Fast service even as a walk in- the wait was only 30 min. Lady with dark long curly hair did excellent job cutting my hair read more

I have given this Supercuts several timeS service. They were kind to me the first time and seemed professional, but the second and third time they were horrific. I thought I could forgive them because they were full of excuses of why I had to wait an hour when I had an appointment because another walk-in came in, and they took her. I called ahead yesterday and she said to come on in because I only need bangs cut and when I arrive she said 02 walk-ins came so I can no longer do your hair. I have no time and we are closing. I told her that was very unprofessional to tell me to drive 20 minutes to her salon, the ridiculous Supercuts, which I will never return and that I will be speaking to Brittany the manager tomorrow and tell her what a terrible customer service person she is. She said OK they don't care about Customer service. It's obvious I'm surprised they haven't shut down thank you for the lesson for your lack of customer service. thank you for making sure I never returned. I'm sure Dylan and Brittany and a few others will miss my large tips. Goodbye. read more

Called ahead for an appointment like any decent human being after this pandemic. We got the sweetest stylist for my dad. JESSICA was her name. She was polite and self with my dads humor. I watched as the other stylist was helping a young man also and he had some sort of sensory problems. She literally was an angel in disguise. She showed him each thing and let him feel the vibration of the tools before she used them. It was simply amazing. She was so patient, didn't rush through the cut and stayed focus. The kid was so happy after. They did the exploding fist bump when he was done and it made the man happy. Need more stylist like these two. read more

Never even got what I asked for and the hair cut was around 30 dollars. The lady word for word said "do you use conditioner?" Crappy attitude to say the least. I gave simple and specific instructions and she couldn't even follow it. I had long hair all the way down to my waist and she chopped it all off it was insane never go here if you like your hair. read more

I love Trish! When I moved to Oregon I had to find a new stylist. I had my colors but they were a different brand. It took us about three visits to get it just right but now I have the perfect color and cut. She was never impatient with the process and she cheerfully modified the colors and cut till we got the best results. I highly recommend her and her crew!!! read more

The quality of this store and the workers has taken a nosedive over the last year. I understand that we live in stressful and frustrating times especially as employees, but the atmosphere in this store could not be more unwelcoming or unfriendly. You are made to feel like a burden and an inconvenience by the hairdressers, and they just exude the attitude they want to be done with you as quickly as possible, often resulting in terrible, half-completed haircuts that you didn't want or ask for. My most recent visit, which will also be my last, was the final straw for me. I checked in online a few hours before my appointment. When I showed up to the store my name was at the top of the list. Expecting to only be waiting for a few minutes due to their being an open hairstylist who I assumed was almost ready for me I waited patiently. And kept waiting. And waiting. It was over 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment time when they finally called my name. I was a bit irritated since I had shown up at the time they told me to show up and still had to wait, but I let it go and attempted to friendly greet the hairdresser. No response. Not a big deal, I'm not much of a talker myself but greeting each other is usually normal and expected in a situation like this. I sat down and she said, and I quote, "What do you want?" I tried not to take the short attitude personally and told her exactly and specifically what I was wanting. She minimally acknowledged what I had said and then proceeded to do the absolute bare minimum she possibly could, essentially half a haircut and half of what I asked for, and I walked out of that store with 30 dollars less and the worst haircut I've had in a long time. I didn't realize how bad it really was until I got home and washed it out but I was really disappointed with the obvious lack of effort. I have really simple short hair and the haircut I requested was very basic, but still was too much for this hairdresser to handle. I've been coming here for a while and have had enough of the poor service, grumpy workers, ridiculously high and still rising prices, and overall uninviting and "we're over it" atmosphere. Do better. read more

I had called around to local places many of which were booked out weeks and a few did not even return my call. So I decided to go to Supercuts and see if I could walk in. Happily they were able to take me within the hour. They were careful to screen me for Covid 19 and even take my temperature. And when a stylist was available I was shown to the chair and Liz the stylist listened and asked questions and made suggestions which was wonderful because I have no clue about my hair and what may look good. She was friendly and professional and made me feel pampered from start to finish. I was really happy that I went and would definitely recommend Liz. read more

The quality of workers here has gone downhill here. The past two times I've been here I've felt like it came out with some of the worst haircuts I've received from a hair salon. It just seems the workers don't care anymore and the energy is completely off and unwelcoming. read more

