I hired Brandon Brown (the owner of Super Movers) to pack our large storage unit in Sparks and load it onto an Old Dominion Freight trailer because I worked with him a few years before. And boy, was it a monumental mistake. First, Brandon didn't even show up to supervise the move. I honestly have no idea who packed our stuff. His people supposedly purchased packing blankets and straps at the nearby Harbor Freight, which I received receipts for (and paid for). When the trailer arrived, we opened the back and were greeted with the shattered glass from our new 75" TV, which was placed on the floor and not even properly secured. When we got a better view of things, it looked like a bunch of drunk monkeys packed our trailer. This included putting a 200lb SAFE on top of a large cardboard box marked fragile. No joke (see pictures). This also included furniture on its side with no padding, and to add insult to injury, there were no straps or extra pads (which we were charged for) used except as seen in the picture! On top of that, the packing job was so bad, they probably took up a good 5-10' more trailer space than was necessary, easily costing us well over $1,000 in transportation fees. The damage was extensive. I contacted Brandon immediately and sent pictures. He apologized, said he would "fire" at least one person, and would get me a new TV. What did Brandon do? A month later he ships me a USED TV that has a large vertical line across the screen. Found out the vertical line is a panel bonding issue, which cannot be repaired, so the replacement TV is utterly useless (and it was not new as he promised). It's now been more than two months and not only has Brandon failed to provide any form of restitution to what is obviously one of the worst packing jobs ever seen (resulting in extensive damage), he refuses to address sending me a used bad TV; something that hardly covers the costs of the damage caused to our goods. Not only did he lie about sending a new TV, the fact we originally hired him to manage the load and he didn't even show up is another big red flag. As mentioned, we have no idea who loaded our goods. It appears Brandon "managed" the move from the safety of his cell phone. That's not what he was hired to do. We're now stuck with the extra costs caused by the excessive space and damage from the loading (easily thousands of dollars) and have a useless used 75" broken TV that we can't do anything with (in addition to our original damaged TV). That's what happens when you do business with Super Movers and Brandon Brown. As such, I recommend avoiding him and his company at all costs. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Brandon, the owner of the company, and I want to share my story to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. The movers arrived at 10 AM with a large truck, led by Brandon and two other men. After just 20 minutes of work, Brandon fired the two workers, leaving with the truck. He explained that they asked for more money and had a bad attitude. After this, Brandon called his "original crew" and his crew came to my apartment two hours later with a small carrier attached to a car. In the meantime, some of my belongings were left sitting outside while I waited for 2 hours. Once they resumed packing, it became clear the carrier was too small for my belongings. As a result, they ended up loading items into my car trunk, Brandon's car, and the small carrier, totaling three vehicles. I had to drive back and forth between my old apartment and new home twice to move everything - and this was just for a 1-bedroom apartment, which should have been manageable in a single trip. It took total 6 hours to move all, from 10am to 4pm. At the new house, they used a dolly indoors, which caused scratches on the walls, stairs, and damage to my furniture. To top it off, Brandon lost a screw for my TV stand and casually suggested I get a replacement from Home Depot - extremely unprofessional. The only reason I put up with this level of incompetence was because my rental agreement was ending the next day, leaving me no choice but to finish the move with Brandon's crew. This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid them if you want a smooth and professional move. read more

I needed help unloading two moving containers. Contacted Brandon and gave him what I needed help with from him. We agreed that it would be a 2 person job and I would get everything moved out of the containers . I was having issues with the moving company for the containers as I was getting different delivery days and Brandon was always in touch with me and very polite. He would check on the status of the containers. Finally my containers arrived a day earlier than expected. I contacted Brandon and let him know and to my pleasent surprise he was able to accommodate me the same day . Two movers came and were very polite and helpful and moved my belongings exactly where I needed them. They were fast and got me unloaded in no time.. Thank you Brandon . read more

We needed help unloading a very full trailer for our move to a small community where there are no movers. At very short notice, Super Movers arranged for three men to drive two hours from Reno on a Saturday. Brandon is a can-do manager. Toren and Marcus are professional and have a positive, friendly attitude; their strength is amazing, as they carried a very large hot tub down from the trailer, which had taken six men to load. The third helper was not as experienced and a little damage occurred - this made us contemplate only four stars, but the last minute help when needed, and Brandon, Toren and Marcus warrant the five stars, along with very fair pricing. I'm not a big one for writing reviews, but these guys deserve mention! My previous mover flaked, and Brandon responded within a few minutes of my request, with a reasonable quote, including a truck. From the initial scheduling to the move date, communication was great, and they were on time. There were a few delays due to my having a few unexpected, forgotten items, but the guys were fabulous, easy to work with, adapting and moving my items safely, and securely. They worked their tails off, and deserve credit as well. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. read more

Unbelievably fast and friendly guys loaded my moving containers for less than half the price of the competition. They showed up on time and invoiced through PayPal so it was very easy to pay.
