If flight delays causes the shuttle to delay its services for over an hour, there needs to be a policy in place that informs the customers of the delay. It is unreasonable to wait for an hour an 20 minutes to get taken home. Had I known that I wouldn't have been picked up after my flight, I would have used a different service. Because of this, I will not use this company again. The drivers were friendly and it's not anyone's fault but whomever writes the policy. I am quite livid. read more

When I was unclipping the connector ring clip between my laptop bag and my suitcase, I had a little trouble with it. The driver attempted to help by muscling in and twisting it around and around. I asked him to stop several times but he ignored me - and broke the clip, ruining it. He didn't acknowledge the break or apologize - incredibly rude. Now I'm out $20 bucks to replace my clip. Told we had a 10 minute wait. 15 minutes later called again. We were told another 20 minutes. Called again. Dont know when they are coming. Other customers were waiting longer than us. Spent 25 minutes on hold only to get onto someone who offered no apology or explanation just told us to wait another 5 minutes. I made my reservation online the day before I needed to get to the airport. I was able to pay and tip upfront, so there was no hassle later. It was super simple to do, and the next morning the driver called to say he was on his way. I was the only one in the van for his trip. Got to the airport without a problem. This company is a joke! We took a cruise in Florida and had everything set up including the mandatory gratuity but when we came in to Florida they never showed even after 3 phone calls and when we left we had to take another shuttle called stylus back to the airport. You make a reservation , only to have call dispatch and wait anouther half hour or more for a pickup. They tell you to wait on one side of the airport to be picked up and they are on the other side. I booked super shuttle to pick me and 10 friends up from a music festival and take us to our hotel on Friday. I also booked them to pick us up at our hotel and take us to the festival saturday, and then to pick us up at the festival and take us back to the hotel later that night. I made the reservations 48 hours in advance and also paid in advance. The day of the festival when I was already at the festival I received a call saying my Friday reservation had been cancelled and I wasn't given a reason. This resulted in me and 10 friends waiting over an hour and a half at night in a bad neighborhood of Orlando trying to flag down a taxi. I called the next day to see if my Saturday reservations were still in place, and to ask why my Friday reservation had been cancelled. I was told the Friday reservation was cancelled because "the driver couldn't find us", which makes zero sense. The reservation was cancelled at 3 PM, we weren't even supposed to be picked up until 12:30 AM, which was over 9 hours away, so the driver definitely wasn't looking for us yet. We had also given them an exact address. Next she told my that my Saturday reservations were still in place, that they would be at our hotel at 1 to take us to the festival, and that they would TRY to have have a driver there to pick us up at the end of the night. TRY. What's the point of making a reservation and paying in advance if they aren't going to do their job? That would be like me asking for a pay advance at work and then telling them I would TRY to come in and do my job. It wouldn't fly. I will never deal with SuperShuttle again. read more

