We booked our shuttle from MCO to Cabana Bay as a Shared shuttle for my wife, 2 year old son, and myself. Followed the steps on the app when we arrived which I felt was going well when the app greeted us upon landing and told us which baggage claim to go to (Double checked at the terminal of course) and then told us to check-in and proceed outside. We did all that and assigned a driver who was estimated to arrive in 6 minutes of the check-in time. It then became 15 minutes later and no shuttle. So, I called the 800 number who then directed me to call local dispatch in orlando. As I went to call our shuttle arrived (20 min late now). The driver gets out and it is the one that the app says is ours. We approach the driver as he calls for one single guy. The driver then tells us that this guy paid for a private ride and he is the only one on the list. We and another woman tell the guy that he is assigned to us and he brushes it off as not being his problem. I proceed to ask when the next van will be here and he just rudely replied that it is up to dispatch. Now, I make the call to dispatch and they do not have a ETA on the other van. Finally after waiting a total of 50minutes from the time we "Checked-in" we have a shuttle with barely enough room for the three of us as it has three other occupants. The van had balding tires (which could be an issue as it was pouring rain at the time), the driver spent most of the drive swiping through his tablet than paying attention to the road, cuts many drivers off, constantly accelerating and deccelerating on the highway, the van shook over 60mph, the brakes made a horrible noise and vibrated,m some hip-hop music playing on the radio loudly enough that my wife and i could barely communicate, and then the driver was less than helpful with luggage when we finally arrived at our hotel. We cancelled our return trip and chose to use Uber for our first time ever and that was the best experience we have ever had. I will not only be not recommending Super Shuttle to others, but promoting any service but theirs. From driver communication and conduct to customer support on the phone to the condition of the vehicles the entire experience was the worst one could ever expect. read more

50 minute wait after checking in. Absurd. 6 random people get on the one that came prior and dispatch said it was a private higher. Pretty sure none of them knew each other. Especially since driver showed me where he was going and it was three different hotels. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION !! I missed my flight because the site has you input flight information for departure. Their site had a computer glitch and entered the wrong time for my flight. They have a policy called AYOR which means at your own risk, and did not compensate for my missed flight or my $50 taxi expense for getting off and trying to catch my flight because this was at my own risk. I had a terrible experience both going from the airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Same issue as other complaints. The pick up is scheduled for a certain time and on the first trip I waited 1and 1/2 hours on the second trip 1 hour late. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a shuttle company. We checked in as soon as we landed waited 45 minutes while busses came and picked up other people, we kept calling and when I finally got a hold of someone they told me that it would be another 15 minutes. I then asked for a refund which they agreed to but then they wouldn't come and pick me and my husband up. I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN. I wish I could give them negative stars. read more

Up to date technology for easy online Reservations, txt msg confirms upon landing, and mini iPad used by driver to confirm reservation and passenger list all worked seemlessly. Since first time user, called Dispatch to confirm pick up time and locations. Both times, Dispatch was pleasant and helpful and was immediately able to confirm my reservation and direct me to the appropriate pick up location. Would definately use again. Worst car service ever. Called the dispatcher at 4 pm for a pick up at Orlando airport at 959. Gave flight number, name and credit card info. After picking up my bag and looking around for some one with a placard with my name on it I called the number that was texted to my phone while I was in the air. After explaining the situation,the nice lady that answered the call put me on hold looking for the driver. She returned and told me he driver could not be reached and put me on hold again. When she came back on line told me there were no drivers in the area. I asked for a refund & was told she would refund my $ "right now". After getting in a cab she called me back and said was a driver she could dispatch if I wanted it. I told her no, I am already in a cab. When I got home 30 min later got a ex saying I was on their schedule. Called them was told I had to go on line and fill out a ticket so the case manager could review and give me a refund.. There are always cabs at the cab stand, take one of them and save yourself the headache and time. read more

Checked in 45m ago. Reassigned to different shuttles multiple times. Driver missed ETA. If you have an hour to waste standing by the shuttle parking waiting for a shuttle before you even get on a shuttle and get going then this may be a cheap option but be prepared to get what you pay for. read more

We got dropped off at the wrong location even after we told him where we were going, and he repeated it. Ended up having to spend an extra $15 on a cab to take us to the right location. We're now standing outside waiting for him, luggage in tow and he's late...probably at the wrong location again. read more

