I tried to sign up for a haircut Thursday morning at 10. I was told to put my name on the roster and come back in an hour. I had an early lunch and came back at a little before 11, only to find out that "several people had booked online" and to come back "after 1". If they can't do a better job of keeping track of their customers then I don't want to go back to them. If they truly had no spots open before 1, I would have appreciated knowing about it at 10. As nice as the people here are, i asked for my hair to be straight across as a bob. The man doing my hair made it uneven and had to get another person to do it after half an hour. The woman he got did a nice job up until she offered to do some layers. She said LONG layers so i was okay with it since i figured she'd just fix up the ends a bit. She took an hour and i was wondering why it took so long until she turned my around and showed me the horror that was my hair. My birthday is in a few days and i am so upset. First of all this is a hard review to write. I have been going to this store for 10 years. It was a corporate owned store that was sold to a large franchisee and the service and cleanliness dropped noticeably, but they retained the store manager and most of the employees so the quality of the haircut was not impacted. They subsequently moved the salon across the parking lot and the new place is a pit. Then they fired the manager and now the service is terrible, for example you can't use the web app to schedule and when I called in today, they said the could get to me in 30 minutes; I ran an errand and arrived about 25 minutes later, then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes while 3 other customers were served and in between each they said it would be just a couple of minutes longer. Do not patronize this salon. After 10 years as a loyal customer I will never go back. read more

Horrible customer service! I had plans later that afternoon and had called in way ahead to make an appointment at 3 pm for a wash and blow dry. I got there at 2:45 pm and had to wait till 3:26 pm till they took me in. I can understand being a few minutes late but they took in a walk in at 3:11 when I'd made an appointment for 3. When I walked up to ask Judith Rey (the stylist who took in another customer at 3:11) refused to even look and acknowledge. I had my haircut yesterday and it was awful. I don't remember the stylist name but I am pretty sure it was one that were station was full of junk. She had so much in her station including pictures which I think thats really unprofessional. I think her name was Teri. She gave me a haircut that was so uneven. The top was not blended to the sides and I had short pieces and long. And the sides was not even blended. I don't even want to go there again. I would just like a refund so I can go get another haircut somewhere else to get it fix if it's fixable. If I knew I was going to get a haircut like that I would have not even go in. For some reason, even as a child, I have always disliked the barbershop experience, whereas I know others love it. So this was perfect for me. I have just been to Super Cuts for blow outs recently and love them. They make me look great for a lower price than any dry bar. I have had my hair done by a few different people and they have all done a great job. I don't know what they do but my blowouts last for days when they do it. Very much worth the money. I love the products they use- nothing too smelly or heavy. Heads up- they have a lunch hour rush so plan accordingly. You can call ahead and get on the list. read more

She was cutting one persons hair, another was waiting for color to set, and she seemed frazzled that my husband and I came in since someone else had an appointment for 10-15 minutes from then. This store used to be really great but has gone significantly downhill in the last year. I recently went in to get my eyebrows waxed. While the staff was generally friendly, the woman who did my eyebrows made them uneven and left many areas unwaxed/cleaned. I'm not sure if she realized it, but the wax she was using was not even heated, which is why it wasn't working very well. She claimed my eyebrows were like they came out to begin with but I've been getting them done for 12 years and have never once had this sort of problem. I had my hair cut here last week. When I washed it I found one side was longer than the other. I called and found out the schedule of the man that cut my hair. I went back today and he said, "It's the same on both sides." I asked the second employee who said, "Maybe it's a little longer." i left and on impulse went into a second Supercuts on Beltline and Marsh. Kathryn heard my story, agreed one side was definitely longer and said, "Sit down, I'll fix it." She did a great job. I will return to this salon in the future.
