Complete bullshit. I made a 3:30pm appointment this morning when I began my day. I make appointments because I'm a single dad with no family help, work, and after graduating last month with my BA in now I'm a masters program at Chico state. I need my damn time that I call and make HOURS in advance. But no. I walk in at 3:25pm. One person sitting in the lobby, two people getting haircuts. I'm asked and I say I have a 3:30pm appointment and sit. The barber finishes one person and I think I must be up because the other barber has 15 minutes minimum on his haircut left. Instead, the other person is called at 3:05pm, 5 minute into my haircut time she's filling the seat with a new person, making my cut 15 minutes further out at minimum and only IF the other guy finishes in my estimate. I understand 5 minutes off, even 10 minutes off because of a misjudgment. But to be off 5 minutes PLUS A WHOLE OTHER PERSON! And then for this barber not to even freaking say something to me, the person who told you at 2:55 that I'm your 3oclock, to not just be courteous enough to say something to me about sorry! I just love how two faced most people are. If these two barbers got held up 5 minutes anywhere messing up their schedule, they would be throwing a fit. But these pieces of work don't give a damn about anyone but themselves which makes them even dumber, because they are in the customer service business. Meaning what that they need to have excellent customer service to make more money. This is why the barbers at Supercuts will never own their own business. They're losers who don't know anything about customer service. read more

Came in they made an appointment for me at 3:10... arrived early waited, came time for my appointment and waited until 3:35, the lady that was supposed to cut my hair, decided to take over another stylist haircut. Asked how long it would be because I was on my lunch break no response wasted so much time for no reason not even an apology. read more

I have been going To Supercuts across these whole Western United States and apparently in Chico this is on Par with a Beverly Hills Beauty Salon. When have Walk Ins never been welcome at a Supercuts. And if you do they say come back at some unreasonable hour. So I got a card that I cannot redeem now because you apparently have to make an appointment a day ahead read more

There's a chunk out of the front missing and all around looks like a bowl cut. The manager offered to fade it but there was nothing left to fade. I will let you be the judge. My hair was a little longer than shoulder length in the back and shoulder length in the front. When asked what I wanted, I said I did not want a wedge. I have naturally wavy hair. I only wanted it slightly shorter in the back and not to cut the front at all. She didn't cut the front but...After blow dry, then after curling iron to try to even and smooth........and yep, an uneven, choppy wedge. read more

Absolutely horrible. "Get a last minute haircut this minute" is not the slogan I'd use if you have 3 people sitting around playing on their phones while turning away walk ins. I sat outside for 30 minutes to see if any appointments got taken, and to no surprise not another soul showed up with an appointment. 7 more men showed up to all get turned away because they were "booked". read more

Hands-down the worst experience at Super Cuts. Don't waste your time coming here or even making an appointment. This is the third time I've made an appointment and they have said to me" they are running a little behind". I made an appointment for 12 for a blowout and a style, I specifically made an appointment at 12 because I had an interview at 1. At 12:40 I was still waiting and when I went to ask the The man at the front desk why still haven't been seen he said in quotes they're running a little behind ". Just got my hair done last week and I wasn't gonna post this. I over heard an employee, older blonde hair, I think her name was Tanya? Talking saying some extremely racist stuff about a black individual. Bad taste in my mouth I loved my stylist, but this other lady Tanya ruined my whole experience. They got 6 booths, only 2 women cutting hair. One is out smoking a cigarette. 5 of us waiting here more than 30 minutes already. Not sure how this business model is anything other than pure disregard for the customer. Schedule more employees instead of trying to cut as much overhead as possible. read more

I received a haircut from Dandelion recently and I absolutely loved how it turned out! After months of quarantine it felt great to take a couple of inches off. I really appreciated how considerate her and the staff were of the current pandemic and how efficient they were at enforcing masks, while effectively working around them during the haircut. It definitely helps to call for an appointment, as they cannot accept walk-ins at this time! When I arrived I simply called the front desk to let them know that I was out front and my stylist came out to my car to greet me! Wonderful service. read more

Wait time was over an hour and 15 minutes when my friend and I came in to check how long it would take for them to cut our hair. One hour and 15 minutes... That's ridiculous. On top of that, they only had 3 employees working on a Sunday.. Would recommend GreatClips instead. read more

I got my haircut by Dandelion and damn, she's good. I walked in, on a Monday afternoon, and sat right down. I'm horrible with direction when it comes to cutting my hair, I just want the stylist to do what will make me look good. This time, I knew I wanted a long bob A line, not too dramatic but still pronounced. Dandelion did exactly what I wanted. She added layers right where they needed to be for my hair type and I am so happy with how it turned out. She was super easy to talk to, with not too much small talk awkwardness that comes with getting your hair cut. You might be surprised by my rating since this is not the fanciest of haircut places. Granted, it's a chain. Sort of the fast food restaurant of hair. But this is the only place my husband goes to get his haircut. After putting off a haircut for weeks, my husband was developing a mullet. Not his style. Finally went here on a Saturday and they were busy. But he still got in quickly. As I sat among the customers I realized every single one of them were males. I hadn't put it together before but this is the place, it seems, men come to get their haircut and yet retain their masculinity. No appointment needed, a stamp card, and no gossip. Plus the prices are reasonable. My husbands mullet soon disappears and he paid without being pressured to buy salon quality shampoos. I've gotten my haircut there in the past too and have also been satisfied. I recommend everyone to give Supercuts a try. If you hate it, remember, it will grow back. read more

I went in to get my bangs cut and this younger red head girl completely butchered them. She cut them so far back and short, she definitely cut pieces of my hair that aren't my bangs. It was about a month ago, I didn't complain but it literally just looks so bad I can't get over how incompetent she was. Too much turnover. I've had good cuts and poor cuts. You never know what you're getting and even when you explain exactly what you want, you may or may not get something clear we to your request. I received a horrible haircut from this supercuts. I showed the gal a picture of what I wanted-which looks like Lisa Rinna's hairstyle. What I got is what I can only imagine to be a bad bob cut.
