I'm beyond frustrated with my recent visit to Supercuts. When I walked in, the place was completely empty--three stylists just standing around with no customers--and yet I was told the only available appointment was for 2:40. Seriously? How do you have three stylists doing nothing and still can't take a walk-in? It only got worse once I actually sat down for the haircut. The stylist repeatedly pressed against a large zit on the back of my head, causing sharp, throbbing pain every time. It was obvious it hurt, yet there was zero awareness or care. What should have been a simple, quick haircut turned into one of the most uncomfortable and irritating experiences I've ever had at a salon. This place clearly lacks both professionalism and basic customer care. Between the fake scheduling "wait" and the painful, careless service, I'll be going somewhere else from now on--and I'd strongly recommend others do the same. read more

This place used to be fast, cheap and convenient. Now it is none of those things. Made an apt for 4:30, got there at 4:20, still waited til 5pm! Another customer came in after me and they helped him first. Why even have an apt?! The cost of this quick trim is $29. Might as well go to a salon with a nicer and cleaner atmosphere. read more

This was my daughters first hair cut at a "salon". I've always had a licensed friend cut it, but because she was busy and my daughters bangs were growing past her eyes I decided to come in for a trim. I didn't notice at first how bad her bangs really looked until I got home. I could cry as this is right before the holidays and her bangs look like she cut them herself! I'm mortified. I will not be coming back to any super cuts in the future!! read more

Worst Haircut!!!!! I brought in my son for the first time to a "Supercuts". I usually take him to a kids hair salon. I called "Supercuts" made an appointment for the same day. I can see why the fast service. My son was crying not moving just crying saying it hurts. He's 3 years old I thought he just wanted out. That he didn't want to get a hair cut. It was until I got home when I was ready to get him in the shower when I saw he had a cut on his neck. It was a guy that did his hair He had blue/green hair I didn't get his name. I really hope they do something about this. My son was not moving he was cooperating. This guy was just rushing and being so rough while doing his hair. Do not take your little ones there this was the worst service and worst haircut. This is unacceptable. read more

08/16/2019. Katy. (Salon manager) helped my friend. She was very gentle in getting his hair short. Supercuts I found is a very generic but consistent cut. Every stylist trains in a way that make sure your style is consistent. There's beauty in that for sure. I was super impressed with Supercuts. Walk right in right in. I went in at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. I was surprised as I had never seen a Supercuts so empty. Not a soul or body in sight. I let out a loud "Hello" and a woman came out from the back. She asked if I had an appointment and I said No, while looking at all of the empty chairs. She said that there was nothing available until 4 PM. Don't go to this location without an appointment. read more

Thought going to a new place for a buzz cut would be safe but was wrong. Just realized I have loose hairs sticking out on my sides. My cut also got stopped 3 times for the phone. Is voicemail not a thing? I think priority goes to the customer whose hair is being cut rather than someone calling. Wasn't asked if things looked good or given a mirror before the cover was being taken off. had to ask to go back and fix something. No brush off or towel treatment either. Not worth $25 read more

I went to this supercuts about a year ago and had my hair cut by a particular stylist that did it incredibly. I can't remember her name for the life of me but I remember she told me she had blond hair, an almost 20 year old daughter and ran out the door after me when I forgot my backpack inside. I would love to know her name because she cut my hair beautifully. I went back another day but was not cut by her and got my hair cut by a young girl who left it really uneven and didn't follow how I wanted it cut. I would highly recommend this place only if you get your hair cut by that woman. Please , if anyone knows her name , let me know. read more

Supercuts used to be the place to go for haircuts back in the day. Never had been to this location but I was desperate because my beloved Fantastic Sams closed its doors quite suddenly in my opinion. I didn't realize how expensive Supercuts has become over the years either, kinda on the highway robbery side! Other than coming to help out my friend's daughter, which in all honesty I don't think works there anymore, it was a one and done visit. Sorry but not sorry. Might need to rethink things Supercuts, look at Great Clips for instance, just saying. read more

