I cannot rate them on work because I didn't use them but I can provide some insight on customer…read moreservice. I had an accident in Cape San Blas while there on vacation and was advised by my out of state insurance company that I could choose any body shop that I wanted and allowed me to do my research on who I wanted to use. I contacted 5 Star first because of proximity to my car which was parked at the beach house that I had rented In CSB for my vacation. I explained my situation and that if I selected them, my insurance company would send an adjuster to their location, etc. I provided my insurance company name and without putting me on hold, they began to discuss amongst themselves "my weird insurance company" and "if the damage is heavy we probably dont want it". Then " just get her name and number and we will call her back" then they proceeded to hang up on me. I found this brief experience with them unprofessional and to be frank, I was shocked by their unwillingness to help me considering I was 6.5 hours from home and stranded. Needless to say I gave my business to someone else.
