The cameras they installed are excellent. I am the HOA president and reached out to them to have 9 cameras installed throughout our community. I got several quotes and they had the best prices despite the competitors trying to match them. My only critique is that they were a bit unclear what was needed on the day off installation. I had to call spectrum to replace the POE switch installed and an electrician had to install an outlet in a new location. It would be helpful to have them check these things ahead of time. It was a minor inconvenience though and Robin worked with me to get it all resolved quickly. Overall, the company deserves 5 stars for getting the work done quickly, economically, and with great quality! read more

Robin responded quickly. No one else responded as quickly as he did. He came out to the house and looked at what needed to be done. He said he would go back to the shop and send me an estimate. It was so fast and easy..at first! He sent me the quote and said possibly Wed.. I was so excited that it was going to be done so fast. THEN! all of a sudden Wed. was no longer available. He said he had jobs to do all day that week and the next. I told him to let me know when he would be available, his response was 2 week or " week after next" Now, let me tell you about my job, it was small and probably would not have taken more than a couple of hours (if that) I had my cameras up already I just wanted them moved (they were hidden) 2-3 inches and to put up 2 more cameras. I GUESS THE JOB WAS TO SMALL FOR HIM EVEN AT THE PRICE HE WAS CHARGING ME. I feel because I wasn't buying his equipment and having him install everything he was passing on helping me at the last minute! I told him I would WAIT until he had time but that didn't happen. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY " THE PHRASE NO JOB IS TO SMALL DOES NOT APPLY WITH THIS MAN. He has an installation company but you have to buy everything from him and have him install it so it takes all day. I had the camera system installed a couple of months ago by Robin and his crew and they did an excellent job. A few weeks afterwards, heavy rain apparently soaked and damaged the outside camera. Supermatrix installed my security cameras for me. I found them through a recommendation of a friend that was also a client of theirs. The service was great. Because the service rate is based on hours, Robin came to my house to do a free consultation to check out the equipment I bought to make sure I have everything I need, he and made recommendations on where to install them. This made sure I saved as much time as possible when the technician Mario actually does the installation. (The company also has cameras. Ask them for deals and packages if you don't already have your equipment.) I have consulted multiple installation companies, Supermatrix is more affordable by far. Many said they need one whole day to finish the installation but Supermatrix spent a lot less time installing mine. I only had a few hours off work so I let them know i need it done really fast. Robin scheduled an appointment time just two days after the consultation. Mario the technician is a very easy going guy. He also worked with me to find the best place to mount the camera and he works neat and fast. There are a few factors that might have helped on the short installation time: one story residential house with a lot of room in the attic, I installed two cameras myself in very specific mounting and location that my wife specified, i have things laid out and ready in place for the technician, there was no decisions to stall the process (Mario went straight to installation), I tried to assist Mario as much as possible to make his job easier and faster. Mario connected 6 cameras and neatly nailed all the cables in place. He cleaned up along the way and wanted to do a final clean up in the very end. However, i was in a hurry to get back to work I told him not to worry about it and that i would do it myself. Mario paid attention to detail and he is very neat at his work. Also, Robin noticed that I dont wear outdoor shoes in the house, so he pointed it out to Mario to make sure he doesn't wear his outdoor shoes in the house. I personally appreciate it when people pay attention to details when they offer their products or services, so I really wanted to point that out on this review. read more
