Called Bryan to get a quote - .50/square foot for our type of tile which is better than a couple other places I called. We just moved in and the tile was DISGUSTING. I mean, the grout was supposed to be white... and it was dark grey... Ugh! I couldn't even walk around in my bare feet. Bryan fit us in his schedule as quick as he could, which was important because we had company coming. Since the grout was so bad, Bryan tested a spot before he did the whole thing to be sure he could get it clean. If not, he wasn't going to charge us. He did a great job, it's not perfect but it's impossible to get that unless it was completely redone. He also gave us great advice on what sealant to use. We had an issue with some territorial pets, using our stairs as the front lines in marking in their boundary wars. These guys came in here and treated my stairs (which were BAD, people. Bryan cleaned our carpets for a move-out yesterday and they looked better than they did when we moved in a year ago. Besides being prompt, curtious, he gave us a Military discount and was extremely knowledgeable. He might have just saved us thousands of dollars. Lincoln Military Housing gives a black light inspection at the time of moving out which will show stains that are not even visible to the eye. They don't do this when you move in, so we weren't aware of it until our neighbor was hit with a huge move cost. We do have a two year old boxer whom is potty trained but drools non-stop so we were very concerned at the costs we would incur. When we moved into our house in November, the older carpet had been recently cleaned but never felt clean (it felt as if it had a film on it). They had used a rental cleaning system and we were having dust mite issues. I did a search for steam cleaning because I wanted to kill the dust mites and steaming is the only way to do that effectively. Bryan called me back right away and asked all the pertinent questions and told me what to expect. The carpets came out so great; stains and filmy feeling gone. Even on a cloudy damp day, the carpets dried completely by that night (fans help). Now almost three weeks later, the carpet still smells fresh, dust mite issues are gone, none of the stains have reappeared. Bryan did a very thorough job. I highly recommend this business. I was looking for a good carpet clean for my apartment when I came across Super Steam carpet clean. I saw all the awesome reviews so I decided to call. My apartment carpet was awful. We have been here for a year and have no pets but After I would vacuum it would be full of cat/dog hair even a year later!! I vacuum at least once a week so it's pretty nasty that I was still getting all of the hair. Yuck! I don't believe they changed or cleaned the carpet before we moved in. We have two kids one just starting to crawl. We notice her breaking out a lot when she would be on the ground. So That's when I knew for sure we needed to get the carpet done. I notified the new apartment management. They stated they have no previous records of the carpet but would offer a courtesy clean with a new one year lease.
