I found Mike on Yelp!, and reached out. I am thoroughly impressed at the way this business is run! The owner is not only gifted at his business, he is extremely professional. He did a walk through, asked what I wanted, and gave suggestions. Then he took measurements. By the next morning, I had a formal plan drawn up, with detailed items in an electronic contract app that made this process seamless. The estimate was in print viewable from my mobile phone, and I was able to pay my down payment right from my mobile. How convenient! The employees were friendly, always on time and respectful of my property. I absolutely love my new backyard, and my grand dog does too! I cannot thank Mike and his crew enough for making this amazement happen. Thanks Mike and crew!

It looks great. The best part is they didn't charge me extra to pay with a credit card - so many companies do, especially for contract work around the house. And I didn't have to worry about paying thousands of dollars in cash to het the work done. I highly recommend this company.

He gave some great advice, and, frankly, he is the main reason we went with Synlawn. Installation was quick and done efficiently. Then it all went south! Mario said that it was great for pets, citing drainage and durability. It is not good if you have a puppy, which he knew we had, as puppies love to chew on things and the turf pulls out quite easily. Too, shortly after installation, we thought we had a ripple in the turf possibly due to installation. I contacted Mario and he said he would come by and take a look. We never heard from him again. To be honest, it turned out to be nothing, but, nonetheless, he never reached out again. After a couple of months was saw some discoloration around the fountain. I contacted Billy Bright, and he said it was due to the water from the fountain. He said to try CLR cleaner, which didn't change anything, and then he said to try GooGone, which also didn't work. He said Synlawn was not going to do anything about it, since it was due to the fountain. My point is, since it seems to be a known issue, why wasn't this mentioned at the time of the sale by our salesperson, Mario, with 17 years experience! The fountain has been in place long before the turf sale took place. Seemingly it is always what the salesperson doesn't tell you that comes back to bite you. Needless to say, that in no way can I recommend Synlawn to anyone. I am giving them one star as there is no zero.

We longed for a space that was not only beautiful, but also safe and functional, especially since we have a 13-month old. We gathered quotes from a couple other companies, but ultimately went with BBP Pavers because of the value. Gilberto (aka Moises) was our Project Manager and he was very personable from the get-go. He took the time to not only listen to our needs and answer our many questions, but outlined what the process entailed from start to finish. He also kept us informed throughout the project and addressed all of our concerns promptly. During the demo stage, Jenser and his team came to our house to prep the backyard and driveway (i.e. break and remove the concrete, remove the gravel, remove the dirt, installing drainage, etc.). This looked like a huge undertaking, but they made it seem seamless. Once the demo was completed, Sebastian and team prepped our backyard and driveway for installation (i.e. installing base rock layer, leveling, installing pavers, etc.). The team worked fast, but was very detail oriented. They transformed our vision into reality with a stunning paver installation that exceeded all expectations. The Catalina Grana pavers in Toscana color brought our backyard to life. We now have a thoughtfully designed, and spacious area ideal for barbecues, gatherings, and just for simply enjoying the backyard on a beautiful day. Would we recommend BBP Pavers to others? Absolutely! They have transformed our backyard into a space that is both beautiful and functional. If you're considering a similar project, don't hesitate to contact them. You won't be disappointed!
