The place is pretty, smells nice and they have good service. I got a basic pedicure, and it was the mos underwhelming pedi I have ever had. She cut me a few times with the tools, and the massage was almost non existent, barely lasted a minute between both legs and no pressure. I will go back and try them again if they have a coupon or something, but this wouldn't be my go-to for a pedi. I am sure they have better techs, so I am only docking 2 stars and hoping next time is better. read more

This place was really nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The owner was very helpful when I called the salon due to getting a bit lost on my way to the salon. I was paired with e technician named Nancy that was very nice and gentle throughout the entire process. I went to to get nude acrylic nails for my upcoming wedding. They were turned out beautifully and Nancy even added a pretty lace design and rhinestones. Definitely coming back! read more

I had one of the best experiences here I was attended to by Cindy and by Nancy. They were both amazing I loved my pedicure and my manicure. Nancy the Owner greeted me when I first walked in. The shop is really clean really welcoming. You don't feel awkward when they are helping you out. I went to another salon which I did not like too much. I will definitely be coming back to Nancy my nail tech, she is real cool! read more

Super Nails is the best nail salon in the area! Le, Nancy, and the others are always kind, friendly, and professional! I've been a client for roughly ten years and I plan to stay around for as long as they allow it! Lol! read more

Well it's always refreshing to know that you can walk in if you don't have an appointment and be greeted by anyone and make you feel like you're at home... Needless to say it's very clean affordable and they are consistent thank you !!! read more

Worst pedicure ever. Cuticles cut too short, and my toes sting/painful in 2 places, polish left on skin, entire nail not covered, first coat not dry so rippled 2nd coat, paint job rushed worst ever. This is NOT a $50 pedicure/paint job. Hot stones were nice, but I be going back to see if they will fix tomorrow. read more

Since moving to the DFW area, I've tried SO many nail salons and have only found 1 other place that I enjoy. But I've finally found another (that is much closer to where I work and live). I got the "Citrus Pedicure" with the gel polish. It was $55, which seems really prices, but the experience was worth it. This nail salon is clean and all the nail techs are very friendly. They don't talk loudly to each other, which I've experienced at many other places. I'm not sure what my nail tech's name was but she did an awesome job at my gel polish and hid my bruised toenail (ew, I know) very well. I will be coming back here for my mani's and pedi's from now on! read more

I have been looking for a great nail salon where I could potentially become a regular. After trying numerous places, that ultimately let me down, I decided to try Super nails by NJ. I was not at all disappointed, quite the contrary! They exceeded my expectations! Great service and professionalism. They took their time with my nails and Nancy herself, the owner painted a beautiful flower on one of them. I will definitely be back! read more

It's very had to get an appointment because their phone is left off the hook most is the time. They don't seem to notice that their phone doesn't work. read more

I have never had a terrible experience at a nail salon until visiting this location. I came in a few days ago for a pedicure and full set of nails. I walked in to an empty podium with no host and even though I was seen not one employee acknowledged me or the people who came in after me. Once the nail tech at the first station decided to address me she made sure to elaborate on the prices for services as if I couldn't afford a $27 set of acrylic nails... After I told her that money was not a problem I was told "You can wait in there" as she pointed to the waiting area. I asked for a menu and received no response. I went to sit down. After 10 minutes of waiting I went back to the station and asked for a menu. I was told it was over there.. where that is?? I found one next to the podium and went to my seat to decide what I wanted and then I decided to leave. If this is how you treat potential customers then I didn't want to be one. I took my business to the Cowboys nail salon instead. This business should learn to offer better treatment to customers. Do not insinuate a customer has no money to spend at your establishment. Have someone to greet the patrons as well. I'm from California and we do not treat people in this Manor. I wish there was a zero star option. read more

After reading these two reviews (as well as other reviews from other websites), I was convinced to try this place. First, the place looks very clean as well as their tools and towels. The floor tiles looked new and the walls were painted a nice warm color. The ladies were very nice and like what the other reviews said, they were very thorough and did a quality job on my toes! The reason why I did not give this place 5 stars is because the fumes were really strong. Having been to many nail salons in the past, this is probably one of the strongest smelling salons I've ever been to. But, you do kinda get used to it the longer you stay there, so it's not a deal breaker for me. read more

Made an appt for 1pm - arrived at 12:55. The girl I had my appt with looked at me and said 'You are early". I said I had a 1pm appt. She checked and yes, there it was. She was working on another customer, but said she would not be long. I was seated in a pedi chair, the water filled up and there I sat with my feet turning into prunes for the next half an hour. Not one word from anyone!!! So, I put on my flip flops and left. I am really disappointed in the service - this has happened before and today was just enough to make me leave and not got back. Unless you have a lot of time, even if you have an appt. I would look elsewhere. I am. read more

I finally found my go to nail salon. After living in Arlington for a year I had hard time finding a decent place for my nails. My pedicure was amazing! And also got Dip nail and was really happy with the final look! I will definitely be back! read more

Nice when you walk BUT pedicure was painful and not at all relaxing !! Not a word of English by the lady doing my feet..I had an obvious fungus on big toe and. 2 staff employees all told me it was a bruise....that something landed on my toe!!! I am a RN and know what fungus looks like !!! This was the owner telling me this!! Do not go here....I was shocked she said it was a bruise read more

Very sorry to mark this low. But the quality is very uneven. Tracy and Nancy are awesome. Calling to make an appt doesn't work. The phone number on their business card doesn't work. So. Unless I get pne pf the other two. I'm not coming back. Too bad. I used to come with my mother. read more

