Restrooms are spotless and well stocked. The ships store has plenty of what you need and a lot of what you want. Anytime we want to travel overland with our boat, they have gotten our boat and trailer ready for us. I love that many Shields live right at the Marina. The area always feels safe and secure. As long as we have a boat, we will keep it at Shields!

July 4 2019: Came here for the free live music and fireworks show. Many of the locals gather for…read morethe annual event bringing together an eclectic mix of golf carts, RV's, camp fires and BBQ's. Children and adults alike having summertime fun with old friends while also making new ones. Boats coming and going in and out of the Marina as the Below The Dam Band belted out tunes under ominous and threatening skies. An awesome summertime heat lightning and rain storm hovered ever so close to the July 4th celebrations the entire time which ended up being really cool! The band played over 2 hours and the fireworks show seemed to never end. Another memorable 4th of July. Ingrams has camping sites with and without electricity, public showers and restrooms, boat ramp access and the occasional boat slip that becomes available for rent, a small general store selling everything from food and drinks to fishing lures and camping supplies. Ambiance is free.

Stopped here for a few nights in our motorhome…read more Nice little campground with a marina and a little store. They also have a dock for fishing. They gave us a spot by the marina, office/store and restrooms. It's a designated spot for travelers staying less than seven nights. 50 amp full hook up. Came in on a Passport America rate, two nights for $29. Very friendly staff and fellow campers. Office is hard to find. Luckily we stopped and called them or we might have gotten ourselves wedged into a tight situation. Bathroom/shower is definitely old and could use some updating, but it is clean. Also, if you stop here, walk down the street for a nite to eat at "The Whip". And, they have white squirrels in the campground!

There is not much shade in campground but the bayfront sites give a nice view of the bay and the beautiful sunsets. Lots of places to fish offshore and walk out in the water. The boat dock also has places to fish. Lots of catfish to be caught from the pier! There is a fish cleaning station for your daily catch. There is a pool but we didn't use it so I can't comment on that amenity. Pet friendly and there is a laundry facility, but $4 to wash a load was too expensive for me, so I went downtown to a laundromat. Only complaint is the wifi is really bad, but no big deal. We had a blast on the pontoon! Grocery and the beaches of Cape San Blas are really close by. Some really good restaurants too.

BEWARE, this place looks good on the screen. This is basically a parking lot. This is not in any…read moreway, shape or form, a Resort. The spaces are tight and cramped, you can spit and hit your neighbor. The lawn area, if you can call it that, is all gravel that opens up to a bank of rock/cement that you cannot walk on. The dock is lovely but you cannot touch any H2O. The views are nice. If it were not for the sewer, H2O, and electric...... It's just a parking lot that over charges for the experience.
