    Veggie quesadilla

The food was SO good! This veggie quesadilla had so many more kinds of veggies than you typically get at other restaurants and it came with a side salad and two delicious sauces. It was also seasoned really well which is also not common with vegetarian dishes.

The birria ramen was absolutely and fantastically scrumptious! The birria tacos were near perfect, with the meat being slightly dryish. The chips and salsa was good. The ambiance was chill. The service was quick and timely. This spot has a very diverse menu!

2 al pastor 1 chicken (of course). 3 delicious. Fresh pineapple variety. Tortillas are hand made.

I came in for street tacos, on my way to Hospital. The food from observation perspective looks great... especially the "Pollo". Huge portion of fried variety. The Tortas are also sizeable and looked really good. I had Al Pastor tacos, and the were eaten 1.5 hr later and were still fantastic. Served with sautéed onions and fresh Cucumber, I am looking forward to returning. Service was slower than expected as the owner (likely) was flying around catching up with order backlog. I hope he gets some help, as the product is 5

Randomly drove past this place and the kids were hungry so we decided to bust a U turn and try it out. There was no customers at the time we went so I was weary. The decor inside gives vineyard vibes it's a nice updated small restaurant. Has 12 tables inside for seating so not too big but it's a nice and simple place to eat. The food was great! They offer a variety of foods from Mexican eats to Chinese to Italian. We got the roasted chicken plate and two tortas de milanesa. The chicken was very juicy and the chicken skin was crispy the fries and rice were well seasoned. The food was heavy and very fulfilling. The service was great the guy at the front is bilingual so there's no problem speaking and he's very respectful. Always came to check up on us to make sure we had everything and if the food was good. Honorary mention; the bathrooms are clean and unkept! Overall great experience if I happen to be on this side of town again I'll stop by.

Food was great, service was fast, clean area, music, decorations. And TV's with sports to watch

I decided after fasting for over 16 hours, a good lunch was in order. Since I did not know exactly what I was desiring, I was open to a new place. As I headed west on 82nd Street, I spotted Super Pollo. I had seen it before but was not sure what they exactly offered so I decided to see what they were about. As I walked, I was immediately greeted. As I worked on deciding what to get from this Mexican restaurant, I learned quite a bit about Super Pollo. Only open for 8 weeks, they are hopefully a long-term business in this strip mall. What I liked: - Attentive staff - Variety of food selections from the usual fare to fried chicken and steaks to burgers. - Atmosphere - Made-to-order entrees What I am excited about coming: - New food offerings - Beers and wines - they only have a 2-way liquor license at this time - Hopefully more customers. I was the only one dining in and dining my 2-hour visit only one customer came in to get his food to go. What wowed me: - Chips made from tortillas - more expensive for Super Pollo but the owner said they had a better flavor and crunch and he was spot on. They are standard in one of their entrees. - Photo menu...I am a visual eater. - Cleanliness - I have been to enough restaurants that are not satisfactory clean. What can they do better: - Right now, if they keep their menu fresh with fresh ingredients, they should not change anything. Tidbits: They listen to what customers would like to see, so feel free to share your honest feedback with them. -All selections typically can made into lunch specials which are smaller sized portions. - About 2-3 weeks they should have more beer and wine. Right now they only have Modelo especial. - You can get fried or grilled meats. - Food delivery is an option - Corn and flour tortillas are available.

Usually a broad menu makes me nervous. But this place is the exception to the rule. Everything I try is delicious!

Indianapolis, why have you kept this place a secret from me? I had the fried chicken. Simple food, nice people, clean place--delicious!

Food is OK. Oddly the chicken is the worst thing on the menu. I see other people liked the Birria Ramen. Maybe next time.