This is my 3rd time coming in this place. I initially had my services done by Tammy she awesome, paid close attention to minor details. So I figured I found my favorite nail shop. Second time I came in I was told Tammy was no longer there and Cindy will do my nails she was good but she was not Tammy. Today I went in asked for Cindy was told she is not available and that the owner Nancy will do my nails and boy should I have went with my gut and waited or came back because that was the worst $27 service I have ever received this place is no longer in my radar as nail shop they suck since Tammy left. Only gave 1 star because the app required me to read more

I was in need of a Mani Pedi and had just arrived to town.. When I found this salon. The reviews seemed good, so I called to see if I could get a last minute appointment. They invited me right in, even though it was close to closing time, and were very accommodating and friendly. Li was fast, attentive, and detailed oriented. Not to mention just very nice. That women can paint some nails ! If I lived here , this would definitely be my new go to spot! I got a pedi & gel mani. Polish looks great and still band new after a week ! read more

I was first recommended this place by a friend. So I decided to try it. I arrive and everyone is pleasant. I'm quickly rushed to choose a color then have a seat for my manicure. The lady starts doing my nails only to tell me her appt arrived and I had to wait. I had no problem with that. 30min later another manicurist begins on my nails only for his appt to arrive while we're half way through so he rushes on my nails. When everything is all set and done I could've done a better job at home. Will not be returning. read more

I love Cindy! She does a fabulous job on my acrylic nails and always is fun to talk to

I've been getting my gel nails & pedicures at SUPER NAILS for 20 years. Before I found Super Nails I'd been bouncing around from place to place, but after my first visit I was sold. This nail salon is top notch with the most skilled people, the most innovative products and their pedi chairs are fantastic. Honesty, friendly and with a most pleasant atmosphere. When you visit Super Nails you never have to worry because the owner is dedicated to sanitery procedures that guarantee cleanliness each & every time. I only wish that all Arlington businesses were as great as Super Nails but they set the bar so high it would be impossible to match. read more

I have been to something like 15 different nail place, over the years and this place does a consistently good job. I have gotten three fills, here and each one has looked great. I went to another place for my most recent fill and was so disappointed....I shouldn't have gone anywhere else. This place is a little out of my way but it's worth it! read more

I've tried other nail salons in the area and I always end up coming back here. Super clean and relaxing environment. Cindy does a neat job, she took her time and didn't leave my dipped nails looking thick or lumpy. I would've given 5 stars if I had been offered a drink but other than that service is great! Looking forward to my next visit. read more

I always get nervous when I try new Nail Salons. I can honestly say, this was a great experience! I enjoyed my Mani and Pedi! The service was amazing and I was out of there in no time. I will def keep coming back! read more

I came to get a pedicure after working so hard before the holidays and when they sat me down in my pedicure chair they didn't turn on the back massage until way later they didnt have the pedicures that i wanted so i had to get something else as long as I got a massage finally the girl turns on my massage chair and not kidding only 3-5 minutes afterwards the girl that was gonna do my pedicure comes by turns it off and says its so she wont mess up on my manicure so I understand but im still sad they didnt turn it on before and so she cleans up my nails and she asks me to put my shoes on and come to her working station so she could do a better job. Once she was done I tipped her, I payed and I walked out very happy it wasn't until I got home that I realized that everything was very badly done. My thumb nail has a dent in it, 3 of my nails have bubbles, not to mention that my nails look like I got my mani done like two weeks ago because i can see the nail "growing in" within 5 minutes of getting them done? C'mon and on top of everything my toes and my left hand are starting to peel r,r I spend $90 in this place for this!!!??? I have gotten a better job done for less then half f the price!!! read more

Me and my friend have been coming here for months. At first it was really great. I always get the same shape-mountain peak. About a month ago when I came in they decided to start charging for my shape I've been getting. So I told them to do oval and I'll shape it at home. Today we came since that last time and I had nextgen on my nails with a tip in my shape (second time I've ever used nextgen and never had a fill done with nextgen). I asked for a fill only. Since I had no idea what a fill was like with this new nextgen I let her do her thing. She wrapped my fingers in acetone which resulted in her accidently removing my tip. I had to get a whole new set. Which then after everything is done she then tells me she has to charge me extra for the shape I came in with. I'm extremely upset. This resulted in her barely getting a tip. Always inform customers of extra charges. And don't charge when it is the employees fault for having to redo everything. Not sure I'll be back. read more

Place was dirty. To start off she (the owner) removed instruments from an unsealed autoclave bag that had not gone through the sterilization process and began my manicure. How do I know this? I work in a dental office, we use these sterilization bags. The pink areas on these bags change colors when properly sterilized. I watched one nail tech scrub her instruments with hand soap and water, dry them, place them in a sterilization bag (but did not sterilize them), then use them on her next customer. Just had a basic manicure (no polish just buffed and filed) by the owner. It took forever b/c she was too busy answering her cell phone (not business phone)talking to her sister and boyfriend. And she made me bleed when trimming cuticles. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!! read more

went in on my lunch break to get a mani. I waited 15 minutes, which I thought was a good sign since they seem to be busy I thought that meant they were good. no. because of the wait I did decide to just get my cuticles and stuff done and not do the polish. and I guess since I was getting something so "simple" done I wasn't worth their time. my right hand looks good but by the time she got to my left she seemed in a hurry to push me out of the chair so she can get to the next client. worst mani I have ever received and it was also the most expensive I've ever paid. will not recommend and will not be returning. read more