Lazy and incompetent workers. Showed up 5:15 well before closing at 7. All workers were standing around doing next to nothing. I asked if I could get a haircut and they said they were all booked. Not a soul in site. Lazy, rude and ridiculous I will be contacting the cooperate office and if it happens again I will get law enforcement involved and consider suing as well. read more

I scheduled an appointment to get a hair cut at 645, and decided to come early to ensure i get in at my scheduled appointment. When i got here she told me there was one wash before my cut. The customer last minute asked for a cut as it was already 650 past my scheduled time. I had to wait here for another 30 minutes just so the walk in customer; who didn't have an appointment could get a cut and a wash. I'm definitely not coming back here due to the fact they don't go by scheduled appointment. Not to mention this is the third time in a row this has happened read more

We made an appointment for 5pm for 2 people (1 after the other) we arrived 10 minutes early so we could be checked in and ready to go for the appointment. We were met at the door by a gal saying that they were running behind and it would be a wait to get us in. My mother is over 70 (and has had a stroke) it is hard for her to stand for prolonged time. The gal said we would have wait in our vehicle (we were dropped off and getting a ride after) we asked is she could have a chair to use to wait or could she just come in and sit but she was told NO I'm sorry you'll have to wait outside. It's 77 degrees and in direct sunlight right now. I'm sorry this is POOR business practice for any company!! I gave my phone# at the time of reservation and could have been contacted and would have been more than happy to come a little later. I understand the new business model but to not care about having a 70+ stroke victim standing outside your business is ridiculous. read more

I have my elderly Mother here visiting. She consistently gets ripped off every where she goes to get a cut and style for her shorter than chin length hair. I called in advance hoping we could avoid her past experiences. She did not want to get a trim to save money. She only wanted the front hair framing her face and top forehead foiled to highlight her now graying hair. I was informed in advance by telephone before going in that foils up to 20 for short hair without other services varies from $35-$55. I explained no more than 10-20 foils....$55 was ok for 20. We walked in. My Mother was taken to her chair and promptly told $75 without a cut or blow dry. She got my attention about 30 feet away and looked shocked. I went to talk to her; went to the stylist and told her that my Mother who has short hair just below her nose (and a couple inches above her chin at the front of her face) that we are not looking for anything but the front. The hairdresser argued her hair is long? That she needs to do well behind the front? I said she doesn't want that. My Mom freaks out when it comes to confrontation. She panics. She does not stand up to herself or intimidation. She just won't disagree when confronted. Ever. My Mom just said I'll pay....I'll pay. She was agitated. Nervous. She did not want to argue and I know that I can't either when the customer says in front of the hairdresser she just wants to pay anything they say. She said just wants her hair done! I left quietly the Salon entirely feeling dejected.....knowing she was going to be paying way too much for a handful of foils. They did not blow dry her hair and let an elderly lady leave on her special day with price gauging and wet hair. She tipped too! All in all $80 for a handfuls foils. No blow dry. No cut. That was "extra." I feel she was taken advantage of because of her age and lack of self confidence. I think this salon is great for men who only want a haircut. No extra services. I say beware to the elderly. Her hair is ok. She paid way to much. read more

I use Alissa as my stylist. She listens and then, makes suggestions. I'm always pleased when I walk out the door with a fresh cut. The price of $19 is perfect for what I expect and receive. Great feature to using Super Cuts is to check in online and walk in with little to no wait. Highly recommend Alissa!!! read more

I have good and bad news. The good news is Tricia is a master at cutting curly hair. My sister and I love her. The very bad news (for us) is she's leaving this location to become a district manager. Congratulations, Tricia, we'll miss you!! read more

We moved here from San Diego so we had to find a new place for haircuts. I decided to give Supercuts a try so I took both my kids in for a cut. My son is 6 and my daughter is 12. We were introduced to Kristen and her sweet demeanor made us comfortable right away. My daughter just needed a trim but my son basically needed a complete haircut. The haircut she gave him was so cute and updated! I noticed Kristen has curly hair so eventually I went back and had her cut my curly hair Not everyone knows how to cut curly hair but she does!!! One of the best cuts I've ever had. Kristen is a great stylist and it's so easy to make an appt. You won't be disappointed. read more

Walked in to get a haircut and was promptly greeted and given a wait time of 30 minutes. You can also make appointments ahead of time if you do not want the wait. The staff were very friendly and the person who cut my hair, Kristen, did a wonderful job. They have good prices and a variety of hair products available for purchase. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking to get a quality haircut with friendly people and fair prices. read more