Being fairly new to the Fishers area, I did a quick review scroll (as a yelper does lol) and went in with high hopes... and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! First off, the menu? Solid. So many options it almost stressed me out, in the best way! I finally landed on the Aloha Special Plate with Hawaiian BBQ Chicken + Chicken Katsu, upgraded my rice to fried rice, and it also came with the mac salad and veggies. Now when I opened that container... BABY. The portions?! Generous is an understatement. They did not come to play! The BBQ chicken was sweet, savory, and full of flavor. The chicken katsu? Crispy, golden perfection. Like... exactly what you want it to be. The macaroni salad was also hitting... creamy, flavorful, no complaints there. Only thing that fell a little flat for me was the rice, it just needed a bit more flavor. But honestly, everything else made up for it. I can't speak on the service or vibe since we did takeout, but based on this meal alone? Yeah... I'll absolutely be back. I've already got my eye on a few more things on the menu!

The sauces definitely helped, but I was hoping it would have more of that Hawaiian BBQ flavor. The chicken was also a little chewy. I would have liked a larger portion of rice, but that is more of a personal preference. We ordered pick up, so experience inside is limited. From what we saw, it was very reminiscent of island decor. The order was actually ready at the time it said it was going to be, which is always a plus.

This pop-up happens in Studio C, a creative culinary wonderland that consists of private chef dinners, single daily meal specials, morning coffee and this sweet pop-up. When Amanda took to creating these artisan donuts, the city immediately flocked. Follow her on Instagram (@indydough) to see the different baked goods she cooks up each week. She usually makes donuts: think everything from cherry vanilla crullers to guava cream cheese old fashioned and black sesame glazed donuts. They're truly cooler than any donuts you've ever tried. I saw a post about white cheddar, green onion scones and immediately hopped on it. I messaged Amanda the night before the pop-up and she set one aside, as they usually sell out. This is the kind of place that you will have to arrive incredibly early to even have a chance at scoring a donut. There's a limited amount and they sell out in person within 30 minutes. They'll be a line outside before the place even opens. Go to bed early, get up early, and be ready to wait for the experience! Thank you Amanda! I gobbled up the scone so quickly and it was so, so, so GOOD.

It had a variety of colors of tomatoes. It was perfectly creamy from the cheesiness and salty from the buttery pastry. This Japanese Pop Up ends on September 1st, 2019, so try it while it's there! The portion of the ramen is very small for $12 a bowl even though I ordered a large; it took 3 bites for me to finish the entire bowl. The broth was clear and refreshing, but it would be nice to have a little more flavor or salty to bring out the taste more. In the ramen had a slice of pork belly, egg, one small piece of seaweed and radish. It's nice that this museum has different pop ups every month that also brings the culture's food for people to try, but wouldn't go here just for food.

I have to be honest and say that the third "Pop Up" at the IMA was a little disappointing compared…read moreto the first two. Though I still like the idea of celebrating the cooking arts and their connection to specific cultures/countries around the world, I felt this one was a step down from commitment that the first two pop ups had. If you read the promotional information on the Newfield's website, it describes a "diner" and seems to promote a certain connection to "americana". But because of the open spacing and surrounding environment, there is none of the intimacy of a diner here. No aromas of fresh baked pies. There wasn't the commitment to the aesthetic as in the earlier pop ups. And frankly, the American Apple Pie wasn't my favorite. Too much spice (I smelled the nutmeg before taking a bite) and not enough sweetness to make me reminisce of days gone by. Fortunately, the scoop of vanilla ice cream added just enough sweetness to balance out the savory. And the bottomless cup of coffee was really good: full flavor, no bitterness, and served ready to drink. They also have other sweet pies, three savory pies, some gluten free and vegan options, and milk shakes (with and without booze). Understand before you go here that this is a fund raising event for the museum. So don't complain about prices because this isn't a regular business. The prices are clearly listed, so if you think it cost too much, that's your own fault for not preparing. Know that you have to pay for admission to the museum to be able to dine at the pop up as well. But once you pay, you can explore all the exhibits before or after dining here (including the outdoor gardens.) This pop up will be open through May 24th, 2020. Rev. #52
