Jeremy came out the same day I contacted him and the rest was history. He basically handled everything, from meeting with the insurance adjuster to keeping me updated on the day to day work that his crew was doing. Provided an estimated time of completion and was done before his time frame. My roof looks great. Any questions I had even after the install Jeremy answered. Fast forward to the storms we recently had, my roof held up great but my fence that has been installed since 2009 did not. I reached out to Jeremy to see if he knew anyone who repaired fences and low and behold, his crew did. Once again, they were at my house next day. Gave me a quote and once again the rest is history. I've got a new fence. Better than the original one, good quality of work and it was done in a day. There were some minor touch ups that needed to be done the next day but overall the fence came out great. I am super satisfied with the service and would recommend Jeremy and Texas Roof Guys to anyone!

The HOA hired Jeremy and his crew to trim broken branches, clear driveways and common areas, and clean up and haul away all the debris. They did that in approximately a week-and-a-half. Our community looked so good, while neighborhoods around us have only just now -- 6 weeks later -- been cleaned up by the City. And those neighbors had to do their own tree trimming and hauling of debris. Our HOA and community couldn't be happier! So if their roofing expertise is even half as good as the work they did with tree trimming and such, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Roof inspection he did was much longer then inspection from original company and much more thorough and detailed. There not just nails exposed, but improper flashing sealing, missing valleys flashing, silicon improperly applied to the bottom on a valley, etc. Garret prepared comprehensive report, reviewed our contract with original company pointing what was done incorrectly and even advised how to proceed further as we still have warranty from original company. Also want to note that inspection and advice were given free of charge. Definitely if we had known about GK HOMES AND ROOFING earlier we would use it instead. I would never choose a company that's so pushy and disrespectful to strangers let alone potential clients. He should be ashamed of himself for being rude and/or illiterate. Donald showed up at my house the same day and inspected the roof. He told me to contact my insurance company and let him know the date and time the adjuster would come out. So when I called him to confirm he would be available, he informed me that he's no longer working in Austin. Hmmnnn....he didn't know that 3 days earlier! Really??? Now I have to find another roof contractor and call my insurance back and look like the crazy one! Shady...just shady.

And if you're into the professionalism and polish of a big corporation, All-Star Roofing has that too--from the folder-bound quote packet that comes with every estimate and explains everything from the company's background to the week's weather forecast, to the wide selection of products and services and the quality of work. Like every company, there were a few hiccups. They forgot some wire mesh on a small rodent-intrusion repair we did a few months back, and didn't get back out to add it for several weeks. And when we replaced the roof last month, they were a bit late on the first day of work and forgot to alert me. BUT, the thing that makes All Star different from so many other companies is their insistence on apologizing (sincerely), promising to do better, and fixing the problem. Customer service is a serious concern for them. Oh, and did I mention they are a great value? Terry drastically outbid two other companies for the roof replacement last month, and offered a better warranty. We've moved to Dallas, but if they'll make the trip up, we'll definitely be calling Terry about our next roof.