I used to go to this one quite a few times. Got tired of getting bad cuts. Would tell the cutter how I wanted my hair cut and damned if she wouldn't cut it her way. I had so many arguments with managers at this place I just quit going there. Wasn't worth the trouble. Sure hope no one else has that kind of problems when going there. We used the online check-in system- there was one person waiting ahead of us when we arrived EARLY for our appointment. So, after waiting well over an hour, I will not return. Absolutely horrible. I went in with an idea in mind on how I wanted my hair cut I had a few photos for reference. I showed the lady and she said they looked nice and agreed she could do it. She examined my head and said she couldn't cut my hair at this time due to (open blisters) on the top of my head and advised I come back when they heal. Another hairstylist there suggested it could be eczema and gave me some helpful tips. I asked if she could just trim the back of my hair she said yes and began to give me a pixie cut ( which is a very short haircut the top and sides and back of the hair are cut very short some thing I didn't ask for). I told her I didn't ask for this and to please stop. She said that is what you showed me in your photo and I had to cut everything short because your hair on the top was short. I ended up getting the haircut for free but I felt like there needed to be more communication she tried to defend herself but I knew what I wanted and I understood that it wasn't going to happen and that I was only going to get a trim if she couldn't do that then she shouldn't have done anything at all. The price may be cheap but you are getting what you're paying for these are not professionals by any means. read more

I came in and was turned away an hour before close while no one was in the store waiting because someone had to take a lunch. So i put my name down to come back when she got off her lunch and the chick gets off her lunch AND SKIPS OVER ME AND GOES TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE, who came in AFTER me. I've had my hair cut here before with no issue. A couple days ago I checked in online for an appointment at 1:45, arrived at 1:25 and told her that I had an appointment. There was only one stylist, and she informed me that the online system doesn't account for the people before you, and it would be at least 2:30 before she could get me in, because that's when the other stylists came in. I told her give my spot to someone else because I wasn't going to sit there for an hour, especially when there was one person in the chair and NOONE in the waiting area! What's the point of having an online system if it is that inaccurate!? Not that I'll never go to Supercuts again, but I'll call and make an appointment, and hope that works better than their check in system! read more

Normally pretty happy with this location, but when I walked in yesterday afternoon, I was greeted with a "hello" from a lady working with another client. That was it, only 1 employee and she didn't say "be right with you" or "someone will be right back" nothing,.. sitting there for moments I just got up and left. I have had such a battle with my hair and finding someone that could cut it the way I want it. I stopped into this Supercuts and Noemi cut my hair and I am so happy with it!! She really knows what she is doing and she really listened to what I was having problems with and took the time to solve those issues and gave me the best cut I've had in a very long time! Took my 17 year old son here today, because he wanted an edgy style and was not willing to wait for an appointment. Naomi asked him a lot of questions to clarify exactly what he wanted and he walked out looking like a hipster. He was very impressed that she took the time and asked the questions needed to ensure he got the perfect cut. He will definately be going back in 6-8 weeks! read more

Oh no.. Super Cuts WAS my go to hair place but after today I will no longer do business with this company. I went in last week & they had a one hour wait time. I decided to skip a hair cut & try their online check in the next week. I checked in, said I'd be seen at "approximately" 4:30. I arrived at 4:20 with two girls cutting hair & one dyeing hair, no biggie. I check in & she states that it'll be only a couple minutes. So I wait... I wait... one girl finishes at 4:45 & leaves so I thought okay the other girl is almost done. It's now 4:50 & the other girl is done but now she's getting stuff ready. I thought woohoo! It's almost my turn! NOT. Turns out she was getting ready to LEAVE. So as soon as she left which was at 4:59 I took off as well. I don't understand why they didn't give me a heads up that they were both leaving. The last girl working was OBVIOUSLY busy dyeing hair so why not give a heads up? I had to leave but have been very disappointed. I will not longer visit this place, which is very unfortunate! read more

I have been going to this one for several years. Walked in recently the stylist ask what could they do me for. Haircut I replied. She then said the wait was 30 minutes and that their were two in front of me. After the two received their hair cuts a friend of one of the stylist walked in and she took them. She said nothing. I got up and walked out never to return. There are other salons that want my business. I would stay away from this shop unless you are a friend of the stylist. read more
