Santa Rosa Super Burger is awesome, here it's good. It was Sunday around lunch and there were plenty of tables. I was debating between the sweet potatoe fries and garlic fries as a side to my burger. I then asked if they could just add garlic to my sweet potato fries and the server said she couldn't...hmmm. Anyways burger was good. Nothing exciting but definitely good. My fiancé got a side of bbq sauce, probably some of the best I've had in a while. I got the mushroom garlic burger and my fiancé got the pesto chicken sandwich. She loved hers. Had to cut both ours in half though lol. Super messy but worth it. They have Lagunitas too! I feel like the staff in Santa Rosa is more personal but then again it's a smaller place and your facing staff. Next time I go back I'll try something else amd hopefully it's amazing! read more

We really like Super Burger, great burgers cool place and the owner Bill is a great guy. So we decide to call and get a couple burgers to go tonight. So I called and the phone rang and rang, then I tried again and it was busy, then I tried again and it rang and rang and I'm thinking wow great they are slammed right? NO. I called for the 7 time and a recording came on saying basically they are not answering the phone or taking phone orders during busy times or the rush? What? Seriously? So I drive the 15 min thinking when I get there that the place will be packed right? Because that are not answering the phone because they are TOO BUSY! Nope. There were six tables open and 4 tickets on the wheel So the girl at the cash register says "hi welcome to Super burger did you order to go? Lol and I said well I tried but no one answered the phone? She didn't even know about the recording? I asked her if Bill "the owner" had ok'd the recording and she didn't know. Then she told me that she would tell the manager, that didn't happen either. So what's the moral of this story? No more Super Burger unless it's Super convenient! And since we live in between Mikes Burgers on the Boulevard and, Super Burger in Cotati, guess what. Whoever answers the phone to take my TAKE OUT ORDER will get the business. I'm not a huge burger fan (or red meat for the record) but when I get the craving this place hits the spot. It's small, local and nothing too fancy but has great burgers. But I have to say the star for me are the fries. I like my frys with a little crunch and not a mushy, limp mess and Superburger's frys are on point. Great Burgers! The spicy buffalo chicken sandwich was a little too spicy for my taste, but I am a spice whimp, so most people would probably love it! The flavor was great and I loved the pineapple coleslaw!! My husband had the St Helena Burger and it was perfect. We will be going back. Just wish they opened up at 11:00. read more

Pretty mediocre. We were seated immediately and provided menus which were a bit confusing to read. I went for a malt, tater tots and a burger with bacon and extra cheese. The malts are HUGE which i guess is a good thing, the tater tots were crispy and salty and the burger was a bit over charred and too thick. Overall a bit pricy and mediocre. At Superburger you'll find your own roll of paper towels at your table, for good reason: their hamburgers are huge (7 oz.) and cooked to perfection--never overdone. There's a ton of condiments (4 different kinds of pickles, for instance) to choose from, and you will leave well-sated. And, the service is outstanding, with friendly, efficient servers. Not much of a buger person, and when i do crave a burger i usually just make it myself. Superburger is an exception. People rave about how good in n out is, and im like thats boring its the same item with a certain number of patties, I like the different options and Superburger gives you that. Wow, I have always heard about this place and never really chose to dine here (don't know why)! Upon entering, I loved the older style decor and music, the dry humor on the menu & the selections. I wanted to order one of everything on the menu! The waitress that helped us was super sweet and knowledgeable, she was great. I got the Bacon Classic Burger with Tater Tots w/ Ranch (of course!). YUMMMM. I forgot to ask for it to be Grass Fed but I enjoyed my food nonetheless! So happy to be in SuperBurger's vicinity, I will definitely be returning! My family loves this Superburger location, mostly because of Amelia, our favorite waitress in all the land. She's always so cheerful, pleasant and helpful. Kinda funny and smart too. The burgers are fabulous and definitely a good bang for your buck. I would suggest two or three people share fries/onion rings as there is really way more than one serving. Ditto on the milkshakes, a couple of my kids can actually finish one by themselves, but I have never been known to. Superburger is the best burger in town (sorry Mike). read more

Came here for the first time with my sister on a Sunday afternoon, place was busy and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. We each ordered the smaller version of a cheeseburger, plus grilled onions, with a side of sweet potato fries and tater tots. To top it off we got the Almond Joy and White Chocolate Raspberry shakes. All to die for! Hit the spot for sure and we will be back. Burger was perfect and the small size of sides was enough to save for tomorrows lunch as well. read more

Kids love their hamburgers, shakes and fries! I got the chicken burger with BBQ sauce and cheese. Bun was very hard and chicken was dry and too hard around the edges. I did not like it because of the tough bread and meat. The service was good. The onion rings are really delicious, thick cut and the ranch dressing tastes home made as well. I do like the refills on ice tea! I might give them one more try but would definitely not be a top choice for me! read more

I've been before and everything has been all well, but this time I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was a waste of money. I hate leaving bad reviews but the chicken was burnt and dry as hell, not to mention the 4 drops of buffalo sauce compared to 3 dollops of blue cheese made it taste absolutely awful. Because I am a regular at the original Superburger in Santa Rosa, I can't help but to compare this location to it. The wait time here was very long, almost to the point of going to eat at the one in Santa Rosa. Even though the waitress got our order entered correctly, the kitchen switched up things and it wasn't noticed until we were halfway through our meal. The burgers were not served on nice, flavorful Franco American rolls like Santa Rosa. They were normal hamburger buns. Not cool. We'll be skipping this location in the future. read more
