace-of-mind and the feeling that I definitely got more than what I paid for since their services are impeccable! A few projects I've had done with Plumbing Center: 1) Pilot igniter replacement for an older water heater. 2) Water pressure regulator replacement - Original builder supplied regulator was not up to spec. Before this fix, we were getting massive leaks from busted seals (especially from the toilets) due to improperly regulated water pressure. 3) Water heater replacement - Top quality equipment and professional installation. Will definitely last a lot longer than the builder-supplied equipment. 4) Slab leak detection and temporary re-route services - Every homeowners worst nightmare! Roi and his team detected the slab leak right away, stopped it minimizing damage, and did an emergency re-route which bought us time to figure out a more permanent course of action, at the same time, making our home still livable. 5) Full copper pipe re-routing - Abandoned all pipe runs in the slab, including the main water line. I can't thank them enough for all the top-quality work they did for this big project. I now have complete peace-of-mind that there will never be leaks in the foundation since all my pipes now run overhead. Amazing work done here which make them the Real-Deal in my book! Roi and his team did an amazing job, finishing on-time and on-budget. read more

Another company I called quoted me a price that was almost double of Roi and I just felt like a number to them. I would recommend Roi to anyone with any plumbing issues.