I literally downloaded the app just to write a review. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. How are you the first one on the shuttle and the last one to get dropped off? I still don't understand. I was on the shuttle for 2 hours waiting to get dropped off. I'm still on the shuttle by the way. You are better off getting a taxi or pick a location that providrs their own shuttle than using this company. I absolutely wasted the majority of my trip because of this shuttle service. I am scrambling to get time with my family. I caught an early flight and everything but Supershuttle failed miserably from mixing up pick up locations to me waiting 2 hours to be dropped off. I have never written a review in my entire life until now. My experience with Super Shuttle Orlando was horrible. I downloaded the app as suggested. So when I landed in Orlando at 11:30 p.m. (on time) on Wednesday, I checked into the app to say that I had landed. As I was waiting for my luggage the dispatcher called to ask if I had received my luggage yet and I said no, so she told me to check in with the app when I got my luggage. Twenty minutes later, my luggage arrived and I notified via the app. My shuttle arrived an hour later... now at 1:00 a.m. The driver waited until he could fill up the van with more people. A passenger got in whose name was not on his manifest and he tried to kick her out, then spent twenty minutes verifying her reservation. We finally left the airport at around 1:20. The driver was driving about 30 miles under the speed limit and it appeared he was straining to see in the dark. He dropped off everyone else in the van first and then dropped me off at the Omni at 2:00 a.m. On Sunday morning, I called to confirm my pickup time because the drop-off had been such a disaster. The "customer service" representative said the address was incorrect for the Omni, even though it was the address I was dropped off at on Wednesday. She said she could not guarantee a pickup in time for me to get my flight. So I had to cancel my return reservation with no refund. I began to tell the representative how unsatisfied I was with my experience, and she hung up on me. I've had better transportation service traveling in third world countries. Almost one hour wait for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Originally told 20 minutes. Half hour later called and told me an SUV was picking me up in five minutes. Had a wonderful experience (not the 1st) with Super Shuttle in Vegas as they were 15 minutes early to pick us up at the house to take us to the airport. Arrive in Orlando to have them text our auto-checkin at baggage claim. We have used before and thought this was great. We were Customer #579 assigned to van #314. We collect our bags and get to the van only to be told they don't have room???? The driver acts like he is going to leave....NOT UNTIL YOU GIVE ME A NEW VAN #!!!....Acts all put upon but we PRE-PAID for this service and YOU are the ones that gave us a van #!! Dispatch says it will be another 45 min!! SCREW THAT! Cab time. Get to the hotel to hear of MULTIPLE Super Shuttle problems with several people in our company! They had picked up more of our prepaid company members and rather than head to the hotel started to circle the airport for additional fares.....SEVERAL TIMES!!!! When one of our people complained the driver said he could get out if he was unhappy! My friend has it all on video! Dispatch was RUDE when we tried to talk to them and we heard from a taxi driver (and I am normally no huge taxi driver fan) that they circle endlessly trying to get rides away from taxis. All well and good if you have no rides but when you have PRE-PAID fares in your van (or don't allow the fares in the vans YOU assigned!) there needs to be an audit and some changes made. I can HIGHLY recommend Super Shuttle in Las Vegas (for now). I would NEVER recommend Super Shuttle in Orlando.....EVER!!!! #SuperShuttle needs to step up and offer FULL REFUNDS and learn some CUSTOMER SERVICE in Orlando!!! my first yelp review -- prompted by the awful customer service and systems at SuperShuttle. They could not find my hotel in their system (a very prominent DISNEY hotel) and the customer service rep told me that she could not guarantee i would get to the right place without me calling to confirm the address with the hotel and then call them back, even though I gave them the address listed on the hotel website (I know it sounds confusing...makes no sense to me either). that should have been my cue to seek another ride, but I forged ahead and gave them all my information, only to have the rep lose all the information and ask for it all again. after taking my credit card number she put me on hold and then i was promptly disconnected. i called back to try to confirm that my card would indeed not be charged and was told they could not help. believe me, i'll be looking closely at my statement. oh, and all of this AFTER their online reservation system kept giving me error messages. maybe just a bad day for SuperShuttle, but there seem to be plenty of other choices so I'm picking one of those instead. one i feel confident can actually get me from the airport to my hotel. read more

