Delicious food, but the service is absolutely abysmal. The employees are very nice but there seems to be a strong lack of attention towards tending to customers. When I dined at the restaurant, my family experienced the following wait times: - 10 minutes at the host stand before we were acknowledged and seated. - 20 minutes at our table before we got water - 20 minutes before we got our orders taken (which included an appetizer) - 20 minutes to get our food, minus the appetizer, utensils, napkins, and extra plates - 10 minutes to get the above missing items It is appalling to wait ~80 minutes before we could eat our meal (It was delicious but the wait, and lack of acknowledgement from the staff, was unacceptable). We were immediately sat on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a thai tea; it came out promptly and had the perfect ratio of tea to milk. We also shared a chicken pad thai hor khai and a panang pork belly curry.  The pad thai was so fresh and presented beautifully. The curry had a bit of a kick and the pork belly was so tender, it melted in my mouth. The restaurant was decorated nicely and also had an exterior balcony. Oh my gosh they added a sushi bar and it is amazing. Still my top choice in Cedar Park! The food is great, owner is friendly and always making the rounds, atmosphere is nice...and now excellent sushi. I went here with some friends and I wanted to try the Pad Thai. They have live music which is nice but it was very loud. Could not hear each other well when the live music was playing, but they weren't it was easy to hear each other. I ordered the Pad Thai and I've never had it with egg plant on top and an egg covering it. The Pad Thai itself was okay. I had the spice level at 2/5 and it was so spicy for me. I can handle some spice but wow this was spicy. I recommend getting 1/5 if you can't handle spice. The flavor of the Pad Thai was okay for me, I didn't really enjoy it. read more

Tried Super Sap's on a Sunday afternoon with my man and had a delicious experience. The restaurant has a nice, modern vibe with a large, oak-shaded patio outside. We didn't get to enjoy the patio as it was a rainy day, but would imagine it's lovely normally. I had the green papaya salad, which is one of my favorite Thai entrees. It's cool and refreshing but with a subtle heat that builds with each bite. The salad is served with dry shrimp and peekoe crab (I could have done without the crab as it was salty and fishy tasting to me). There are plain fried pork rinds and fresh tomatoes to cool the fire in your mouth down. It was really tasty! My boyfriend had the pork sukiyaki which was flavored with a sweet, spicy sauce. Again, doesn't taste too spicy in the beginning, but it builds up with each bite. Everything was flavorful and delicious and we both enjoyed our meals and sampling each other's. The absolute worst Tom kha I've ever had. Tasted like a lady from the Midwest who has never cooked Thai food just dumped a can of coconut milk in a container. The "large" was literally half raw onion and what I am assuming are giant pieces mushrooms. It taste like sweet, raw onion soup. The rangoons were sooooo tiny. Seriously? I was so excited to try Super Saps. We will NEVER come here again. Karen from Idaho needs to take some cooking classes! Had to go pick up some food from another restaurant. $60+ down the drain. The food is actually pretty good but honestly, I cannot handle bad service. I have been here twice and he takes more than 10 minutes to just get a water. This is my second time visiting after wanting to give the restaurant more time to be established after its opening last year. I ordered the pad see ew with chicken, which is my go to for any Thai restaurant I visit. I can definitely say I've had much better at other restaurants.. it just didn't hit the mark in my opinion. Service was pretty fast given that we visited on a Friday evening, and while I did appreciate the guitarist performing throughout the night, the music was a bit loud (even while seated inside since the door was open) and it would have been more authentic to have music more fitting to the environment. Overall not the best but not the worst. Prices are a bit higher than I'm comfortable with, so likely won't be visiting again. read more

Really good Thai food in the Cedar Park area. The dishes (and even the plates) were vibrant and very tasty, not to mention huge in portion sizes. Thanks for opening this in Cedar Park! A very good Thai restaurant. Have a real bartender making those awesome cocktails. New Thai place in town . Ambiance was excellent with live music on the patio and indoor dining was also great . Drinks were great, we had the lychee martini and dreamsicle. Some drawbacks were the veggies not cooked at all in the red curry even though curry tasted good . Half cooked is fine but this was just raw beans which tasted odd and stringy. Chicken wings were a bit dry but taste was okay . Mango sticky rice was good . Overall great to try and maybe return sometime but would not consider as a regular Thai restaurant to go to. read more

