Cougar worked with us cooperatively and after some further investigation, he came up with a new solution that necessitated working with our roofing contractor, who he worked with closely. The solution was to create a new external drain that turned out to be a great permanent fix. Cougar was very cooperative, proactive, and flexible as the project evolved. His workmanship is excellent and he and his crew worked very hard and skillfully. They coordinated scheduling with the roofing company so the work could be completed before an upcoming atmospheric river rain event. The entire job went off seamlessly. Thank god we found Ben, he does things the right way to restore the wood and cause no harm. His team washed, sanded and sealed our deck and complex trellis & arbor bringing it back from the dead. This isn't the common case of nice knowledgeable dude comes to your house, gives you an estimate, earns your trust then sends in the B-Squad to complete the actual work and original guy is nowhere to be seen. Ben was always here and would communicate at the start and end of the day or anytime there was decision to be made about time & cost vs. results. Not to take away from his excellent helper though, I fully trusted that guy to do impeccable work as well.
