I went in with some reference images and she ended up foiling the hair and working very thoroughly to get it done. She also did great on the cut and I feel like a new version of myself! There was one part (likely due to how my hair was parted) that I felt like fell a little funny which I noticed the next day, and she's getting me in to fix it so I really appreciate the continued service and accommodation of a request. The pricing also felt more than fair, especially considering the time it took and the amount of hair I have which meant more product was needed. Overall, it was a great experience! They require payment information in case you don't show up for your appointment but then they are the ones who can't show up. Pretty unprofessional. I'm taking this as a sign not to get my hair done here. Going somewhere that will make me feel valued and won't waste my time.