We recently discovered this spot when we were craving for some good Thai food. We had few drinks like their old fashioned was good and the Thai tea was refreshing. I honestly don't know how this place has 4 stars. I went in thinking it was going to be a super nice lunch spot with great food bc the reviews & pics looked nice. But EH! I went with my grandmother and first off I walk in and it's like pitchhhh quiet I felt so weird even saying heyyyy out loud to my Grandma that I was meeting lol weird vibes. It was kindve empty, they also have a kids playground right outside at the restaurant next door which was kindve annoying especially if u want to sit outside. The menus are like a paper book and they were all dirty and very cheap feeling. I got the shrimp fried rice and added chicken & it was a lot more expensive than the price on the menu, I understand a couple bucks but it was way off so I was surprised when they brought the bill. The food service was very slow and the quality of the food seemed to depreciate the more people that you have in your party. We arrived with 15+ on a reservation, however, they were unprepared. We showed up at 7 and didn't leave until 9:30 because of the service speed. I ordered the same dish as my brother but the plating and presentation were very different. His was plated nicely and mine came out slopped on the plate. The portion sizes are large but the quality was okay. Also, knowing we were a larger table, you figured that service would be prompt or at least attentive. Not at all. They only allowed the check to be split 4 ways, refusing to split it between couples. They also added a 20% gratuity which was expected, however, they limit it to 4 checks only. We needed 5 and they wouldn't budge. The server was rude the entire time. It felt as if he knew he was already receiving a tip and just did, not even the basics. Drink took an hour, food took longer. Overall I give this place a 4/10. They also got our spice levels wrong. We ordered 2 and ended up getting 3. I had my food at this point so I didn't complain. read more

Was a 5 star Thai restaurant up until recently. Would go quite frequently with friends and family and also for take out. Recently, it seems there was some change of ownership and we were told the new owner wanted to put her "stamp" on the menu. Absolutely ruined it. Some items that we really loved, such as the cashew chicken dish are now gone entirely. The tiger rib eye now is yuck. The Tom Ka is ruined. Every dish that we previously enjoyed is either gone or been turned into a Chinese standard item. Lower food quality and across the board bad changes to previously excellent recipes. Majorly disappointed. We will definitely not be going there again, and have been and will be retracting our glowing recommendations to all friends and family. read more

Great food and honestly these days the prices are fair, especially cause it is a "higher end" feeling. however the service was sub par and the ambiance was a bit confusing. There was live music and a sort of romantic feel but also at the same time there were giant tvs with bball playing. We had the pad ka prao, the shrimp volcano, crab fried rice and taro dessert. If pad ka prao is on the menu I always order it and this one lived up to expectations, although it was a little on the sweeter side but the portion size was big. The shrimp volcano was really good and unique. It was enough to share and I loved the sauce. The shrimp were actually good quality and not watery and bland like most shrimp. The crab fried rice was good, had a decent amount of crab. nothing special but also nothing to complain about. The taro dessert was really good and something new and different, although we did also want the mango sticky rice but they ran out. Now, on to the service which was not good... We got there and put our names down and was told it'd be a 20 minute wait. After 40 mins of waiting I went up and asked how much longer it'd be and then the guy looked at his sheet and told me he was cleaning the table. I just think he forgot tbh. Our waiter was really nice but he did forget a lot. We asked for hot water a few times from different people before it came. The mains came out promptly but this was as good as it got unfortunately. We had to ask for a togo box from a few other people as well before we got it and it took a while to get it. Not a big deal but also not hard for them to just bring us one. We also ordered dessert which took forever to get to our table and when it did, it was in a togo box. We had eaten our entire meal at the restaurant, I don't understand why they brought us dessert in a togo box. We still had like 25 min til they closed and the restaurant had a decent amount of people in it. At this point we didn't really care cause we had been there a while so we just took it togo. Lastly we asked for a copy of a receipt which if our waiter forgot about cause we had to go up to the bar and ask if they could print us a copy. Overall it just seemed like the entire waitstaff was confused, the table next to us was brought 3 drinks at 3 different times which weren't theirs. I understand it was a busy night but, it is branded as a higher end restaurant so I do expect a bit more attention to detail. Despite all of this I would go back cause the food was really good and I live really close by. Also wanna say that our waiter was really nice and they were helpful when ordering.