I requested a round trip. The first trip wasn't so bad. The driver wasn't unfriendly but we were literally in the car for an hour with a 20 minute trip. As for the second trip.. Which was to catch a PLANE.. Our scheduled time was 3:05-3:20. I called customer service at 3:20 and they said my car was still 15 minutes away. They put me on hold for 11 minutes and then said someone else would be there. He gets There at 3:45. I asked what happened to the other driver, he says "well I'm not in that blue van I'm just helping out." He did get to the airport quickly so I won't complain about his driving. BUT..do not tell me to be ready at 3:05 and make me be the one to schedule another pick up when Supershuttle is behind schedule. No one notified me as to what was going on. One of the passengers in my Orlando van, an older gentleman, had been delayed by a day due to flight cancellation and had just come in from New Zealand, so he was in a daze. There was no reservation, as it had lapsed 24 hours ago. The driver could not find it in his system, but said don't worry," I will get you to your hotel anyway" That made the whole van happy. I arrived at MCO and checked in for my transportation to my hotel as instructed. I was then texted the name of the driver and his location. The initial wait time was 10 minutes. However following the app map and location of the van he bypassed the airport and we ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes to be picked up. The trip back to the airport the drive smelled like he needed a shower, the van was filled with trash in the side pockets and it was only 8:30 in the morning. Both drivers used their cell phones to accept and make calls and even text message when they were driving us. I will never use this service again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We booked them to take us from Davenport, FL to Orlando International Airport for a 4:20 AM pickup. The reservation was made at least 2 months prior to the date needed. They called us 30 minutes before our scheduled pick up time to tell us that were "Sorry, but were unable to line up a driver in your area". We couldn't get any information out if them besides that they tried all night and didn't have anyone to send. We had also booked them for our return flight two weeks later, and they seemed surprised when I told them to cancel it. We ended up having to drive ourselves to the airport, spend additional money for tolls, parking and gas, and started our vacation totally stressed out. This has been horrible experience/Nightmares for me. After 27 hours of long journey. As soon as I got off from flight I had checked-in for super shuttle, customer service mentioned cab will be picking up us in 15 minutes. after 30 minutes I called them back and this lady made me hold for like 10 minutes and she was so arrogant it was embarrassing(can anyone talk to you like this??). After calling back in next 10 minutes (total wait time 50 minutes). I got confirmation after calling customer care , we will get a cab in sometime and finally after 70 minutes of wait time we got cab. Driver was nice guy but he was not taking best route to serve all (this made reaching our destination delayed by 35 minutes more) . I would never go back to Super-Shuttle. I booked this service for to and from the airport during my trip. The instructions once we landed at the airport were clear and easy. We waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle when we arrived. This driver was pleasant, funny, and nice. The van was clean and well serviced. However, for our ride back to the airport we were told 6-6:15 pickup. At 6:25 there was still no shuttle. I called the company and was told she was in the next parking lot and would be there in a minute or two. Ten minutes later the shuttle showed and the driver had a full drink in the cup holder. Also, when I booked this service it showed gratuity was automatically added. However, in the van there are signs stating gratuity is not included in the cost of a reservation which is not correct. While taking SuperShuttle from the airport to the hotel was great the reverse was not. In the future I would use an Uber or lyft to eliminate stress or worries about missing a flight. read more

This review is for the Super Shuttle service that picked me up from Orlando Airport in Florida. The online booking was easy and everything seemed to make sense with its many options of check-in and confirmation. However, when it came down to the moment of truth, despite getting a text AND phone call, my ride still somehow got mixed up. Communication can definitely be better...how? I'm not sure because I don't quite understand what even happened. I do know that after arriving at the designated pick up point and speaking with the driver, who said he WAS NOT going in my direction (despite texted/said directions from caller), I called again and had to wait 2-3x on the phone while I figured out who to speak to and what to do. After about 15 minutes on the phone, I was told that I received an upgrade and got picked up promptly about 5-7 minutes later as designated. I know that had I not called to confirm after the mix up, I would've been stuck at the airport, probably take an expensive taxi and had a terrible start to my stay in Florida. However, at least that got fixed and everything smoothed out. read more

Horrible service. Arrived at Orlando airport in early-mid aftnoon. Called and received directions on where to wait. After 30-45 min a shuttle showed up to pick up two people (not us). called again. Eventually a driver walked up to our group, spoke very poor English (weren't even sure if he was the right driver) and escorted us back into the airport and around the building to a different area to board the van. Left the airport, came back to pick up someone he missed. Left again, and once again circled back to pick up someone ELSE he had missed. Finally got to our hotel after that. Fortunately trip from hotel to airport was perfectly smooth, although they arrived 20 minutes early for a 5:30 am pickup--not cool. No more Super Shuttle for us. read more

Seems this company was purchased recently and the company moved to Tampa so the Orlando office gets no help or service which translates to terrible customer service. Also, lack of drivers late at night is bad... Seems the drivers just decide to go home whether they have reservations or not... So be prepared to just get stuck!! I received 4 different texts with different vans. The app never showed the vans heading toward the airport. One can finally showed up and insisted he couldn't take us because we weren't assigned to him. So he waited, 20 minutes later he was assigned us and let us in, then we went to the other terminal, while there he was assigned another customer at the terminal we had just left and he went back. I was picked up after 20 minutes, was driven to the opposite terminal only to be KICKED OUT but the RUDE driver who barely spoke English and was told I had to wait for ANOTHER shuttle! I was stranded at the airport for 40 minutes while the driver blamed dispatch and dispatch blamed the driver. The driver almost or did jump a curb to get into a turning lane, made an ILLEGAL U turn, almost hit a motorcycle and exceeded the speed limit. When he passed the turn to my destination he almost tried to turn around on a 2 lane narrow road! He went to the next development and asked if I lived there. We were MILES away! When I exited, he looked at my hand for a tip! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? It took me almost as long to get home (almost TWO HOURS) from the airport which is 30 minutes by car as it took me to FLY HOME FROM NEW YORK!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
