I thought, how could this day be any worse? I went to the vet and he took care of Toby with great care and understanding. I was in tears when I got back in my car. I knew I had to take care of the tire issue and went to BJ's at 4:30 in the pouring rain. I got there and they were busy as always and I pulled up and got out and approached two of the young men who work there. I couldn't even speak but finally got the words out about my tire light. One of them said, "I am so sorry for your loss. May I have your keys?" He directed me inside and said they would take care of checking the tire. Fifteen minutes later he came to tell me that there was a small screw in a rear tire and that it was already plugged and back on the car which was being brought around to the front entry. Surprised with the care and speed taken with my situation, I asked what I owed. "Not a thing", he replied. I have always been pleased with service at BJ's but on this occasion I was overwhelmed. I am blessed to know the kind of people that work in this business. To be good at one's job is one thing. To be caring and concerned with the needs of your customers - a whole different level!

I've been a Yelp Elite for 10 years and have over 900 reviews. I called Ron around 9:45 PM when our serpentine belt broke near our Condo. Ron answered and said even though he was not available, he would send his right hand man there and he'd be there at 8AM sharp. I sent the car model/VIN so they could get the parts asap before heading our way. Great, I thought! The reviews were right. Now this is where things stopped. I called at 8. I called at 9. I called at 10. Ron's so called "right hand" wouldn't answer my calls or texts. I kept calling Ron and he kept assuring me that the guy was going to show up. 11 o'clock no answer. 12 o'clock no answer. 1 o'clock no answer. 2 o'clock. He finally answered the phone and said he would be on his way shortly. The guy finally showed up at around 3:15 PM to work on the car. We had spent the entire day waiting for him to show up instead of enjoying our last vacation last day of vacation. Little did we know this was just the beginning of all of the issues we would have with the car. It was the serpentine belt. But when the guy went to lift the car, he jacked up our Honda pilot via the oil pan. Anyone with a brain would know that an aluminum pan is not going to hold the weight of a car. This immediately resulted in oil spilling out of our car. He was unable to find a replacement pan for us so he had to use some sort of epoxy sealant to seal the crack that was in the oil pan and we kept our fingers crossed that we would get home ok. There was no apology for this added damage to our vehicle and there was no Compensation for the damage they caused. And when we got home, we had to spend almost $800 getting the oil pan replaced because of the incompetence of this company. This company is a sham and takes advantage of people who are out of town and needing their vehicle fixed in a timely manner. He charged us $500 to replace the serpentine belt. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Bottom line do not trust a mechanic that runs under the table…read more he pretends to be running fully legal but is not! the price he gives you will not matter, because when he is finished messing up your vehicle. he will charge double and then tell you he will not provide any proof with receipts or a ticket. but don't worry, a bunch of the community and myself are dedicated to making sure he is held accountable! just don't use this shop and save yourself money and problems.

We dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. and when we called the next morning to pick up the vehicle the vehicle was not done. With it not being done we had to incur another day on the rental car. When we finally got to pick up our car he was still working on it and it was not done so we had to wait an additional hour at his shop. When we picked up our vehicle it was extremely dirty and wet from the heater core backflowing inside our vehicle. Also our A/C unit was not blowing air out of the vent on the middle passenger side. We took it back to his shop for him to fix it however he fixed the glove box but broke the shut off switch to the a/c vent and now the vent blows air but we can not close it because he broke the lever that closes it. Our dashboard is loose and our cruise control doesn't work. We made him aware of the issues by text and voicemail message but it is very hard to get ahold of him.

My 86 year old grandmother, aunt and 2 young boys were left stranded at a mcdonalds after their enterprise rental broke down in the morning. There were stranded for 12 hours and enterprise did nothing except send a tow truck later in the evening. The lady with the tow company even offered the enterprise agent to go get the rental exchange and bring it back to my grandma and enterprise wouldn't allow it. So finally I drove 2 hours after they realized they weren't getting a new car and agents were giving them the run around. Then the next morning at a local enterprise counter where we were directed, the lady at the counter was being rude, unhelpful and impatient. When we got the woman from the tow company on the phone to speak with enterprise she laid into them on my grandmas behalf and all the sudden the woman at the desk was apologetic and helpful. She told the lady how terrible their customer service was and how my grandma was severely mistreated. We stood there for 45 minutes of them saying they had no record of the car being picked up etc etc and they couldn't help us and would have gotten nothing helped until the company got involved on our behalf which isnt their job.
