I ordered and paid for my food at 9:06 p.m. My concern is that I was told my order would be ready in about 10-30 minutes, but I did not receive my food until 10:06 p.m. I remained patient and respectful the entire time, but there was no apology for the delay. Then, after getting home, I found the food once again overly salty to the point that it was difficult to enjoy. For the price paid, I expected better quality and customer service. I truly want to support Black-owned businesses, which is why I came back and gave the restaurant another opportunity. However, consistency, professionalism, and consideration for customers should remain the standard for everyone at all times. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because there is definitely room for improvement in both service and food preparation.

That musta been my momma and she's gone now. She didn't know what she was talking about." And she stood ten toes down and did not want to give me my drink. We ordered the Farmhouse burger and the OG Smash burger. I asked for waffle fries but she said they didn't have them anymore! (Insert crying face emoji). So we settled for the thick cut seasoned fries instead. Parking was a little tricky as it usually is if you come to Irvington. There is street parking right in front of the restaurant or a small little lot behind. The food came out very quickly. We sat outside and it was perfect! The food was hot and delicious. The burger was flavorful and filling. The fries were excellent. I loved the seasoning and crispiness.