My shuttle service was fantastic. As soon as I landed I checked in and was directed to where I should be waiting for the shuttle. Within 5 minutes the driver pulled up and called my name and I was on the way to my destination. My family and I needed to change our pick-up time and location. I called reservations. They said our new location, in the same zip code and closer to our drop off location by half, was not in their service area. Eventually they "forced it through", however we would have to wait 2+ hours for our ride. We ended up cancelling and found a ride with another company at the time we wanted for the same price. I've used this service in the past and have always been pretty happy; this time I decided to try to get an Uber at the airport and guess what? Only Uber black was available (at $110 one way). So I booked SuperShuttle on my phone, they found a van for me and I was quickly on my way (for $28). The vans and drivers are fine, but the thing I like most is that the service texts me with info and links so I could track the van, know exactly where to wait and what to expect. Found SuperShuttle's shared ride service as a way to get to the Hotel the cheapest way possible as a Taxi was real expensive and having the family drive thru tolls and loss of park time was bad form. Excellent service from begining to end. Very easy to book on line. I was a little worried since I had a flight to catch and no back up ride. But I recieved confirmation of my booking and they were at my door right when they said they would be. The driver was very friendly and helpful with my bag. The van was clean and comfortable. Got to the airport in plently of time. The cost was a fraction of what a cab would have cost and you also have the option to tip on line when you pay. Will definetly use again! read more

I was the only passenger because I was going to an odd destination. Super Shuttle subbed out my trip to a private company. The driver came out to my Suer Shuttle stop at MCO with my name in big letters on an iPad. He took me to his immaculate GMC Suburban and using his GPS got me to my destination 17 miles from MCO. I am guessing Super Shuttle lost money on my trip but they didn't cancel or no-show. Very good experience at a reasonable price. I will use them for the return to MCO. read more

I was extremely pleased with SuperShuttle! I needed fairly cheap transportation from my apartment over by WDW to and from the Orlando airport and this was great! The morning I was being picked up from my apartment, I was called to say that the driver was about 10-15 minutes away. It was great to get a heads up so I didn't have to spend too long waiting around. I waited a little while at the airport for the van to pick me up upon my return, but no longer than I would have waited for any other bus/shuttle. I had no problems and would definitely recommend to others. read more

If I could give this service less than one star I would. The driver was 15 late PAST the end of the pickup window with another stop ahead. When I called customer service they just repeated the company line that they can't guarantee arrival times. If you are heading to the airport, don't choose this company unless you have a few hours to spare. read more

I am very disappointed in the performance of the company. There was miscommunication between 2 drivers and myself, mostly because they couldn't communicate well speaking English. I waited 40 minutes for a van. And the route the driver took didn't use a logical pattern. The first lady he dropped off was close to my destination, but he changed directions and went way west of the airport, and ended up dropping me off last. Between the wait time (starting with the time i told them I would arrive at the shuttle) to the time i arrived at my destination, it took me about 3 hours to get home. It's normally a 30 minute drive. It is not nearly worth the $30 i saved. read more

I rarely recommend anything - I figure with my eclectic tastes, who knows if what I like is what fits others' wants and needs. This is however, the third time I have used SuperShuttle in recent months: Las Vegas, Austin and now Orlando. I am sold. LAS and AUS had actual service counters -- I had to call dispatch here in Orlando, but they made it very easy with text messages waiting for me when I turned on my phone in each location. My only issue is that the "local" phone number for dispatch they provided in the instructions I got when I booked on-line was different than the one in the text message. Immediately after checking-in, I had another text telling which vehicle I had been assigned and a link (if I actually had an operating system based "smart" phone, which I don't), where I could monitor where my assigned van was. Today, I stood among folks who looked stressed while waiting for their rides and asking other drivers as they came and went looking for some sort of assurance they were in the right place (The pickup location below the B baggage claim is shared by multiple hotel and shuttle services). Do not use this service from the Orlando Airport. According to their dispatch, all of the drivers are subcontracted and have the right to refuse any route! (This must be in the fine print?!) My 16 year old son waited 2 hours after his driver and van LEFT him at the curb without any explanation. After three calls to dispatch they finally found him another van (it was the SAME one that left him, only two hours later!) This is unprofessional, unacceptable service. Please do not use Supershuttle if you want prompt, courteous service. read more

Won't be using Super Shuttle for any future transportation needs. They arrived 40 mins late to pick me up. I called dispatch twice and getting the answer "they should be there in 5-10 minutes" both times I called. I get in the van and not even greeted by the driver. He is mumbling to his girlfriend on the cell phone. This visit was during a thunderstorms and the driver was treating it like it was the white flag lap at the Indy 500. Seats were very uncomfortable. Glad I didn't book a round trip service with Super Shuttle. My last regret is that I added on the gratuity when I booked it on online. read more

Left my licence at home so could not get my rental car at MCO and had to take a taxi to my vacation home costing me over $71 plus tip. After my wife sent me my licence I had to go back to MCO to get a car. Booked on line with SS the night before. SS called within the 15min window advising they would be at my house in 10 minutes. Already one person in the van, picked up one more and then direct to the airport. Looked like a new van and the driver was pleasant and courteous. Would certainly use them again. read more
