Friendly staff did my hair fine simple cut. I've been going here since 1999. It's sad that they can't keep a stylist very long. Years ago you would see the same stylist more than once, but I haven't seen the same stylist twice in years. The place must have changed ownership causing huge turnover. DO NOT get your haircut from here!!! my hair was so long and I made the mistake of walking in there to get highlights!! they did an awful job!! the women cut my hair all crooked I had to go back and the "manager/educator" messed it up more!!! worse experience ever do not trust these women they will mess your hair up! Worst SuperCuts! Long, long waits...even with their crappy online check in. Only have one person working and tons of people waiting. The stylists here are not that good. I think most of them are fairly new or aren't good enough to get a job anywhere else. Alright so I've been checking in and out of this place for quite sometime. No complaints on my end thus far. The women who work here are very skilled in cutting hair and styling. They're a bit chatty and what not, but what do you expect? It's a salon full of women. Sometimes they'll reveal a little too much info about their lives and not. Doesn't matter if you want to hear it or not because you're stuck in their chair for the time being and they have sharp objects. There are a lot of people who get their cuts here. So depending on the day, it can get quite busy. I found that the average wait time is about twenty minutes. The women who work there are pretty dang gorgeous too. There's a young one there who looks a bit untamed and talks like she knows what life is all about, but the rest are easy on the eyes. One time I had a hella nice looking lady cut my hair. She kept moving my head all around, putting her face close to mine, and throwing her cleavage in my face. It was the hottest haircut I've ever gotten in my life! Better than a Wednesday night at Club Turbulence. With all the things getting thrown in my face, I didn't know whether to close my eyes or put a dollar in her bra. If that kinda junk makes you uncomfortable then my advice to you is... there are worse things in life, like Channing Tatum movies. Reasonable prices, awesome cuts, great environment, nice looking ladies, what else could you ask for? All in all, five stars! Meredith R. did my roots and did a beautiful job on 9/22/21. Long story short, I had gotten a haircut and retouch on 9/21/21 at the Price Club Plaza location, and for some reason, the dye on my roots didn't stick, or my hair didn't want respond well to it (the result was that my roots turned burnt orange while the rest of my hair color was all black; I wanted all black). Vanessa from the Price Club Plaza location thoughtfully went out of her way and spoke to Meredith and had asked her not to charge me because it was a color correct. Vanessa was the one who recommended I go to another location to get my roots done again, because she unfortunately ran out of dye at her location on 9/21 (it was either a bad batch of dye or my hair didn't respond well to it; this has happened before over the summer at the Price Club Plaza location where my roots turned burnt orange and Vanessa even then took the time to correct it at no charge at that location). I wanted a blow-dry and style, and Meredith did great on that as well. Thank you, Meredith (and Vanessa), for making this possible today, and for helping me correct my color. Meredith, you are a talented stylist! I love how you did my roots! I love Supercuts and the stylists there. Met a woman with great hair and she sent me to Vanessa at the Thornydale Plaza Super Cuts. Best decision ever! I had been spending LOTS MORE on my haircuts without really being satisfied. Vanessa truly works with my hair (instead of against it!) and my at-home regimen now just consists of getting up and brushing it into place. She cut my hair during monsoon so that the curls and waves looked fabulous, and yet when the humidity stopped it was still a great hairstyle as it went back to straight. A terrific lady, Vanessa is friendly and a pleasure to visit. I get complimented on my hair all the time, and I refer everyone to Vanessa at Super Cuts! read more

I have been going to Supercuts for years because they are located in close proximity to where I live. I think they offer a good haircut for a good price. However, sometimes you walk in on a day they are short staffed and can expect to wait a half hour or more. I respect the fact that they try to keep their labor costs under control and all. I just think that keeping the store properly staffed should be a priority. In not doing so they place a burden on the hair stylists and then they have to turnover each customer rather quickly which may not be a good thing when your working with hair. read more

As a retired nomad living in an RV it's hard to feel comfortable having a haircut when traveling across the country. Today I had the good fortune to stop at this Supercuts, what a pleasant experience. The shop was busy, waited for all of the hairdressers to do a client prior to my turn. Each of those folks were well cared for they did not appear rushed and they looked great when they left and it appears they were pleased with their service. When my turn came I was fortunate to have Suzie. She listened to my requests and reviewed pictures on my phone and asked good questions.
