Christian was very helpful and offered to discount the service for me. My in cabin air filer was checked as was my engine air filter. I was told it was almost ready to be replaced but that it could wait. They did a check of all the fluids and when they were replacing caps, they would call it out to the other employees. There were three people working with me and truck at once. Once they were done, I was directed out of the bay. Without a discount, I would have the service done at the dealership next time.

I love how quick the service is but also how friendly the staff is. Everyone speaks and greet you immediately. You are guided to park appropriately and I love that the staff call out to each other what they are doing and what they are working on. The have the ability to make appointments for services that will take a while. I also like that they open until 6pm which is an hour later for those that work standard bankers hours. The are fairly priced and I don't feel pressured to purchase potentially unnecessary items and I love the ease of not having someone trying to upsell you. I feel like they are honest people and their judgments are fair.

I had one procedure done and was quoted three different prices. After discussing this with the manager, we scheduled another service based on his guarantee that he would make things right. The service was supposed to take 4-5 hours, but my vehicle ended up being in the shop for almost two full days. Parts had to be ordered, yet I was never called when they arrived, even though I specifically requested updates. When I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 AM for the second service, I again asked for a midday call so I could plan around pickup. No one called. I finally called at 3:00 PM and was told the wrong parts had been ordered and nothing had been done to my vehicle, leaving me without it for yet another day. I live quite a distance from the shop and requested updates multiple times, confirmed my number, and spoke directly with the manager, but I never received a single call. For simple oil changes they may be efficient, but for anything beyond that, don't expect communication and plan on being without your vehicle for at least a couple of days.

In October 2024, I went to a different oil change place (Take 5) in Niceville, as it was close to my work. They threw a fit about putting my skid plate back on, saying it would "take a really long time". I asked that they still put it back on and I was willing to wait. Fast forward to this evening, February 5, 2025, I went here to Express for an oil change. Everything was fine, Anntwon was friendly and a great help. Once they were done, the tech doing the oil change, Travis, came to let me know that 17 of the 26 clips holding on my skid plate were missing. I knew exactly what had happened, Take 5 took it upon themselves to put on the bare minimum and chuck the rest. Travis was kind enough to tell me exactly what to get from the auto parts store and told me to bring my vehicle back and they would put them back on for me. I SINCERELY appreciate his willingness to help clean up someone else's mess and to make sure I knew exactly what to ask for at the auto parts store. I will most DEFINITELY continue to come here and only here for my future services. The staff here are polite, professional, and most importantly I trust them. Several of the employees had a hand in completing my oil change - they shout what they have done and everyone else acknowledges the call out. This process must drive them crazy but it is a great way to make sure everything is done properly. In addition to the oil change, they check and top off your fluid levels, in addition to the air in your tires, at no additional cost! Every employee was nice and worked diligently. I asked if they add my oil change to Carfax as I bought this 2008 Ford F150xl with 230,000 miles on it. It has always been serviced at a does dealer. They said yes. They do try to push windshield wipers for $20 bucks and I did get a new air filter for $34- but it really needed it. Their oil changes start at $48.00 but I bought a higher mileage oil change for little over 80 dollars. Everyone there was nice. If waz kinda warm and one of the guys went in his office and brought me an ice cold bottled water. That was nice of him to do.

Since I wasn't impressed with their service I had my husband change my oil. The oil filter was cranked on so tight that it ended up breaking to come off and then drained more than half the new oil we put in it.
